You are so fake you do not even realize it mate. A Paramedic is an ER doctor/surgeon and ER doctors are trained trauma surgeons. How shallow can you be?

What is your medical specialty? Just one question i asked and you slithered away to consult your online journals and returned to regurgitate what google fed you.
A doctor is not a surgeon, stop mixing the two.
A doctor is someone who graduated from medical school with an MD or MBBS, a Surgeon went through residency training and is a Fellow of whatever body that is in charge of their training.
I agree with you, most ER doctors are trained trauma surgeons after going through residency.
But you didn't go through residency and you're not a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, so, you are no surgeon, stop lying.

a paramedic can't become a surgeon OR a paramedic cannot be a surgeon at the same time?
A paramedic can't be a surgeon, they didn't graduate medical school with an MBBS or an MD degree.
The only way a paramedic can become a surgeon is if they go through medical school, graduate with an MBBS or MD, go through residency training, become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons.
I've asked her all these and she refused to answer.
You have Google, Google paramedics and EMT, it will all make sense.

She already claimed a specialty, so, the questions are just icing on the cake. But she won't answer them, cos she's not a surgeon.
Have you even googled what a paramedic is to see why she can't be a surgeon?

Listen kid the time it took you to type all that rubbish up there it would have taken you a far less time to simply type your medical specialty.
You said you were practiced medicine in Europe and Africa. Then you said you are licensed to practice in 3 countries and working on your 4th. However your comment here says you already have 4 licenses. one in USA, One in Nigeria, One in Germany which by extension covers Russia which makes 4 countries already so how come you are still seeking a 4th license? lol so much lies in you sir

Quack dr fish what is your medical specialty?
Paramedic cum Trauma surgeon cum plastic surgeon
You're a surgeon, answer, is it difficult?
Where did you do your residency?
Are you a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons?
Do you scrub into the theater for surgeries?
Do they hand you scalpel to perform surgeries?

Nigeria and the country where I graduated from, cos of that I can work in Russia without paperwork, Germany is the 3rd.
America is the 4th that I'm working on, I'm already ECFMG certified, just a little bit of paperwork to make it all official, already passed my usmle steps.

So our resident surgeon, you still haven't answered the questions.

Responding to you is ludicrous if i may say so myself. You cannot state a simple medical specialty you are in as a self professed intercontinental medical practitioner with 3 practicing licenses in 3 countries and working on a 4th yet you have absolutely no medical specialty?

You must be a genie in a bottle who makes everyones medical wishes come true.
You say you're a surgeon and you can't even answer those questions.
You made the claim, not me.
So, our paramedic who is also a trauma surgeon and a plastic surgeon.
Where did you do your residency?
Are you a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons?
Do you scrub into the theater?
Do they hand you scalpel to perform surgeries?

I'm certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (the body that license foreign trained doctors in the US) do your want my ECFMG number to verify? Nah, not giving, privacy issues.
Im Licensed by MDCN (Nigeria)
I'm licensed by the host country where I graduated from Med school, which also gives me the license to Practice in Germany and Russia.
We're dropping certifications, right?

I know the atheist technique sir so try not to use the old methods on me because they would not work. You wish to discredit me in the face of your humiliation and quackery.

What is your medical specialty Quack Dr Fish?

If i am duly licensed from BAAPS and HCPC and registered by the General Medical Practitioners council here in the uk then you have hit a rut with me and your attempt at discrediting me. All the errors you made medically i put you right. All the supposed medical regulatory bodies you mentioned i corrected you. Yet you talk about Residency? How much lower in Hypocritical quackery would you sink sir?

What is your medical specialty?
Where did you do your residency, it's not a matter of plenty English and rigmaroles.
You're a surgeon, yea? Both Trauma surgeon and aesthetic surgeon, no problem.
Where did you do your residency? Are you a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons?
Do you scrub into the theater?
Do they hand you a scalpel to perform surgeries?
Simple questions really

Which errors? A surgeon that doesn't know that the brain and spinal cord is part of the CNS?
A surgeon that checks the nail bed and jaw for apnea?
What has cessation of breath got to do with the nail bed for god sakes?

And we have an impasse, gentlemen.
A surgeon that didn't do residency coming here to claim a surgeon.

