Recipe please

Ingredients

Beans flour
Seasoning
Salt to taste
Egg
Fresh pepper
Onion
Margarine
Crayfish

Procedure

Measure the required quantity of beans powder into a bowl. Mix with water to a smooth consistency...leave to soak for some minutes depending on the quantity of beans powder used, this is to get a smooth mix. Chop your fresh pepper and onions and add to the mix. Add seasoning and salt to taste. Whisk the egg into the mixture. Grease the pan with margarine and fry the mixture in batches. Flip the dough and fry the other side. Fry until it browns to your taste.
Grease the pan with margarine in each batch... vegetable oil can be used in place of margarine.
A non- stick pan is preferably used to avoid the dough sticking to the pan.
Other vegetables like carrot and green pepper can be used depending on the availability.
Enjoy with a cup of hot tea or pap,

Use Tranexamic acid 500mg, One or two tabs a day depending on the flow. When the flow reduces stop taking it.

What is the root cause of the heavy flow? Has it always been like this?

I can attest to the efficacy of this... it was prescribed by my doctor when i was having prolonged spotting which was a result of the side effect of the family planning method I chose. It worked wonders!
