justcallmenuel:The specs. |
condralbedez:Haba! That reply was too savage. Please try to do it small. |
Xender10:Even if the prices are shown in local currency, the transaction will be processed in dollars, so your 100 USD limit still stands. As per knowing the amount of USD you've used for the month, I'm not sure that is easy to check except if you call custocare and give them your card details. But know that your limit is renewed first day of every month. |
Emily22:Apparently. Got 5 items today. It begun with me following the advice of one post here. Go to the PO and tell 'em you received text message to come collect items. Well, I showed them messages I had received before that I've even gotten the items. Could you believe that two items I was not contacted for surfaced from their sorting bags. I still insisted that there are couple more that were tracked as having arrived (that was not entirely true), but they too insisted those were the ones they've received. 2 hours later they called me that I have some parcels that were already packed in "to be returned items" bag and that I should hurry up to come take 'em. They were three in number one of them having been updated to "failed delivery" since 19th September and I've been there twice to demand the item, but they kept saying that it's not been received and if they do, illtbe contacted. Of the 5 items, two were singPost ordered 29th September, one stuck at "despatched to destination country" even after delivery while the remaining three were Yanwen and Cainiao which updated to "arrival at destination" within 3 weeks.

I hope Zahra visited Dubai to shop for her Mother-in-law. It won't be okay not to reciprocate that Nigerian flag that Dubai showcased on her Burj Khalifa to celebrate with Nigeria her independence. |
Well, you know how much of our naira (dollar dominated) drives their economy. Nigerians all engage in tourism and commerce to Dubai and the UAE. Even Aisha recently toured the place to spend Nigeria's tax to shop for her daughter's wedding sturvs. That's not to talk of our useless politicians that use looted funds to own almost half of all estates and booked rooms in 5 star hotels in Dubai. I don't know how they think. Why don't they key into this and turn a lotta place in this country to tourist destinations that the oyinbos will spend their life earnings to visit. That is a better way than yahoo yahoo to fleece 'em of their monies. Calabar, Ikogosi, Warri, Plateau (if the president is willing to call the Fulani marauders there to order), are just a few of the hundreds of places this country is blessed with that can be turned to Dubai-like tourist destinations. |
I didn't eat the meat. I only took a bite. |
AnonPoet:There are actually in their millions, of citizens that have fled into neighbouring countries in West Africa. Many millions more have fled and are still fleeing to other African countries, the Asia, Europe, carribeans and any place you can think of as inhabitable on the blue planet. The difference in independence celebration I noticed between this current regime and that of about 7 or 8 years ago is that there is no wasteful independence day spending with this one, no inflated independence day cake and no useless independence day gathering by government officials (thanks to covid for that one). Otherwise every other undesirable and evil indices have remained the same or mostly tripled from 8 years till now. |
Why is the appeal court trying to block replication of what was done with DSS recutiment and blocking the massive recruitment of a section of the country, huh? Anyways no problem. The next strategies will any of the following: 1. We replace that supreme court justice to our own stooge and bring another modified lawsuit before him. 2. We regig the board of the PSC to be filled with our own people so that they will connive with us to approve whatever list our stooge police chief presents, even if the list does not reflect the federal character 3. We altogether instruct our rubber-stamp legislature to change the acts guiding the PSC and removing their capacity for recruitment urging them to usurp that capacity for the office of the police chief. After all Malami has done something similar with EFCC act to the office of the AGF. All our people from Niger Republic that we opened the borders for must get those police jobs. So we need to take total control of the recruitment process either by hook or crook. |
maestro299:Condoms don't offer protection against all STDs. Pubic Lice and genital warts are just some of those. |
