And with our solid control of this game tonight, all hope is not lost against Spain.
But then, who's gonna be slotting in the ball for us ? *please tell*

Dblack: The SUV were made by IVM, (I saw them). Peter obi just wanted to create artificial demand for innoson motors thereby stimulating production and economic growth.
Oh that's great, then.
I'll support 'buy Nigeria' any day. Especially as it stimulates local economy.

I hope all the vehicles are from Innoson Motors?
At least let the money still provide jobs for the citizens instead of some Koreans or European market.
Where are the Obi's internet dogs? please confirm this.

Eko Ile: Though I'm loving this project, the real koko and inspiring aspect of the whole deal is the red highlight...

Another great reason to love and commend this this man for always going above and beyond to deliver for his people and make his state a better place.

This is not a leader siting around just to collect paychecks, he's a sense of duty and purpose leader, a motivator and and precious template for many more leaders destined to follow his footsteps...

Salute....
Absolutely, there is no doubt that Fash is on a different league amongst the governors.
However, he needs to beam his sight on Surulere roads. Asides the major business streets of Ogunlana/Adelabu/Bode Thomas/Shitta et al, all the residential streets must rank as one of the worst roads in the country.
Just visit Aguda for in stance and you will be wondering if you are heading to the valley of shadow of death, once you veer off Adelabu! Not even to talk of Ikate/Ijesha and the rest.
Sometimes i wonder if those ones are meant to be done by the Council chairmen, but they ain't doing nada.

HealthHAZARD! Deep Red Close Up Paste by cecegorz(op): 10:58am On Jun 14, 2013
Hi Guys,
I'm not sure the section this fits in but since it's an oral issue, i'm just putting it here.
Recently i discovered that my mouth feels as if it has been roughly washed with an iron brush, with the base of my tongue in real pains and i couldn't put a finger to it.
I raised the issue with a few friends and got the question on which toothpaste i use and i told them, immediately it was pointed out to me that the Close Up paste is the culprit.
I quit using the paste immediately and switched to another brand, now my mouth is fully restored to normal.
Further probing got me amazed as the number of people that has experienced this but it seems nobody is reporting it officially.
I have called their helpline listed on the tube, 080086453837 severally and it never got through, they don't even have a listed email address.
I was wondering if it is a factory fault or that many of the fake products has flooded the market.
I wonder how many people here can share their experience on this?

PoliticsRe: Amigo Supermarket Owners Sues FG For N50bn For Unlawful Detention by cecegorz(m): 10:37am On Jun 10, 2013
What these Boko partners have done is standard procedure.
Knowing Nigeria, they don't want to be left in detention to rot away without trial.
They are only praying to be charged to court so they can start exploring any tiny legal loop hole they might get, thouh I don't see any lee way for them, especially at this our tense security period.
As per Barr. Aturu, he is simply practicing his profession!
CelebritiesRe: Saka Porting To MTN Was A Mistake - Etisalat Boss by cecegorz(m): 9:00pm On Jun 07, 2013
I believe this Saka saga (sounds funny) is going to be a huge reference point for both Brand managers and advert executives for a very long time.
For the MD of EMTS to make such a statement shows that his brand was badly hit below the belt by the incident.
Truth is that it was actually their mistake, and not Saka's.
It could be likened to Wenger saying that V.Persie made a mistake 'porting' over to Man U, with a bigger pay and a EPL cup to booth.
Fact is when it comes to Brand marketing/communications in the telco industry, nobody comes close to MTN. In spite of all their network challenges, they have a way of communicating endearment through their unforgettable adverts (y'hello bahn, oh Jerry, MTN presence etc) and strategic program sponsorships (WWTBAM, Project Fame, etc).
If any other telco company were in the shoes of MTN in terms of service disruptions, they would have been history by now.
But then, another thing i'm glad to observe now, is how the indigenous management team are going to handle the brand now that the expats have handed over to them. time will tell.

