Security agents and politicians are main sponsors of kidnappers. Bank robbery, oil bunkery and money laundry are no longer lucrative and easy. Most politicians use illegal money to fund elections and flamboyant lifestyles.
TSA, BVN make it difficult for politicians and their fronts in business to steal with impunity. Billions perhaps rillions of naira are idle in accounts without BVN.

If people want a change in government they should come out and vote not destroy properties and kill people just like what the endsar and black lives matter protest did.
Both Nigeria and US government respectively did not manage endsars and blacklivesmatter well. Trump paid for it.There would be always agitation. No parents would ask his security guard to kill their children because of bad behaviours.

People always think they can win the government.

Protest does not benefit anyone, it creates more suffering for the people.

You all fight tinubu claiming he owns LCC, BUT he will win over you 400 times plus interest
People cannot win government. But opposition would take advantage of any crisis to win elections. Chibok girl and covid/US blacklivesmatter are two examples.

It's now difficult to receive money from abroad due to Cbn policy , they have rolled out another Policy to
ban cryptocurrency trading in Nigeria. I'm not saying people who receive money from abroads are scammers ,but since these fraudsters are on the rise, it's now difficult for an average genuine Nigerian to receive money from abroad.

Same as Cryptocurrency, the yahoo boys have bastardize the system. The Funny thing is that all these fraudsters will find another means after destroying a Nice innovation and inventions.
I didn't say all cryptos trade are fraudulent , but most are fraudulent in Nigeria. Keep expecting more hash policies from the government.

By the time Yahoo boys make life difficult for you and I , you will stop praising them...
Blame efcc for not doing their job.
Yahoo is not reason for CBN crypto policy.

There's nothing like going back to the Stone age.

Every government wants to control all the financial activities happening its jurisdiction.

The government through the CBN is flushing out cryptocurrencies because it is decentralized, so there's no room for third-party interference.

Besides, much of the illegal transactions on the dark web are paid for using cryptos because crypto-asset transactions are untraceable.
Exactly. Crypto is a threat to CBN, forex, stocks, bonds and other traditional financial institutions.
Criminals like drug barons also use crypto for money laundry.
If crypto overshadows traditional financial institutions, CBN will not able to make effective monetary and financial regulatory policy.
Also, wef with other world financial organisations is planning for great reset of currency. I do not know the detail.

This Sunday Igboho lives in a mansion, has fleet of benzes with his customized name on the plate numbers. All these wealth gotten from thuggery. What more does he want.

I can see that most Nigerians abroad are the ones that want to breakup Nigeria.

Oduduwa republic is a dead republic, they can't even provide jobs for themselves but see them sponsoring a thug and an illiterate to achieve a dead dream.

You all claim Buhari is an illiterate but you go around supporting a real illiterate and a thug to achieve a failed dream
They cannot visit Nigeria and to visit their village is a nightmare. Many want to return home but fear of being kidnapped and killed by fulani herdsmen is a major concern. Dr Aborode was killed in ibarapa by killer herdsmen.

As a concern citizen of Nigeria and resident of kwara state I'm calling on the state government should please do something urgent about the way street beggers keep increasing in numbers without care. When you visit some areas like oja pata, gambari, geri- alimi junction, tanke tipper garage and so on,it's an eyesore.

Their female keeps giving birth without care and control.Their children as started roaming the streets begging and causing mance in some cases.
My concern is not now alone but the next few years to come ,this uncared-for children may start stealing, raping and breaking into shops and houses cause they don't go to school nor learn any skills just roaming the street for money,as they grow up they're desires and wants will increase and may start looking for other means to meet their desires.

This is Tipper Garage, Tanke in Ilorin that has become such an eyesore with street beggars. They are evacuating street beggars elsewhere and dumping them in Ilorin same as Herdsmen. Soon, I hope we shall be able to sleep with our two eyes closed. Please share until relevant agencies of government do something.

Long live Nigeria
Long live kwara state.
Begging is lucrative profession. Average beggars make nothing less than #3000 daily..
I was in ilorin last week for a visit. At tanke Junction, I saw a begger with five notes of 1000 each. I caught him counting money.
I know a begger in ibadan with a personal house and 2 bikes. He is a cripple man.

Politics › Re: Eye Witness/victim Of Fulani Terrorism by capitalzero: 4:14am On Feb 04, 2021
The truth is that fulani herdsmen have been causing havoc for decades in yoruba land usually in farm settlements. Then they used knives and cutlass to attack farmers. Now, they are using guns, knives, axes and cutlasses. In the past, they robbed, killed and raped. Now, they kidnapped for ransom, killed and raped.
They have been destroying farms for decades.
Many more people are becoming aware because of social media.
Another truth is fulani herdsmen cannot live peaceful with host communities especially in villages. You cannot negotiate with them. They are loose in formation with different ideas. Security agents cannot tackle them. It is the people that will kick them out.
The future is scary. I see war-fulani war in Nigeria from east to west and middle belt.
Politics › Re: Herdsmen Crisis: Nigerians Have Right To Live Wherever They Choose - El-Rufai by capitalzero: 3:04am On Feb 04, 2021
Hadeylex:
Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on Wednesday, urged his colleagues all over Nigeria to avoid anarchy and uphold the rule of law as well as the right of all Nigerians to reside wherever they choose to live.

The governor in a state broadcast also urged his colleagues to order the arrest of host citizens who issue eviction notices to people of other tribes.

Oyo and Ondo States have been in the eye of the storm lately over security challenges and the moves to check the activities of some herdsmen said to have taken to crime.

A popular Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo, well known as Sunday Igboho, had issued a quit notice to herdsmen accused of sundry crimes in the Ibarapa area of Oyo and enforced same.

Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State had also said herdsmen must register with the state government or vacate the state’s forest reserves.

The two developments had raised dust in recent time with the Presidency saying that the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, ordered the arrest of Igboho. The Presidency also knocked Akeredolu for issuing a vacation order to herdsmen, reiterating that herders have the constitutional right to reside anywhere in Nigeria.

Speaking on Wednesday, the Kaduna State governor said indigenes of the states residing in other parts of the country had reached out to him to lament the hostilities of their host communities in recent times.

He said, “On behalf of the Government of Kaduna State, I call on all Nigerians living in our State to respect law and order and the rights of all citizens to live in peace and security wherever they reside or work. I appeal to my colleagues governing other States in our country to make similar statements, and disavow these attacks and massacres.

“We must avoid anarchy and vigorously promote the rule of law and the right of all citizens to life, liberty and livelihoods wherever they choose to reside. Elected and appointed public leaders across the country must act on their constitutional obligations to protect all citizens, uphold order, and contribute to a climate for peaceful resolution of all issues....

Imagine El - Rufai issuing a statement. Why hasn't he issued any statement the last few years Fulani herdsmen and militias have been decimating indigenes of Southern Kaduna and displacing them? Nonsense!
Yes, but not in the forest and without forceful occupation of land.
