I totally agree with you. Nigerians and especially us youth are fools. We are not at par in terms of vibrancy with the rest of the youth in the world.

Ordinary end sars protest, see how the elites and political class decimated us. They have sampled all our strength and they know we are very docile youth.

Like Fela said, suffering and smiling is our lifestyle.

Is that the right way to solve traffic? He's just talking rubbish!

He's killing the economy, and this jester think he's solving traffic problem.

If you want to solve traffic problem, you create a functioning metro system. Now people can't go to work. Prices of commodity is at rooftop. Yet, minimum wages is #18,000!

They're just taking us for a fool in this country.

I have very high specifications I want from my to be woman and I know its difficult to find. What point did you decide to settle for Character over beauty or did you get the high requirements you wanted.

No insults please
You cannot not overule beauty. Even character has some element of beauty.

And if you're referring to physical beauty, that's always the first thing to see and often last longer in memory.

So yes, you can only proportionate the physical beauty. Even if your partner is crippled, only you will probably see him/her beautiful.

Physical beauty is always a factor whether we like it or not.

Nsogbu001:
Marriage is not by force and no one would force you to marry who you dont want to marry.
Why would you come to the public and make it seem that you were forced into the marriage?

Age doesn't make you mature in marriage. This marriage is not a day something. This is someone you will be seeing everyday. If you start like this from the first day, I wonder what will happen as time goes on. Nawaoo oo
Take a look.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FudrhMUJPH4
Stop assuming. Have you asked her directly?

Some people may not be happy on the wedding day for several reasons but may be happy afterwards.

Personally, if I'm in a party and you throw or spray money at me, I will be very unhappy about it because that practice just don't fit my style. It's very crude for my liking.

If they call me out in a party to come dance, I don't spray money, rather after the party, I just transfer lump sum to whomever I need to give money to.

Like I said, there may be several reason for that moody look which you and I might not know. Afterall, she dressed up for the wedding. We should stop speculating.

DoTheNeedful:
A lot of Obidients thrive on conspiracy theories, lies and misinformation. Unfortunately, many unscrupulous elements are feeding on these weaknesses to grow their social media and YouTube following e.g. NedMedia.

We have been telling them that Obi didn't prove anything in court for the court to rule in his favor. He has not been able to show the court the number of votes that he was deprived of, the number of votes to be subtracted from Tinubu's and/or Atiku's votes. He has also not shown how the non-transmission of the votes to electronically has affected him. If you are familiar with court judgements about elections in Nigeria, you would know that these are usually the things judges base their decisions on.

I can bet with everything I have in this world that the court will not deliver victory for Obi, maybe a rerun at best. The very intelligent ones among the Obidients know this and that is why they are looking into disqualifying Tinubu based on other technicalities like the so called Shettima double nomination and so on.

I pity Peter Obi after this

It's common sense Obi might be too dull to understand

Southwest won't let it's mandate stolen

In Ibadan during EID, many wore Tinubu's logo

The imam prayed for Tinubu and people were very happy....

CJN Ariwoola from Oyo State also knows the kind of anarchy that would happen with wrong judgement
.
Justice first, then we deal with the aftermath. We can't say because we think there may be anarchy then deny justice.

And who are the people drumming the beats of anarchy to suppress justice?

In the US, when the supreme court outlawed the segregation of black students, the anarchist majorly the whites had no choice than to comply especially when the federal might swoop on them.

Whatever the judgement of the court, it's the duty of the law enforcement agencies (federal & states) to deal with the aftermath to ensuring the judgement is upheld.

Lagos in the news for all the terrible reasons

Imagine the so called mega city be looking more like a mega shitty

Lagos is over-hyped piece of shit

No wonder the European union council ranked Lagos as the 3rd most dangerous city to live in on earth
There's no part of the world that's immuned to the effect of global warming. You saw how flood sank Trademore Estate in Abuja last month. And You also saw a third of Bayelsa under water last year. So it's no time to say one state is hyped or over hyped.

China, Taiwan, South Korea, Burma are all experiencing greater flooding compare to ours as we speak now.

And even when the Sun rages, many of the developed countries experiences even more catastrophical heat waves in excess of 45deg Celcius.

Maybe, maybe not.

That's what the law always have been.

INEC has no power to disqualify a Candidate, the SC has said that many times. So even if you submit a forged document, INEC's only responsibility is to publish for the public to scrutinise.
Well, we should wait for the court to pronounce judgement then.
Politics › Re: Human Right Activist, Silas Joseph Onu, Analysed The Petition Of APM Against APC by CaptainFM1: 8:47pm On Jul 17, 2023
LADEMINUS:
Firstly, APM did not argue any such thing. The poster just intelligently analysed the response of the APC team to LP petition and said based on that.... Then the post suffices...

This invalid nomination relief was never sought by any of the concerned parties. Courts cannot grant you reliefs you did not seek for.

Having closed cases, no party can join any new issues even up to the supreme court when the election matter gets there.
The disqualification should have been done by INEC themselves.

Source:

IN SUMMARY..
If the APC agreed that Shettima was nominated on an earlier date,, (which was supposed to coincide with the last possible date for his nomination, without which Tinubu gets disqualified), then Shettima would go in for double nomination..
And then, if they agreed that Shettima was nominated on a later date, then, Tinubu must already had been disqualified,, being that his 14-days for replacing the resigned place-holder had already elapsed long time ago.
Thanks, the summary makes it easier to understand better.