Christianity EtcRe: Prophet Jeremiah healed Known Mad Man On Live TV. by CatfishBilly: 8:50pm On May 18, 2017
So, @ spacetacular and co.
So what your idea of a medical practitioner is someone who claims to be a paramedic, a trauma surgeon and a plastic surgeon at the same time? Really?
Since you're a surgeon then, riddle me this question.
Which Medical school did you attend?
Where did you do your residency?
Are you a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons?

Of course your fellow theists will last up what you say, it's all about theist vs atheist, not being objective.

If you can just do your diligence and read up about EMS and Paramedics, you'll know that there's no way in hell she's a surgeon.

A surgeon that doesn't scrub into the theater for surgeries, is that one a surgeon?

This your comment is a true example of your Quackery. Read the below

Job Description
Trauma surgery encompasses treatment of the most severe, life-threatening, penetrating and blunt force injuries. A career as a trauma surgeon involves operating on critical, and often multiple injuries to different organ systems. Some of the commonly operated on organs include:

Pancreas
Spleen
Stomach
Colon

Trauma surgeons also work with surgeons in other specialties to stabilize patients in critical condition, and usually work in the emergency care area of a hospital or medical center

The Pancreas, Spleen, colon, stomach are all in what region of your body?

Now put that beside my own quote below which exposed your quackery

Trauma surgery is a surgical specialty that utilizes both operative and non-operative management to treat traumatic injuries, typically in an acute setting and normally focuses on the abdominal area along with any given 'Emergency' field they may be required to serve upon.

Can your quack medical mind show me the difference?

You are a death Monger and no doctor. A self professed intercontinental doctor with 3 licenses from 3 countries and working on the 4th yet lacking even the most basic medical knowledge. Shame on you.
Obviously, we have different definition of trauma surgeon. A trauma surgeon is supposed to be well versed in a variety of surgery skillset, including abdominal, thoracic, vascular and some orthopedics we obviously don't agree on this.

Spot the difference and also tell us your own version of Trauma and why trauma patients require reconstructive surgery aka Aesthetic surgery.

So from practicing in 2 continents it's now licensed to practice in 3 countries yeah? Presently working on your 4th? Lol what an experienced quack you are.

Again you show your quackery to all.

You have no idea that a traumatologist (which i am) is better trained than an ordinary surgeon. We go the extra mile to get further training so as a matter of fact no ordinary doctor can measure up to a traumatologist. Your quackery didnt tell you this did it?

All medical doctors and surgeons start off with the same training in medical school. Specialization comes after graduation during their residency. Training in trauma surgery is a longer process than ER medicine. It's a significant commitment to become a trauma surgeon. It's usually a 5 or 6 year residency for general surgery, followed by a year or two of surgical critical care/trauma fellowship. Emergency medicine residency lasts three or four years, depending on the program. Although there is some overlap, as a trauma surgeon (traumatologist) i must remain up to date on the definitive management of various types of injuries, whereas emergency room physicians focus on the initial stabilization of the patient. So if i am above and more valued than an ordinary ER doctor how much more a doctor with no specialty like you.

Brain stem reflex is a function of its processes. Giving you a detailed lecture is futile because you are a certified quack. You still have not mentioned your medical specialty. Can i have it now?
You're a trauma surgeon? Scrub into the theatre and they hand you a scalpel? Registered with the Royal College of Surgeons while you're still a paramedic?

Dr quack fish can you show me where i harped on 1? There are no 5 processes as all 5 processes listed fall under 3 categories:

1) OCR

2) APNOEA

3) COMA

the supposed 5 checks are just extensions in detail but if you were a true medical practitioner my mere mentioning of those 3 categories would have revealed to you that you are talking to a medical expert but no you had to expose your quackery to all by running to your online medical journal when i have not made reference to any online aid throughout our discussion and spoke from personal knowledge as a bonafide medical practitioner. You could not offer an answer of your own but had to direct me to an online medical journal which you had to search out. The time it took you to search it out you would have simply answered me from the top of your "medical" head Dr quack fish sir.

Stop parading yourself as a medical doctor because you are not. You are a death monger. If anyone has foolishly handed their hospital or clinic to you then he just gave a death monger license to carry out medical quackery on the less knowledgeable.

Here in UK your quack type would be put away for years for impersonation, medical mismanagement and negligence.
I said at least 5 types of brain stem reflexes, not process, where did you see process in my write up?
Do you have comprehension problems?

haha yep he is back to his journals as expected. No direct response from him but depending on google. lol you are a quack sir.

