Hoelujohn:
I want all Christians in Nigeria to vote this man even though the population of the Muslims is higher. I want to see if he can get up to 15million Christian votes.
It's not possible all Christians will vote for him.
And the Muslim-Christian population is about 50-50. Only that one religion is using violence and their terrorism sect to dominate the other.

Politics › Re: Lagos Govt Tackles Peter Obi Over False Claim About ASUU Strike by CaptainFM1: 4:53am On Aug 15, 2022
Whether they tackle it or not, it's their party in government currently that's making students not to be in school.

I don't know what moral/bragging right Lagos government state is claiming when it's your party that caused all this problem to start with.

Education › Re: Moment Fire Service Officials Couldn't Put Out Fire At Public Lecture (Video) by CaptainFM1: 11:04pm On Aug 13, 2022
I'm trained in Advance fire fighting techniques. And I can tell you not less than 10things that they got wrong here.

Foremost, the extinguishing medium is the wrong type.

Second, even if you want to use CO2 or dry powder extinguisher, the technique adopted is totally wrong.

For an open "cabonneceous" fire in a wheelbarrow, the best medium is an extinguisher that has a cooling capability. i.e a foam or water extinguisher is the ideal extinguisher for this case.

Sometimes, I wonder where our fire fighters get their trainings from.
Romance › Re: Her First Child Belongs To My Friend! Should I Tell Her Husband? by CaptainFM1: 5:27pm On Aug 13, 2022
In the third Paragraph, you said the new guy accepted her and was already buying baby's stuff. Now my question is...Was the baby pinned on the guy? Or the new guy too dived in after she was already pregnant?

And talking about Facial look, the baby may resembles the Yahoo guy and still carry the DNA of the rich dude. That's how funny DNA can be! A lady had twins and each of the child carry DNA of two different men.

Before your guy start laying claims, he need to do a DNA because the child might still not be his.

But here's the real question:
What do you gain by pouring sand for the girl garri? Your friend already left her for years. And she has moved on. Mind you, who takes care of a child is the father morally.

It's a big problem you will be creating if you dive into their issues further. My advice for you is to stay neutral. Let the girl be. Just tell your friend, you couldn't reach her again.
Unless the lady really want the guy to be responsible for the child...just let the status quo be. Let your friend carry this stress/burden himself.

Be very careful how you handle/get involve this situation. If it's the lady that came to you, it's very much easy, especially now that your friend hasn't moved on.

Politics › Re: Peter Obi's Billboard At Taraba City Gate Pulled Down (Photo) by CaptainFM1: 9:40pm On Aug 11, 2022
Sergio101:
Let's be logical here

If the billboard was pulled down by let's say "angry mob"..... there's no way the image and parts of the board will still remain un-torn.

So it's either this picture was taken before mounting the billboard or the billboard was pulled down by wind as a result of weak balance.
This is just 2 of possible 500 or more reasons.
Let's not add to the speculations.

Travel › Re: VACATION: Mid-Air Pictures Of How Another Airplane Accompanied Our Flight. by CaptainFM1: 4:22pm On Aug 09, 2022
That doesn't look like "Accompanying" to me.

You are both close to an airport so it's not unlikely to see planes in that close proximity.

If you are landing at Heathrow for example, you will see not less than 15 planes in a row in the sky each at different altitude waiting for it's turn to land.

Similarly when they take off, you will see them in the numbers as they will line up behind one another in the sky also at varying altitude before altering depending on their routes.

From the angle of the pictures you posted, it's evident that yours is landing and your supposedly escort has just taken off.

It's not like he pays for diesel. He just gets them direct from his cronies or something. He's just empathetic about us, civilians that are bearing the most.

It's not like he's not part of our problems too.
If he handled NEPA well that time, we won't be in this clusterfuck situation where we are now.

Founding father of a democratic nation. He had the chance to make the foundation right but no, he turned out to be the typical nigerian politician.
We have a chance to rewrite our stories every 4years, but we continually vote for them. Every nation gets the leader they deserve.

Politics › Re: APC Governors, Tinubu Meet In Lagos Over Presidential Campaign Council by CaptainFM1: 3:20pm On Aug 01, 2022
anonimi:

Why are you confusing electorates with candidates?

Do all the electorates have to buy nomination forms? Or they can donate money to buy for one/some of them to contest?
The system will be rigged against them for as long as they are waiting for someone to do the needful work of making the system better for them to benefit. Why do you expect someone to work and deliver all the income to youhuh
You just got everything wrong. First, every eligible electorate can be a potential candidate (He also have the right to be voted for). But not so possible is this rigged system. How on earth would someone being paid #30,000 produce #10million Naira.

So you see, the goal is to make them perpetual and everlasting electorates. They never will cross that bridge from being an electorates to nominees/aspirants let alone becoming a candidate.

It's a vicious game that our polithiefians have set.

Once again, remember everybody has the right to vote as well as to be voted for.
Politics › Re: APC Governors, Tinubu Meet In Lagos Over Presidential Campaign Council by CaptainFM1: 3:04pm On Aug 01, 2022
anonimi:
Are they more than the electorate, 200 million Nigerians huh
How many electorates can pay #100million nomination form? The electorates that even many states are owing them several months salaries. Our polithiefians have weaponised poverty and it will continue for a long time.

Our politics is the most lucrative business in the entire world, that's why you see governors turning Senate & National Assembly to their retirement home.

The masses/electorates have always been involved, just that the entire Nigerian system is rigged against them.
