warrenweste:OK. I used my Nigerian IP. They asked my City, State etc. |
expertix:I had vented my anger at their support team before...I was even asked to send proof of address and photo ID,yet my domain wasn't registered. I only found success after retrying the second time. I guess I got lucky. I doubt if there will be issues when it's time to transfer cos it's automated. The automated part of it like the registration is fast. I don't fear the transfer issue cos ICANN regulation has it that you will be able to transfer out after the Lock period is over. Besides, there is a transfer button which I know isn't there for fancy. The call is done by humans...based on my research, the support team say they had so many calls to make and are not really in love with the call thingy--its a directive by their management. I had forgo registering some names before due to insufficient funds. I think for the sake of a domain @ $1.33, I had to be patient to pass through their baptism of fire. |
expertix:I don't think so, at my own end, it's cash and carry. Admittedly your first registration may span up to three days because their security team must verify you first through a phone call that may come forever. In my tutorial, l stated that you can get your account approved same time you are regging by Twitting at the suport team. They reply faster on Twitter. @FHTeachTeam. |
warrenweste:You can use your Nigerian PayPal, but it must be verified. I used my GTB card. |
demo4ril97:Like l said, l just registered 9 names. Perhaps they hadn't sorted Nigeria out then. try using the method l wrote earlier. Use twitter to contact them instead. Thanks. |
Fasthosts.co.uk offers unlimited $1.33 Names. So I read their review on NP...the result was 70/30 in favor of Fasthost domain reg. So I checked them out, I now have 9 names with them. I haven't tried their transfer though. How to use fastshosts.co.uk: Do not use an American IP address when registering a domain. Do not use a phone number you don't use or cannot use. Do not provided fake address, in short just be straight forward. Why? Weirdly, all first-time registration had to be approved by a phone call by Fasthosts. They'll ask questions to confirm the actual details you used. It may result to them requesting your photo ID (drivers license or Nat.ID), and also proof of address (Bank statement, utility bill) if they think you got something to hide. But in my case, they didn't. The calls don't come on time, but you can solve that by tweeting at them immediately on @FHTechTeam (Fasthosts Tech team) give them your number on twitter. After that, you can reg a thousand names @ $1.33. PS: To answer their question on "why you registered the domain?" you can simply tell them you did it for a client and shall transfer the name later. Cheers. |
haconjy:Yes. But that will depend on the domain name you're using relative to the niche. If you a own a premium domain like car.com, you are bound to get type-in traffic whether you have a functional website or not. The question is what niche and domain name are you using? If you own say weddingGowns.com, you are sure to get traffic. Thanks. |
Lets zero down the long story two a case of 'two wrongs not making a right' The story is that this time, Mr Presidency caught the son of the king who secretly sleeps with his wife. It happened that if anything short of an instant action should be taken, the next story will be for the gods. It had happened countless times before. The king and his son save for few of the village elders are all cronies. Forget the cry of abomination these cronies are shouting about with their sympathizers. Mr Presidency thought it wiser to first flogged the prince and locked him up before going out for witnesses ( which was a taboo). Note worthy is that relative to the matter at hand, the sympathizers coupled with some of the village elders are either out to grab a chance or are just to overwhelmed by unmentionable circumstances to reason objectively...but they are all just Human or "When a woman wants to leave her husband's house, she recalls when she was bitten by an ant" Back to Nigerians: We throw litter at wrong places, understandably the government has no standard Waste Control...but I find no 'Nigerians' shouting over it and 'caring so much for present and future Bribery: We bribe our ways and we do. Police, Road Safety, Employers, Pastors, etc etc etc in diverse forms and manner. We Rally and protest in support of 'established' thieves just for the sake of Religion, tribe, and bribes we have received. We break rules: Traffic, Office, Civil, Insult online and offline just to name a few of hundreds of ways we are famously corrupt. Now my case is: we seem to have channeled a lot of energy at exteriorizing negative vibes at the presidency in the Judges saga rather than being objective to the true state and need of Nigeria at the moment. When did we so much care about righteousness all of a sudden? Is it the hunger, joblessnes and personal failures simply finding expression? Thanks. PS: kindly add more cases of Nigerians embracing corruption while criticizing the 'corrupt'...like this classic: priceaction: |
