zeestone99:Thanks. I think it will look great in a 48v system. |
ojeysky:After the freezer attains minus 20 degrees, what is the consumption it settles at and maintains? On and off, mostly off. But on for today. Àfàò road. So that means that that BMV can be used ordinarily without any special types of inverter-SCC communication. |
So I had to go see the movie that is scripted after this Aokigahara forest. Name of the movie is "The forest (2016)". I just didn't like the ending where the twins had to.be swapped, one eventually ending up dead. Lemme go and see another movie (though I've seen the movie before but I need a refresh) also prompted by this NL topic - 47 Ronin (2013). Sources of movies: fztvmovies dot com |
GeorgeD1:I have that as one of my birth names. But not to worry, I'm not slighted in the least. ![]() Though I don't answer the name and well, my religious inclination differs. |
Teewhy2:On the whole, is this wired panel cheaper than use of traditional cement blocks? Does it give added strength and protection against burglary above what the traditional cement blocks provide? |
mctfopt:See as me and the seller just dey go around in circles. I even messaged him in the traditional way that the Chinese speak and understand English. Something like, "first card, I pay 100usd, second card, I pay 60.76usd, total 160.76usd, you ship when I pay full". Still the guy dey yearn nonsense. Hmmm. Theloveth:Chineke oooooo! Stanbic nor try at all. Dem fall hand. Thanks. |
ojeysky:Niiice ![]() What's the freezer consumption digits like? As regards the "fingered" 219L, it still freezes okay, right? In case you wanna give it up, I might have one beverage drinks retailer who is interested in getting used freezer for cheap. This BMV thingy, it can only be used with those inverters that come with RJ11 ports, right? Me I nor even dey connected to utility supply at all. And today isn't looking promisimg either, only signs of more rain drizzles. E be like say generator will come on line for some. |
Almost two consecutive days of continuous rain and little sunshine. Major systems eventually went offline between 12am and 2am today. A downtime and deserved rest for one of the inverters that ran for 5 months non-stop. I'll score myself much higher than epileptic PHCN. Even almighty Britain's EDF energy and British gas have downtimes no matter how short. ojeysky:I don't know if he will like payment in instalments. Guys may key in to that. But for someone who had to wait full five months for his goods to arrive and then may have to wait another two months to get paid fully after finding buyers, payment in instalments will not be the first payment plan that comes to mind. But it's still not a bad idea. How are you enjoying your new acquisitions: 560ah higher level and 379L turbo-powered inverter freezer? |
ceaser:Please o, Stanbic IBTC. Who knows their monthly limit and exchange rate? |
sofiscatedmoron:There are links available for split payments or "extra payments" as it's better referred to. Such links allows you to add payments in 1 USD increment. A seller gave me such link a week ago for the payment of an item but didn't use it since I later changed my mind about the item. |
Valto:Sorry bro. he financial implication of acquiring lithium is still outside the reach of majority. Considering the fact that self-discharge of LFP is very low, it would have made sense to acquire cells piecemeal, but for the risk of batch mismatching issues with piecemeal acquisition. Also, it's not likely that after getting 4pcs 280 ah within financial prowess of the moment, it'll be easy to find the next 4pcs 280 ah when the next financial surge comes. And I don't think payment in instalments comes with the offers. Abeg no vex. Make you cut guys some slack. |
earthrealm:You forgot to also hammer the wire gauges well well. @op, insist he uses nothing less than 6mm, better if it's around 10mm for the installation And the MPPT controller that earthrealm mentioned is important, very important. |
zeestone99:No voltage? |
Make una see me see trouble o. This language barrier is a serious problem. This seller that I've been asking for possibility of splitting payment in order to sideline the 100usd limit on my debit card has been yearning nonsense repeatedly that I had to ask if I was chatting with a computer or with a real person. In fact, I don tire.

Called to collect an item today. 57 days on transit, SingPost.