luvyaself95:He had the two ailments simultaneously. He was treated for the cancer using a stem cell transplant. The stem cell could have been from any compatible donor but they went the extra mile to get not only a compatible donor but also the donor that has genes that are naturally HIV resistant. Thus the recipient was cured of both ailment. The problem with cancer though is that most are recurrent. There is also year-survival rate for cancer treated patients. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy following transplant are one of the adjunct therapies. Those two procedures in themselves are carcinogenic processes. So a number of these factors may eventually lead to recurrence of the malignancy which he eventually succumbed to, even though the HIV cure was apparently a permanent one. |
1. Tedious yes, but the pros outweighs that con. The tediousness is what guarantees the tight and waterproof connection. 2. The male-female configuration ensures there is always a tight slide-in fit. It is always a tight fit which te installer can further confirm with his meter if in doubt. 3. The solar panel is rated for 25 yrs, so also are the components that come with it. I've seen MC4s that has been in service for 6 yrs still maintain their tight and waterproof fit, not weather smitten or smouldered save a little fading of the black colour of the plastic to know that it can still go for another 10 yrs or so. In contrast, use of plain wires that I did for small panels that didn't come with MC4s has shown me the unreliability of that method. With alternating exposure to rain and sun, the insulating tapes over time slowly lose their adhesion and unwraps thereby exposing the conductors which then turn green with corrosion and smoulders with exposure to the elements. Before you know it, you'll be climbing the roof every 2 or 3 years to maintain contacts. Although I noticed that hiding such taped connections behind/under the panel away from the elements tend to delay failure by as much as 2 years. 4. That taping fails much later from the explanation in 3. 5. Quality panels will come with quality components, the MC4 included. Even 2nd tier panels don't do bad in MC4s, though the wires may not be as thick gauge as their first tier counterparts. Nigerian handymen need to drop this belief that they need to make modifications when such is not scientifically backed up. It is similar to they telling you that you will need to "permanent" the radiator fan of your imported tokunbo vehichle because according to them, the weather here is hotter. I experimented on that notion 12 yrs ago. Two vehicles, same type and model, bought at the same type. Against their recommendation to permanent the fans on both vehicle, I decided to do only one. Within 5 years of use, I've had to change the radiator fans of the modified one twice while the one with the on-off cycle preserved is still going strong 12 yrs after according to reports from the new users. It's due to intellectual lazyness and not questioning ideas. danowena: |
durodee:You people that are changing wife anyhow. Wehdone o. |
GeorgeD1:With this nonsense, Jumia Global will lose patronage and become redundant, leaving the with the regular Jumia Nigeria. |
proeast:Sincerely if the irregularity has been restricted only to occupation of plush jobs in FG agencies by Fulanis, it may still be tolerated because nepostism has been a recurring decimal in the history of the country, albeit at varying degrees, without dire consequences. But this administration has successfully done is to take it several notes higher and them cap it up with state-sponsored genocide cum terrorism. The last straw threatening to break the camel's back in this instance is the worsening security and the seeming land-grabbing and incursion of Fulanis into territories belonging to others while the government looks away. The state-sponsored genocide is what nationalists will no longer tolerate. If this nonsense will not be addressed and regionalism or true federalism entrenched, then by all means proponents of self-determination should come forward and table their demands. |
Enice:I wonder why they had to wait for a whole 6 months to elapse before they reconstituted the board. Doing that will have addressed the vacuum created within that 6 months and will have definitely provided an avenue to do the right thing of following the rule (selection process to effect continuation as stipulated by the act). Then when the 6 months elapse and it's time for a complete overhaul like they just woke up to do, a new zone will be appointed and the South Easterners would have known that they've been given their full due.l and full tenure as stipulated in the act. I'll wager that if the incumbent that vacated the position was a Notherner, within 48 hours the FG will have announced the replacenent. Whatever the FG does, every action they take, their thought process out to anticipate reactions. This is like being a father in the family. You're supposed to take decisions that does not engender jealousy between your children and wards. One child is not special over the other and if that father thinks otherwise, then maybe he does not deserve to be a father in the first place. |