tinsel:Sir, seriously? There is a 'manner' a criminal judge evading arrest should be arrested...'beautifully' perhaps? I guess you would have had the DSS call the judges notifying them of their arrival...especially that one that said he wasn't home while his cell phone signal gave him away. Nobody is hating anybody hereAre you sure sir? No any... hate hanging there in your subconscious ? I can't belive Nigerians have suddenly become champions of 'legal way' of doing things Like seriously you want the president to sue the lawyers and pursue a case with corrupt Judges in Nigeria? Worst with Judges in possession of cold hard cash to spare? Judges who accept bribe? Have you ever seen how a whirlwind start? A whirlwind of bribery and decay in the nation's 'Alter' for that matter :/ Buhari knows better ageb...no be only rule of law, na sickness of law. Oh about the future generation? Please learn to live in the moment abeg. |
I understand that there is no law or power that can conquer (harm) love. Britboy, in anything, you should only Have you heard of Auras before? It is a protective veil on every living thing. A loving person has his and so is a fearful person. That of the fearful is pierced and they attract all manner of things they fear...like attracts like... A young girl passed by a dangerous street of thugs unattacked. It has to do with her attitude: a fearless-you-cant-harm-me attitude...if she turns back to the same street with a fearful attitude, she gets attacked. Harboring a fear of being harmed whether you are in heaven automatically switches you to a region your fears can get actualized. It is a law of nature or of Physics! Simply love, and do this humbly and gratefully...not every one gets the privilege to. It is the only force to reckon with, not evil. Thanks. |
chuksmad:Bros reason this: if it's Pizza, 'geographicalising' it is what will makes it valuable. 'price pizza' just isn't there...even if the end-use is getting pizza prices. The syntax also. So something like dallaspizza.com is more valuable.Thanks. |
fighal:Nice one. The guy had been dealt with accordingly. |
They are nice stones if the images are real (not downloaded) Are you happy now? |

Buhari is drinking water instead...subtle actions of Buhari... The following statement is a constant regardless of its application: When 'a truth' (Buhari) meets with falsehood(Nigeria's past), a bitter battle must occur; When principle (buhari) meets with the unprincipled (Nigeria's present), a bitter battle must occur...the process is purification...and the end is the lessons we must all learn. This applies whether you create another state, run to another country...you can run but you can't hide from yourself...you are all you got to deal with in the whole wide world. #changebeginswithyou...always always! DesChyko:I believe every drink had got a standard Glass for it ![]() |
Farouksenior:Ok...OP's bad. He said "smile.com" |
You are in for a 'long thing' if you believe anyone here on NL can or should interpret your dreams for you. Dreams are supposed to be your private stuff... Count it a blessing that you had the dream, secondly, if you don't understand your dreams;before sleep, lighly put in a request for an interpretation of the dream as it relates to you and you only. Note that whatever answer you are looking for, you can get it in your dreams...and on whatever subject at all. Sharing your dreams (even daily life dreams and aspirations) indiscriminately may tarnish and stall the qualitiy and fruition of it. Dreams are supposed to be your window to the kingdom of heaven. Through it, you can open the windows of heaven in your life. Thanks. |
I think the issue has to do with how religion had conditioned people to 'pray' out to some god in space...even though a god exists out there in space, reaching out to it becomes the problem. Prayers and whatever works, but only if one follow the rules...the algorythm or better put: the laws of nature or the spiritual laws. To cut a long explanation short, you listen within you! What is your heart saying? It's a rule that your heart can never lead you astray. Now listening to your heart is listening to God, but you didn't listen to the 'Space God' or the God you where conditioned to believe resides in the sky. There is a difference. |
AMZYMAYO:I beg to differ on this...seriously are you kidding me? If Smile.com sold for $18k, I will like to think it's under-sold! it's end use includes anything that can make you smile from winning a lottery, facial surgery, discount sale...miracle! It's a fiver word...a very popular and endearing one at that. |

Psoul:What is the moral of this post? That we should run and hide? |
Too many cooks... |
joke right?"Onitsha got talent" ![]() |
But it also means after the celebrations, your role as 'take outer' ends...you are just good for the moment...probably though Your topic should be "Times when not to ask a girl out" Cheers |
Nigerians can do it! Just give them a chance...a fair one, and they make miracles happen. God bless Nigeria! PS: @OP, I suppose you are only interested on tribal egotism. Igbos, Hausas etc had all done one phenomenal thing or the other...nothing new under the sun. By your choice of topic, you are displaying that Yorubas never dreamt of being a doctor to a prominent US Citizen ![]() |
To me, they simply look cute. Not sure if I can eat them... I remember when I was once given fried crickets to eat...I almost fainted at the sight of them...I was 7 then... They disguised it...and I thought nothing could have tasted better ![]() |
