1. The bible recorded his birth first, but dint specifically state him contextually as the 1st born. Yet u agree he is..so, goin by ur theory on Abel, A daughter might have been born b4 cain also(sinx no text specifically mentions him as the Firstborn.
2. We followed the events of their birth in progression(with common sense) that he was mentioned 1st as bein birthed, wherein we av to take as him bein the 1st, sinx no other text contradicted this assumption.

Mrs. Maxwell conceived and bore Malvis(1st born), and again bore his brother, Ben(this is a direct implication that I'm the 2nd born nd I apun to be male, which is why "brother" was used)..so, if the writer wants to imply Abel as the 2nd son and not 2nd born, he/she would av made a clause somwhr else to indicate such. This clause(in citation or direct implication) is what I asked of u dat u av refused to present.
This is an argument of the contextual citation OR direct implication of a statement...as evidence that Abel was/wasn't the 2nd born.

You know it's a controversy...That 'Creation Story' actually destroys the very essence of why people MUST be Christians, as the Story is the Origin of sin, and why people will have to use Christ to come 'clean'. But the writers and compilers of the Bible left a loop-hole while laying the foundation of Christianity at: "Who did Cain marry"?

Christian will defend and invent all excuses (for the Bible) in a bid to secure their own sanity in 'believing' the Bible when they should be going for truth. Corner them with quoted Biblical texts as in the ordinal rendition of the creation story and the events and they will "infer"...If you the arguant now infer, they will say "the Bible says DO NOT ADD NO SUBSTRACT..."

Clearly, that Genesis creation story was an effort by the Jews to 'give something' to the minds of its people. Of course one could see that SOME of the stories where littered with inadequacies, ignorance and sometimes sheer crookedness: If indeed it was "In the BEGINNING, God Created HEAVEN AND EARTHN" WHERE did he (God) Lived..."IN THE BEGINNING".

A Christian who thinks the bible or any WRITTEN text about God is Complete is foolish indeed, he will suffer hurt to his feelings and the legitimacy and security of his believes as in the creation Story. Jesus said something in the lines of " Religion is made for man, not Man made for religion". This means he must learn to be flexible to change or truth or enter a state of spiritual crystalises.

That's a great way to find the most important religion: Love...it is just on its own and really nothing against it, it just Is. Love is the greatest. Now this love is what honest people(not religion seekers) use as a portal to find God...God is love. Now from this love for your Parent and siblings (human love) you will gradually grow to have a detached kind of love (divine love), the one that has no strings attached to it. In Christianity it's termed 'Charity'. When you get to this point, I assure you the whole of life itself will sing at you.

For instance, if you can remember how much you had loved someone so much that it feels as if you are floating on clouds... it's much intense if Love--divine love--enters your heart...this one doesn't lead to heart breaks (arising from undue attachments and 'expectant love')...and then every depression ceases! You become happier, grateful and cheerful.

A simple exercise to help you grow inwardly is to find something you can do every day in the name of Love WITHOUT thought for reward. Like greeting, chores, giving, feeding a plant or animal, just anything.

Am wishing you the best your heart yearns for. I leave you with a quote from a book 'Stranger By The River" by Paul Twitchel: "...All things shall gravitate to thee if you have love..." Remain blessed!

You seem to dread this death! But assuming God will let you see beyond this veil, you will find out that one who 'dies' actually stopped a body he possessed at birth, and uses a new one corresponding to where he/she is going.

Death is a relative term, a 'stoppage' here and a continuation there. It is ordained by God and not an aftermath of some purpoted error, else there won't be death. Thanks.

The Holy Spirit will convince, convict and then lead you into conversion when you believe the report of the Lord. Whose report do you believe? I have believed the report of the Lord.

Whether the Holy Spirit is a Person, thing or place...the question is do you know It, him/her etc? Have you made the effort to contact this Holy Spirit? How had it changed your life? (...talking about "fruits..." "Truth" a person...sure! A person is Truth, for a person is an embodiment of a spiritual principle--a truth.

Naa! No 'chieveboy's way' at all...although chieveboy is deep into it with personal experiences which of course is to be waved aside with an air of disbelieve.

Well here is an idea for your perusal: The infinitive nature of truth was hinted by one Biblical writer that " the miracles Jesus performed could not be captured by a book...even the whole world could not contain them..."

We understand that truth CANNOT be captured in a book...not the holy bible of Eckankar, The christian bible nor any PHYSICAL object or gadget.
No matter the immensity of truth, one finds restriction posed by the physics, chemistry etc of the physical world...words in it self lack appropriate connotations...ever wonder why some of your evangelists resort to translating biblical verses from Greek?
