cococandy: @bold, that would have been the ideal thing but I highly doubt it.
Ask me how I know. I know from reading the things you guys post on here. Any expectation that a man should take on domestic responsibility is vehemently condemned as emasculating. It’s considered a woke western ideology that will kill the soul of the family to have a man contribute domestically in his own home he claims to love
I didn’t make up those situations in my head. It’s the things you guys type here that provided information for such conclusions. Consider my input an excellent exception to your derived assumptions "based on my gender posts on Nairaland". I no dey post based on some wannabe ideology, I cook for my female friends, sisters, Aunts and anywhere I come to be so chanced to do so, even though, I'm "equipped with limited skills". The position should be a sweet-smiling no for the wife. I no want make OP reason much cos, that woman no deserve am at all. |

cococandy: When sick and old in-laws come to love with the family, the expectation is that the wife will be the one to provide care for the sick and old family member. So your wife should have the final say on who’s coming for extended say in my opinion.
Because let’s face it, your wife would have been the one to give your mom bed baths, bathroom care etc. now that her mom is coming, she’s still the one who will be expected to do that. Not you.
So it might not be the presence of your mom she didn’t want. She just didn’t want the extra responsibility which invariably falls on her. Before you ask why she can’t treat your mom the way she treats her mom, know that her mom will be willing to die for her but your mom won’t. That’s the difference Okwu ihuru extra responsibility and care, she still won't take up any. Her primary duty is to care for my family, since I couldn't negotiate for same with my mother, she too by her own precedents can't as well. It's the equaliser effects. Cos if she had taken in her mother in-law, op would have assumed some more domestic responsibilities to ensure there's enough cushion on her, now she wants to stress baba. Make kitipa blind op if him simp on this matter. She has other siblings, let them care for their mom, money no be problem, op will provide. What a narcissistic and inconsiderate level of self entitlement? Bia op, thunder is pressing up already to devour you if you don't strike back. Imagine someone who threw your mom out until her death, let her mom die too the world will not end. |

Slimm01: Lies. Stories that never happened. How long and sturdy can an 11 years old boy's penis be...to think of using it to satisfy a woman who already has children? The size penis would be like a menthol nose inhaler. So pls stop with this fictional story. It's not for pleasure but a deliberate attempt to initiate body fluid exchange between her older self and the youngling. And trust me, 11year old penis can ejaculate too. |

IF this has happened on a grand scale, then it wont stand for long- d court will unearth it and recalculate votes PU by PU. santos247: Please how does vote transfer work? Can you break it down for me please. when Party A scores 51, Party B scores 31 and Party C score 71. The "Establishment Party A" candidate with "Structure" can have his Structure transfer results from Party B by taking 20 (31 - 20 = 11) and 15 (71 - 15 = 56) thereby making his own votes 51 (+ 20 + 15 = 86). So the real voting is; A 51; B 31; and C 71, but declared results will look like A 86; B 11; and C 56, thereby coasting to victory. |

Ephesians 6:4 (KJV) And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Many parents need to learn when to stop interfering in kids lives; once kids turn to adults and you don't control your discipline and love giving tactics and become more befriending to many, they're going to revolt, which is very dangerous for the wellbeing of the offspring. |

Owerriboi: Good development. Alot yorubas live in Anambra, particularly Onitsha and Awka. Just like lagos and River states, Anambra is a multi cultural society where you can meet people from all over Nigeria Yorubas, Fulanis are equally found in Imo State, even in the remotest parts of Obowo L.G.A. The Northerners are part of the maintenance team that keeps those places on front of government house Owerri clean. I've greeted lots of them "Ekale or Ekaro Egbon mi" just to let them know that I recognise their linguistical difference from mine but I head out. But some Yorubas keep shouting nonsense on media. |

His father named him Gbadebo being a Yoruba man, his mother named him Chinedu being an Igbo woman. He has rights to contest as Gbadebo, as well as rights to contest as Chinedu. Chinasa-Abiola is contesting in Umuahia because his mother is Umuahia while his father is Yoruba and his constituents will vote for him regardless of where his father comes from as long as they love him. |

There's some special thing with Abraham for me; a man whom God told get thee out of thy country to a land I'll shew thee and he responded, yes Sir. Faith-personified he is.
Jacob, a street-smart youth who understands that to ascend and succeed in difficult situations, one that comes with birth, you must not relax but go all out for it. Esau lost, and he married same way to two sisters, he's a master of targets and patience.
David: a soul so responsible yet so ungirded and inclined to wayward lifestyle. He gad borderline characters but for God, his worst characters didn't actually kill him, he's brave and a schemer.
Daniel: a youth of letters. Who through reading and studying startled the King in captivity and triumphed over his court-adversaries.
Joseph: a boy with so much patience, I believe he first dreamt of himself and his destiny to truly not go off rails following the wickedness from his siblings, days of slavery, Potipha's wife and imprisonment. Na person wey get long-term vision go perfect this script wella.
My namesake, Ceasar Augustus (Luke 2 Verses 1 to 7. [1] And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. [2] (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)). |
