The first picture/school in this link was the JSS school I attended at Egbeda in the 2000s, and I bet you it was extremely up to par with any in the country. You should deduce my ideology well enough through this.

How would you ever compare the development of Lagos with that of Anambra state. I have lived in Lagos far longer than you and I know Lagos completely. I attended all my schools in different parts of Lagos, including Lagos Island. There has never been a time that the development of the two states became at par.

You must first ask in history about Lagos and its development. Again in history, the evolution of Lagos as a state and how far it has gone. Lagos must be compared the Johannesburg and then you can ask if it has been properly developed when compared which such big cities.

Why not compare Anambra state with Bauchi, Borno, Ondo, Plateau and Oyo states? These states were created in 1976. Rivers state was created in 1967, yet Anambra state is far ahead in terms of development, even with the lesser IGR.

Lagos was created as a state in 1967. Before then, it had been well developed with good infrastructures like roads, electricity, railway, etc. Lagos was the seat of political power, such that aside from that it was the seat of national commerce. Anambra became a state in 1976, with the capital in Awka and a far less budget than that of Lagos. Development was hampered by the same military leaders then who thought it proper to embezzle the state’s resources. Awka as a capital was a glorified village until the coming of Obi.

Lagos as of the 1950s had very solid transport network, with the likes of Marcopolo buses running side by side with LMTS (Lagos municipal transport company).

Tinubu was handed a thriving state by Buba Marwa. All he needed to do was to improve on what he met. There are too many images of Lagos before Tinubu and after Tinubu. Lekki area was already developing after Raji Rasaki destroyed Maroko and attached it as Victoria Island annex.

Have you asked for images of Awka before and after Obi?

APC started the talk of true federalism. With the vast sums of gas in Anambra and Imo state, if allowed to thrive by thieving politicians, Anambra state would be better positioned.

If you take your time to remove your bias, then you can see all the achievements of Obi within the given space of time. By the way Anambra state does not start and end in Awka. It’s just like saying Lagos state starts and ends in Ikeja, the capital.

I don't understand when this had to start becoming a noise. Yorubas didn't make noise about success or achievement before. The let the success do the talking. See Adenuga, see Otedola, Adebayo Ogunlesi; Tope Awotona, Karl Toriola, Deremi Atanda, Shola Akingbade, Olugbenga Akinola, Eniola Aluko... and so on; how many of them you see making noise anyhow. In the Presidential election, Tinubu scored 8.9 million votes. Atiku scored 8.6 million votes and Obi scored just under 7 million votes. Today, Nigerians face the kind of hardship never envisaged in the history of the country. Excuses from the ruling party is the order of the day. As of this morning, Lagosians have started queues for petrol once again, with petrol selling at close to 700 at some filling stations. The cost of living is over the roof, with all Nigerians, including the so called rich feeling the impact. While you supporters talk of hope, in your closets you cry following the strange impoverishment inflicted by your patron. When will you wake up and start holding your political leaders accountable for their misrule? How would you continue to eulogize those who impoverish you, while the prepare their children to Lord it over you in the future?

During the campaigns, Tinubu called Obi “a boy”. Who became the boy between them all. If Atiku left the platform for Obi, would Tinubu have arrived at that seat? Where have you found the mouth to talk about balls when Obi completely overwhelmed Tinubu in his base, Lagos? Or you do not know that if not for the split of PDP into three parties, APC would have become history in 2023?

Campaigns are over. Rather than hold government accountable for the unfavorable policies leading more Nigerians to poverty, you choose Obi, ignorantly believing like Reno Omokri, that you de-market him. Unfortunately for your likes, you have not realized that Obi’s name puts food on Omokri’s table. Omokri knows how popular Obi is. With his social media followers, he makes money daily, using Obi’s name, while your likes think that he offers you some help. If you are sensible, you”ll realize by now that tribe has nothing to do with poverty. As a letter of fact, your people suffer more from the irresponsible government. His wife too appear to be on the run for directly stealing from state house purse!

If this man became the President, what would have happened with all the natural resources and funds? He would have become another Idi Amin of Africa, with the central bank of Nigeria.

Disaster is the word when you look at his state. Everywhere is in shambles, with such mineral resources available. No development and yet citizens of the state back his party and officials.

Once again, until the citizens wake up and hold leaders accountable, they will keep impoverishing them and treating them all like thrash.

EFCC had appealed the Kogi State high Court decision for Bello not to be arrested and prosecuted. However, since the federal high court has made a ruling for substituted service, the EFCC does not need the physical presence of Bello hence withdrawing the appeal because it has been taken over by events.

Yahaya Bello will be prosecuted and jailed!
The main court case involving his prosecution is still on and it's adjourned to May where Bello is expected to appear or face a bench warrant!
