They teach thse things also in other places but th major reason why teachings on prosperity came to the limelight was the way most christains were living substandard lives all in the name of Christ. Unbelievers wre having a field day and despising children of God. This has changed to a large extent now. We also need riches to propagate the gospel, feed the pure and practice pure religion (Jms 1:27).

In the real sense of it, a christain should be more humbled by his riches knowing that it is all from God and he should bless God with them. Remember, money, the bible says, is a defence.

May God help us to set our prorities right and combine all thse great attributes (Salvation+Holiness+Prosperity). AMEN