Difrent: Difrent:Please for goodness sake when making your statement, don't ignore the PENCOM rules that were already laid down on the pattern of succession. Is that too difficult to grasp?! The rule states that in the spirit of federal character, in an event where an incumbent did not get to finish the term (got truncated) then another from his/her region is selected as replacement. You know deep down that if positions were switched, PMB will not select any apart from a northerner to finish the tenure, meaning that he will remember to stick with the rules. Even if the tenure was FINISHED by a northerner, he will still pick another northerner as replacement. PMB clearly broke the rule on this. And I will not wish him good luck because he is clearly making more enemies for his Kith and kin by the day. People will be waiting for 'em all post-2023. Okoroawusa:@The bolded. I believe that in this case, because there was no northerner with the needed qualification vying for that position and also the AfDB international community does not play nepotism like PMB does, he had no choice but to present the South East candidature. Besides, her exit will create the much needed void that a northern replacement (with probably no qualifications for PENCOM positions) will occupy, something that has clearly played out in your very eyes with this appointment. Misterdhee1:Undoubtedly, most South Easterners supported that illegality by GEJ and will even insult anyone who tries to call out GEJ for those iregularities. I just wish we could have a president with the desirable qualities of non-nepotism, pan Nigeria and pan African attitude, activism and efficient side of ex-president OBJ minus the corrupt side of him. Although we can still manage a small tint of the corrupt side of him since we know only 1 percent of politicians are non-corrupt but that person should have the efficiency, activism and non-nepotism. |
Ghana our next door neighbour made the clear statement to herdsmen: "We don't want you in our country destroying our crops and killing our people". Their police force drove them out of their territory. They are our neighbour with the most peaceful environment. Nigeria, actively helped and enabled by a nepotistic head of state, literarily opened the country's borders to these usurpers. They destroy farmers' crops, kill, main and rape the indigents. But they are not apprehended. When reported, the police will say the indigents should make peace and allow the herdsmen access to their lands; literarily asking 'em to turn the other cheek. But when the aborigines decide to exact justice themselves and take an eye for an eye, the police suddenly remember that there is no way to "make peace" and then go on arresting the land owners who tried to protect their property. Lol, literarily arresting the owner of the house for defending himself against the thief. Next time, the house owner will wanna ensure that the bodies disappear without trace so that there'll be nothing the police will argue on as the reason for arrests. Well, y'all can see the result of that: surge in insecurity and now Nigeria has made the top three most terrorised countries in the world. The police will do well to free the arrested indigenes, who may even be innocent, without delay because at least that's what they do for guilty Fulani herdsmen within 24hrs they are arrested for destroying farmlands or killing farmers and landowners. I voted PMB in his first term but was undecided in the second term cos two years into his first tenure I haven't seen any corrupt official languishing in jail, the sole reason many Nigerians rooted for him. Sadly, the Atiku alternative was not even a sweeter pill to swallow, so I wouldn't blame those that still voted the devil they know for a comeback. I hope Ondo elections produce a winner from the thrid party so that Nigerians will know that it is possible for them to vote an effective third force. That way we won't have to always be left with the choice of two useless candidates from parties that have outlived their usefulness and relevance to the common Nigerian. Meanwhile let's hope that the remaining two and half years of this crop would not lead to irreversible damage before their term is over; like the Yoruba adage: kí ilè tó pa òsìkà, ohun rere á ti bàjé. PlanBIncome:I fear for 'em, really. What happened in Central African Republic will likely be child's play to what may happen when they have no president to defend 'em. But can Nigerians say that they (fulfudes) don't really deserve what's coming to 'em? You can't expect to be in charge for ever, so it is wise to forge friendship and good relationships when you are in power so as to guarantee reciprocity when your are put of that position. While I won't be a proponent of Nigerians taking their pound of flesh from these invaders once they are out of power, one thing I sincerely hope for is that their land-grabbing campaigns be halted on its tracks and the successes they feel they have recorded should be promptly reversed and the land returned to the owners. This wrongs done to North Central Nigeria should be corrected. It is doable. Sanni Abacha removed a Fulani Sultan and put a Hausa person and heavens did not fall. |