Kindly read the abstract from your own journal and see where it talks about accuracy in diagnosis and remember where i talked about Apnoea, coma, etc and their lack of accuracy. Also read where it mentioned process of brain death certification and how you messed up medically when you jumped to CNS when i corrected you by bringing you back to TBI and SCI as linked with external insults to the patient before determining CNS. Even your journal is against you. Let me paste the first five processes from your own journal

1. Identification of history or physical examination findings that provide a clear etiology of brain dysfunction.

2. Exclusion of any condition that might confound the subsequent examination of cortical or brain stem function.

3. Performance of a complete neurological examination including the standard apnea test and 10 minute apnea test.

4. Assessment of brainstem reflexes.

5. Clinical observations compatible with the diagnosis of brain death.

Number one talks about external insults.

Number three talks on the same apnoea i already repeatedly told you

Number 4 talks about OCR which i already told you falls under brain stem reflexes and part of the checks along with apnoea and coma of which number 5 talks about.

You are a quack sir.

Giving links to online medical journals does not make you a medical practitioner. I could smell your quackery even from over here especially with your lack of knowledge of basic medical practices and inability to use the right medical language when conversing with me. You only expand on my medical abbreviations which clearly shows your failed attempt at being legit.

I will ask again sir what is your medical specialty?

You have responded to everything else except this singular question sir. How come?
Classic strawman argument. The point of our argument was types of brain stem reflexes to certify death, i never mentioned apnoea of which you constantly harped on OCR, from the link I posted, we could pick at least 5 while you constantly harped on 1, that was our argument. Every other thing is a distraction.
Call your doctor naa, scared I'll come to to the UK and you'll be answerable to me? grin grin

What a bloody quack and a shipload of bull from you Dr fish. So Apnoea, coma and absence of brain stem activity are not checks under which OCR falls into absence of brain stem activity? Lol

So you attended medical schools in Europe and Africa right? So now answer me this much asked question Mr intercontinental Doctor, what is your medical specialty sir? You claim you practiced in 2 continents so what was your specialty?

Kindly educate me on the other medical tests associated with Brain stem reflexes beyond the 3 I already gave you and for sake of accuracy, what are the stages involved in each test? Any real doctor would know the answer to that in a heartbeat.

Here is a link, educate yourself, scroll down to assessment of brain stem reflexes. It's a journal and you're allergic to reading it, but who cares, man.

I asked a question about being on a ventilator and ICU if it's death or being comatose even when there is no brain stem reflex observed. Answer it please sir.

Also what is your medical specialty?

You claim to be a doctor yet you depend on a dictionary to explain anoxia and hypoxia?

On that discussion we spoke about autoresuscitation of the dead. Dead means no oxygen supply and no brain activity due to long starvation of oxygenated blood which results in brain cells dying off.

Total lack of oxygen is anoxia and you got it wrong in that discussion. Nobody dies and remains breathing so why use hypoxia to explain that. The dead stop breathing or did your medical journal tell you otherwise Doctor fish?
And you obviously missed the part of my argument where I said the person didn't die because nobody would be dead for 12 hours without cns damage.

Dr Fish why are you finding it hard to tell me your medical specialty?
Now let's get something clear, since you're harping on this hypoxia anoxia thing. I said hypoxia because my argument was that the guy wasn't dead. You probably missed that part and said anoxia, I went with it and apologized for my "mix up" just to keep the conversation flowing, I didn't want to derail by going into another hypoxia anoxia argument. Now that I've cleared the air, you can now send your doctor so that we can have a conversation.

The Catholic Church -- last I checked -- had documented what they called 12 "true" miracles from the people who visited Lourdes. They were all of the sort of spontaneous remission of Stage IV cancer and the like. Sounds impressive ... Except that there have been 12 million visitors to Lourdes. A rate of 1 "miracle" cure per million? That's way less than the documented no-prayer-required spontaneous remission rate.

In fact, if you're suffering from Stage IV cancer, you're better off -- statistically speaking -- to avoid Lourdes at all costs in order to experience a spontaneous remission.
No one can use spontaneous remission of cancers to bamboozle me at this stage. It is every where in medical literature. It is just a simple case of the immune system finally waking up to its fuckkking responsibility.
