Have you never wondered why most Nigerians abroad prefer Peter Obi as their candidate, over and above others? This went beyond rigging. It was daylight robbery attempted. The REC showed himself as someone who had received a very hefty sum as bribe to make the pronouncement. He knew it was not within his official mandate, but he tried to make it work for whoever sponsored him.

Also to be recommended are the security personnel attached to him. They cannot claim ignorance to the fact that it was not responsibility of the REC.

Binani has been showing a very high level of desperation. If she is going to win, it must be fair and very clear to all. Now out of her desperation, she has gone to court and certainly members of APC back her illegality.

INEC has ridiculed itself in several ways. There is no trust anymore. Hopefully the allow the winner reap the fruit of his/her success.

Meanwhile host communities suffer destruction of their lands and waters.

Adamawa governorship election case is tricky. On one hand the REC is not empowered to declare her governor.

On the other hand the electoral 2022 as amended, the error of the REC declaring her as the governor elect can only be corrected by the Tribunal.

In conclusion, FINGERS CROSSED

If the REC is not empowered to declare her as governor, how then is the declaration of effect? It means that you or anyone can declare Binani as the winner and the declaration must stay.