It's one of two things as usual: It's either NLC has been scammed by the current government OR NLC excos have received brown envelopes and decided to fool Nigerian workers by agreeing with the most absurd promise a government can come up with. By the way, the only reason I can think of why the government took NLC's strike threat serious is because it will affect operations at the airport which means that they can't junket out and around like they would love to; it's not because they care about Nigerians. COVID lockdown had them grounded for 6 months, they are itching to again walk that runway, look out that airplane window, visit and and sightsee countries being ruled by reasonable and competent leaders; heck they will not let any petulant NLC extend the lockdown and jeopardize their avarice. |
eagleu: Misslilbootay:Right on point. There is a SW parable that goes thus: "Until he/she has taken custody of the machete (to execute vengeance), a child does not demand to know the circumstances sorrounding his/her father's demise". |
ojeysky:From 200 to 560. Good upgrade. |
dgitrader:I took delivery of shoe package from AE about 3 weeks ago. If there will be any ban, maybe it will be on commercial quantity rather than on one meant for personal use. |

ojeysky:No wonder. Yeah, this must be true. I tried to explore that Jumia angle because of monthly limit of 100usd on dollar transactions in our banks. On 15k cumulative item, shipping was going to like 21k. I just deleted am from my cart. |
ojeysky:I know say your new level does not operate at 24/100 again nau. You stil gats to sell am off. My plan was to have you do the wàhálà of looking for buyer for the 24/100 while I go home with 24/200. ![]() Congrats on the new power hub. Enjoy yourself jàre. But I noticed it's still 24vokts pack. Is it the capacity that is different now? |
Valto:You missed that part he said all four panels were connected in series. @ It's either your panels are connected 300w(2pcs) in series and 260w (2pcs) in series and then you parallel the two outcomes OR As ògá Valto talk am, just sell off your 260w and get a uniform 300w which will still not be "ALL CONNECTED IN SERIES" but in 2s2p configuration. |
SoftHeart:@ Bolded ![]() That info is untrue. An MPPT will serve you better even on two panels and considering the fact that you need to make your set up future-proof, that is, capable of accomodating future expansion with addition of more solar panels, use of an MPPT is non-negotiable. Football power PSW inverter. ![]() While 280e panel may not be bad but, I think a good starting point should be 300/320 watts panel from a reliable manufacturer. Because by the time you yourself have ample knowledge of your set up and you have the bucks, you will be itching to ditch the 280watts to upgrade to higher ratings in order to squeeze out more energy. |
Kingrefreshed: wildikeman:You should have noticed that he was joking about every viewer including himself. He acknowledged watching it, though sparingly, and appropriately side swiped himself as the "Chief hypocrite". To me, it was a great joke from a real person rather than someone you feel deserves to be berated like you did. You can see that he rightly garnered more than 200 likes from people who understood the whole concept of his post. |
Poseidon000: ![]() Mr Gargantuan. You know like that you tube lady that can leave you confused after she must have finished speaking intimidating grammar. |
moneyissweet: ![]() That was 10 years ago. HBB1: ![]() Worry as how? Your observation is incorrect o. And you're just about to miss out that lil' bit of precious information in that post. Besides that doesn't invalidate the fact in the statement. His genotype predisposes him to that and if by knowledge and experience, I can point out that fact, yours is to key into that statement there, extract the information and like apostle Paul will say; verify it and acquire the knowledge therein. You can flaunt that knowledge to people who are unaware, even if the "experience" part is absent. They'll regard you with the awe of being versatile in some basic medical science in addition to your own professional field. |
geosegun:Apparently they seem to disagree with your opinion, having created a more conducive "alternative reality" and alternative "truth" to the reality. But honestly, don't they have a right to create the protective bubble of an alternative reality? Heck they do! |
