uncleinans:I'm shocked that he conveniently ignored the part that read "following rockets fired from Palestine" but majoring on the retaliatory reaction that was appropriately directed to an initial onslaught action. |
ollazin:Those yèyé people that will write in the text that you should come for parcel before 1pm. Their opening hours is 9am to 1pm, even though they claim it's 2pm intra covid. But get there by 9:05am or 1:30pm na gateman you go meet. I use a lot of locations for collection nationwide. But their lackadiasical attitude to parcel sorting of late is very discouraging and I might just have to remove them from my addresses. |
So I got called for an order of June. Ordered: 19/06/20 Shipped: 29/06/20 Carrier: AESS (SingPost) Transit: 81 days Tracking update last showed "dispatched overseas" on 25th July. No update to "delivered" at all up till now. Meanwhile two orders I made made last month, 06/08 and 21/08 have both updated to "failed delivery" within the last 24hrs. However I'm yet to be called to receive them. One is AESS (SingPost) and the other is outright SingPost. Updates on those later when I take delivery.

Lemonz:The guy na gambler. Simple. |
NGpatriot:I'm not from the SE, but I voted. So, there you have it. |
Trump is using this as campaign strategies. He'll say to the electorates in the US: We have brought peace to the middle East without firing any bullets or launching any rockets. We have saved the lives of countless American soldiers, fathers, brothers, mothers who would have otherwise fought in a war and possibly lose their lives defending American interest to establish a free world and peace in the middle East. This is seriosuly, extremely opposite what the democrats under Biden will want, that is using American tax payers' money to fight meaningless wars. But you can see that we have achieved this without spilling the blood of innocent American soldiers. The billions of dollars that would have been used to fight this war will now be used to bring comfort to every American child, man and woman out there. This is what I mean by always, firstly and seriously putting American interest first. This was my MAGA mandate to the Americans. This is my promise to you. I therefore urge all well meaning Americans to vote for me in the polls. Even if that will be your last day on earth, use that moment to vote for me. God bless America. |
maxdozie:The sellers most times inflate the shipping cost of DHL, FedEx et al. You can chat up the seller to negotiate on your own case the DHL shipping price he attached to the item. |
brendan007:It's only the bolded that I experienced about a week ago. Not to the level of delivery yet. Given the new tracking number, I'm expecting the parcel. |
akpunda86:This is a good arrangement. I guess the item is much. That means the new buyer will not need to wait for 1 month before the item gets to him. You're now kind of like AE warehouse in Nigeria supplying Nigeria and the West Africa subregion, like it happens with Russian buyers on AE. They usually receive their items fast because AE sellers have warehouses in Russia. But wait, who now pays for the shipping from you to the new buyer? |
Mofolam:Na BITCOIN tracking number be dat. ![]() It's likely bitcoin is the logistics company. |
Barezzi:Just connect a small 12v 1amp solar panel with an inline diode to the battery to trickle charge it. I think that may suffice. |
![]() |
contease:Whatever you want to do, do not connect any form of charging source apart from solar panels to the solar panel input of a charge controller. The charge controller is for panels, not for AC chargers. You can't even connect wind turbine generator to the terminal except manufacturer's specification says the charge controller also supports wind power input. contease:The solar input terminal does not "allow two way flow" as you think. Rather the design is to prevent current flow in the reverse direction from the battery going back into the solar panel at night. This has two benefits: it prevents parasitic drain from the batteries into the panels at night and it also protects the solar panels from damage that may result from that. contease:The load terminals of a charge controller also has reverse protection, especially the premium ones, and usually supports the max current of the CC itself, that is a 60A charge controller may support loads up to 60A on the loads terminals. That notwithstanding, it is not usually used for inverter loads. It's just for light loads like DC appliances like your DC bulbs, modems, chargers etc. So discard the idea of hooking your inverter onto the load terminal of your CC. Rather connect it directly to your battery terminals. |
This. Is niiiiiice! |
Barezzi:Lol. Bàbá wan hit jackpot ![]() |
Amocee:They are just trying to be smart aleck. I'm not sure you should be billed up to that amount. On the flip side, you should be glad it was NIPOST trying to job you cos if it were to be customs, well you'll get to pay like 15k as fees. Just insist that they should issue the official payment receipt for you. I usually insist that when I suspect foul play in their charges. |
Mheeen thanks for this idea. I'm gonna paint my dog in tiger colours. Na for unwarranted trespassers including those useless herdsmen that graze their cattle in front of the fence to keep off my property with a 2 kilometer long pole. The building is in a fairly new site with few great buildings but with profuse natural vegetation to attract dem herders. If dem herders could have free grazing pass at National Assembly and in front of Aso Rock in Abuja, my own na small but with this idea, it's more scare for the trespassers. (laughing hysterically like despicable me). |
justcallmenuel:I don't know why I keep stealing back glances at this Felicity lithium offerings knowing fully well that we've trashed out the overdeclared nominal capacities here. I pray greed will not take the better part of me. Maybe it's because of my own supplier's price tag of 48/200 which is like 200k above the price tag of the Felicity's equivalent. I don already calculate what that 200k extra will add to my set up. |
Uchepele: . I no understand wetin you mean o. |
Edopesin:If for a 5 USD dollar item you decide to split payment into 2usd and 3usd with two different cards, the refund of each parts of the split will be to the respective account attached to the cards used. Just make sure that you open dispute for the two part payments and not just one part, expecting the other part to automatically get refund. |