Awwww!!!
Where is Ben Carson when you need him!
This looks like one hell of a case, but good news from the report is that they have distinct heart, lungs and abdominal organs. But the rib cage is visibly fused, creating a single torso for both individuals.
Can UNTH pull this off? Considering the personnel and resources this will gulp.
I just pray to see them successfully seperated as soon as possible.
PoliticsRe: Mixed Reactions On Enugu's Kia Police Cars by cecegorz(m): 11:49pm On Jun 06, 2013
Sullivan has a penchant for doing mass purchase of these units at intervals. Check out;
All the state house of assembly members
All the traditional rulers
Now, the police force.
At least you can count over 500 units from the state govt over the past few years.
Probably the KIA marketing team are doing extremely well on their job for them to be closing these deals OR Sullivan invested in KIA shares heavily? huh huh huh

CareerRe: I'm Considering Leaving Medicine - Please Advise by cecegorz(m): 11:10am On Jun 06, 2013
DrBaby: @OP, I am a doctor like u n truth is I av found myself in dis situation a lot of times before now. I was so scared of what il do afta graduation, dint want to get stuck doinwat I dont like....so i started to think....
Now wat is it dt u dont like in medicine....der r a lot of field/dept in medicine...its very rare for u to 'hate' all d dept...see if u can like anyone of it....just incase u really r goin to b 'stuck' in it....so I settled for paeds here...I dint make any commitment at dis stage (no primaries, nothin, just tried to dev d interest)
Next stage, I tot I needed a break frm medicine....sometimes its abt d stress u went thru so wen u eventually bcom a doc it feels like its nt worth it....not new cos we feel same way abt oda things in life....so at dis point I decided to change location (left naija) and settled for a masters in public health...now me not so cut out for oda things in life unlike u who alredi has an interest in pet eng.
Next...afta my one year masters...I looked at d public health thing...for a start I myt av to b travelling from one third world country to d oda to up ma CV n make myself relevant....at dis stage it was glaring I myt av more to deal wt here than in medicine so I said y not try medicine elsewhere, to av an idea wat clin practice is outside naija...so I wrote my licensing exams and started working as a doc here...bliv u me, life feels so diff now...d pay, so much less stress, things r workin well n everyday I see aw my actions or inactions directly affect patient care...n bliv u me, its bn worth it.
Now av said al dat just incase ur reasons r based on wat u see around u...or some fears abt ur future life as a doc where u r at d moment.
Another scenario u can learn from...
My bf is a doc also n since 300 level he has vowed neva to practice medicine so he has bn on a search for wat field to go into...he also wanted something engineering too...so at d end of d day, he settled for occupational health, safety and environment. Now wt dis u work directly wt most engineering companies esp oil n gas...u r a lil closer n u see inside things...there r a lot of certification u can get HSE I, II, III etc, he also alredi has his NEBOSH and he is getting his masters in occupational health safety n environ in d UK.
Now d choice is urs...d world has bcom so liquid dt goin for a first deg in engineering is like driving backwards...der r a lot of middle grounds des days n even heads of companies r lookin for diversified individuals ...cos it pays dem...u wl offer wat odas who av bn strictly in d field cant offer.
If u cld survive med sch..u can pretty much survive anywhere in d world...u av bn built to take over n dt mbbs cert def sets u out from d crowd.
I hope all I av said makes a lil sense n pls pray for God to direct u...dont make d decisions of a life time in a hurry.
Make Sure ur foundation in medicine is secure...as in b fully reg wt d council (mdcn, gmc etc) so dt wen u eventually venture into medicine either as a part time job ( apart frm in naija, its stl one of d highest Paying job outside, so u can b doin locums which pays more than wat oda ppl earn in 3 days for an hour) or for investment ( u myt want to invest in an hospital in d future), u go stl dey kampe
^^^ One of the best responses out here.
@OP, the only challenge I foresee you having is going back for a 6yr course as an undergrad, that's hitting over 30 by the time you bags the Pet Eng certificate.
At that age, you can't get any offer for a graduate Entry level unless your dad is the GMD of NNPC.
Assuming your passion is in a field where you can easily set up a private practice on your own, it would have been an easier task.
You gotta really weigh all your options.

They are being cautious about the future.
With CBN's systematic slashing of bank's fees, net revenues in the coming years are going to plummet.
The maxim 'innovate or die' will be hitting home on Nigerian banks from this year end.
And for consumer's, get ready for some ultra hidden charges, as COT tends to zero.

Most of these funds definitely would have been mismanaged by the time the contributors start retiring.