Mofolam:WTF! Okay maybe it's because of the Chinese holiday which spans from October 1st to October 8th. Let's see what happens after their holidays. |
anonimi:Better translated as "death before dishonour". Your observations ar on point. And as to the question, gradual prolonged desensitisation to what is right, just and upright is why. Prolonged sustained erosion of sound reasoning and logical thinking by the political class and dehumanising conditions of a group of people will have a negative impact on societal morals. They have been maltreated for long, oppressed continuously with no reprieve or chance to bounce back to morality for a re-evaluation. They have therefore forgotten the meaning of morality, hence the decadence. That is why Nigerians no longer see any wrong in "selling their votes for a morsel". That is why you would be derided as "mumu" or not smart if you decide to be straightforward or upright in doing business. It's the same reason why you can never keep any person in charge of your business without they stealing from you despite being paid regularly the agreed salary, thereby ruining the business and running you down. That's why you may be killed/murdered by erring colleagues at work if you decide to inform the management of their misdemeanours impacting negatively on the business. Certain mother's now wholly support their children and wards in advanced fee fraud popularly know as 419 and also in "yahoo yahoo". |
If the lady had remained in Nigeria, I can assure you that she will be fighting for better emoluments and better working conditions and the government will have owed her several months in unpaid salaries. She will not even have the time to make SDG impacts since she will still be struggling to figure her own existence and living out. So PMB should self-introspect: what has he done to ensure the professionals in Nigeria perform outstanding, not just good, in their chosen career? In Nigeria of today, you may be "good" in your preoccupation, but believe me that your "good" is the limit you have been kept to be with the condition of things in th country. You can be "outstanding" given the right working conditions and state of mind, things which this country do not offer at this moment. That is why you see Nigerians getting outstandingly brilliant in their deliveries when they move to saner climes. selemempe:Plenty. 1. Buhari 2. PMB 3. GMB 4. Muhammadu Buhari 5. Mohammed Buhari 6. Buhari Mohammed 7. Buhari Muhammadu 8. Bubu 9. President Buhari 10. General Buhari The waves they all make abroad is spending Nigerian tax payers' monies in health and shopping benefits abroad. So there you have your 10 names. Óyá look for another hate question. Haters everywhere. |
Hmmmm FFK comes to mind. I hope he will not hope of reliving the past and hitting that again now that he is divorced and free. |
The way Albino animals news are taking front page on NL these days, I move a motion that lalasticlala be made the custodian of Albino things. The portfolio should be given to him along with the snakes news he currently manages. |

kiekie1:Pictures. Edited. Okay. The pictures did not load initially. |
Just like the politicians who are paid with tax payers' money and are supposed to make humane policies to make everyone happy, these men in blue and black uniform gets paid by tax payers' monies to kill the same people they are supposed to protect. You'll agree with me that those two categories of people (police and politicians) need serious MSA as pre-employment examination before power thru guns and thru the ballot respectively is handed over to 'em. Then a yearly periodic examination should be conducted to know if they still retain their sanity while on the job. In those days, Nigerian Police and Nigerian Military were envied groups in peacekeeping in countries like Liberia. Their professionalism and due diligence earned 'em a lot of respect I the international community that officers love to be posted to UN peacekeeping missions, plus they are paid in dollars then and because payment is directly from the UN their allowances were not looted. But ever since the inception of this 4th Republic, the military and paramilitary forces in Nigeria has been bastardised. Edit: MSA is Mental State Assessment. It's a clinical examination performed by doctors (psychiatrists) on patients to determie their mental health status. |
ojeysky:Yeah, I get. |
dollarnaira:Na hustle o bros. If we can't get to Alaba ourselves and we don't have direct contacts with the suppliers, then honest, sincere and non-greedy hustlers that are willing to do procurement and shipping down to us are welcome. It's all part of employment. My problem will be if they try to milk buyers seriously dry and even making illegitimate profit beyond the dealers themselves. |
ojeysky:I don't think something may be wrong with the cells in order to use this. I think it may just be an extra effort at keeping the cells balanced augmenting the BMS balancing function. I went thru the buyers' review of the item and many agreed that their cells got balanced within a few millivolt within 24hrs. Really impressive reviews about the stuff. |
Some tools I think the Lithium packs DIYers may find useful. Hope to have some o these too once the shipping logistics are fully back to normal.

iKingsley:What is Ecobank exchange rate? |
“Is it fair that the farmer, herders and low-level people in the society that the taxpayer money is taken from them is subsidising the lifestyle of our city urban dwellers? The President is just trying to be as practical on these matters as possible. These guys are funny. Herdsmen are nomadic, constantly on the move and neither have a permanent resident address nor any form of identification. The authorities dare not harass them to pay up else they will answer to the presidency. Therefore as things still go today in this dispensation, they tick all the boxes for those that can successfully escape the tax authorities. On the other hand, crop farmers need land for their produce, they can therefore be traced and taxed accordingly. I think MACBAN and their spokesperson Garba Shehu should know that Nigerians, save Fulanis who are chiefly migrants, know the gimmicks in that statement. Tryna give the impression that Fulani herdsmen pay tax "like the crop farmers and the rest of true Nigerians do". Maybe those that have enclosed ranches like Buhari does, but not likely the nomadic ones that are constantly on the move which are in the majority. |
luvyaself95:Cancer is undesirable, very undesirable. If someone is lucky it may be the mild forms which are treatable. Worst scenarios, it may be the stubborn ones that may not even be discovered early until it has gone into advanced stage. See that "black panther" guy. A great guy that cancer dealt the blow in his early forties which is even a less common age for that type of cancer - colorectal. This Berlin patient's type may have been an acute type of heamatological malignancy. The acute ones are more stubborn. There are thousands of Nigerian patients with a type of blood cancer called CML (a chronic type) and are doing extremely fine on special medication |
[quote author=omotoda post=94550532]It's 12volt.[/quotIt seems no 24v or 48v of that form factor from Famicare. |