osadolor153:Hah! iPhone kwa?! Or you mean to type iPhone accessories. Which seller sends phones through Yanwen or Cainiao? It's just like saying you wanna take one chance bus for roadside instead of heading to the motor park It's neither here nor there. You can get away with paying dirt cheap transport fare but it could also turn to the worst nightmare with dem robbery or kidnapping shyte. It's usually small packages or inconsequential items that are usually sent thru though Yanwen or Cainiao portals. For phones anything less than DHL, FedEx or AESS na scam o. The post office people or customs will be tempted to steal such. |
Good decision If it was Nigerian Police, the IGP would "look away" If it was Nigerian Army, they will say the officer is an "unknown Soldier" Meanwhile, that the erring officer is punished for striking a civilian, it will put some awe in the minds of the civilian population not to misbehave to the officers cos if LASTMA can punish it's own for maltreating a civilian, then it will by no means spare a civilian who misbehaves to any officer. |
funshyboi:I guess you intend to type 480 watt-hour (12v 40 ah) battery and I'll wager it's those blue coloured lithium types. If I'm correct, you should get the functions of the four terminal wires correctly (2 input and 2 output) wires. You also connected it directly to the 80 watts panel which isn't good for the battery. There should be a charge controller in between the two. You can get by with a small sized - maybe 10A to 20A - charge controller; one with bulk of 14.4v and float of 13.7v should be fine. If you also have a DC-DC buck controller with 14.4v output lying around, you can co-opt that too, better still if the buck controller has adjustable output voltage. The PWM charge controller should be able to provide you with info on your charging status. Some DC-DC buck controller, especially the ones with adjustable output voltage and current also come with voltmeter which you can read to guess your charging status. About charging your phone, just get a cheapie car usb charger (shouldn't be more than 1k5), connect it to the output terminals of your battery and you're good to go. Of it's a PWM charge controller that you are able to lay your hands on, get ones with 5v usb ports included. |
osadolor153:Maybe it's Yanwen or Cainiao or CHINA post Small Packet. They are trackable only when it is within the country of origin - China, but the moment is gets out of there, it's OYO. Lemonz:It's not whether it is "Free shipping" or not that determines if it will be trackable or not. It's for the reasons given above. You can have a 120 USD or even 450 USD item with logistics as free shipping on AESS, CPRAM, CPSP, SingPost, DHL, EMS or even FedEx. They will all be trackable. |
Alozera:The refunds will be to your account irrespective of card change. However in cases where you need to complete a "dispense error form" for error on other transactions, you will need to enter the info of the card you used. Besides there is this thing with GTBank - the new card you're issued still has the same 16 digit card number as you expired card. The only different information on the new card will be a new date of expiry and new CCV both of which are as equally important as the 14 - digit info. I have had three card changes so far (two expiries and one damaged card). The new cards always bore the 16 digit number of the first card. I like it that way cos you can always memorize your card number while the new numbers you need to bother yourself with are the new date of expiry and CCV. You may or may not decide to use your old PIN. |
ceaser:So I eventually got a reply from the nonsense seller claiming that post office has lost the item. 1 day in transit item o that has not even left China sef abi shey na China my post office dey ni? So if I had not queried the tracking info or I had not even birthered to tack the item, that's how the useless seller woulda kept quiet while purchase protection runs out and he will get paid for services not rendered. @Emily22 @Hayqiu010 you see what I'm saying about some sellers' mischief in claiming they've sent items when it becomes apparent they will not be able to meet the shipping deadline. Annoying part is that the guy is still asking "May I help you?" after my first message has explained in detail the nonsense he'd done. Feigning stupid ignorance. These Chinese can scam heh. ceaser:

earthrealm:That's like 500k per 100ah. Last I conversed with him, his 48/100 was 480k. I guess dollar muxt have been doing him strong thing too. |
Was called for three parcels today. Two (Yanwen) had been in transit for 5 months. The third was on transit for 35 days. AESS (via Singapore post). All three parcels were small. I noticed the items trickling in for me for the past two weeks (5 so far) are all small parcels. Large parcels shipped earlier and later, even those that had shown "arrived destination" for 2 weeks now are yet to be delivere. Apparently, NIPOST is sorting out the small parcels leaving the big ones to gather dust till a later time when the resume full service. |
Lemonz:Daamn hilarious. Where'd you get this? |
Hayqiu010:Usually it's the seller that gives you, deliberately of course, a wrong tracking number for your item not shipped. In most cases, the seller will apologize to you and lie that it was an error. At times the problem may be that he does not have the item at that moment but hopes to ship it at a date later than the "preparing item for shipping" time. He will then mark your item as shipped and give you a tracking number of an item coming to your town, to Nigeria or to West Africa. This means that it will take some weeks of tracking for you to realize the anomaly and have your suspicion raised. If your item is eventually shipped at a later date, the seller can voluntarily inform you of a change in tracking number. Some will not, and when you find out that you've been tricked and you ask him questions, he will then apologize that it was an error and them give you the correct tracking number. In the scenario in which he did not ship the item and you decide to open dispute, he will not drag refund dispute with you, in fact he will be the one that suggests you open dispute. You will be impressed by his "honesty" and end up giving him 5 stars review. This is a better outcome for the seller, better than if he had messaged you that he is out of stocks and therefore can't ship your item in which case you will cancel the order on "seller is out of stock" reason which attracts penalty to the seller from AE. I have seen thru those sellers' fascade, so I do not fall for that their useless strategy. |
