cckris: Talk is cheap. Present the your sloganed sacred facts & figures, if any. INEC Table, not some nonsense you consider sacred, if you have any idea what sacredness is.
The Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] has released its latest list on the distribution of Permanent Voters Cards [PVC] dated March 12, 2015. It shows that the INEC has increased its distribution rate from 75.88% in February 17, 2015 equivalent to 52,233,396 PVCs distributed to 81.22% in March 12, 2015 equivalent to 55,904,272 PVCs distributed.
It marks an increase in PVCs distributed by 3,441,674 within the 24days of operation.
In comparison, the Table below shows the percentage distribution for each of the six geo-political zones in Ngeria. Each of the geo-political regions recorded an increase in PVC distribution. Geopolitical zones of South South and South East showed a remarkable increase in PVC distribution.
But the South West geopolitical zone remain the region with the lowest PVC collection rate – at 66% http://247ureports.com/inec-pvc-distribution-update-3-4m-pvcs-distributed-in-24days-south-west-till-below-67/ Now , i can see the quality of your thought process, it leaves less doubt as to why you wrote bullshiit with all confidence The SE had the second highest collection rate of PVCs of the 6 regions with over 85%, but you pulled out a 40% PVC collection rate in SE from your asss.

Were u not in nigeria or u just feel like typing sh*t. dundee, all regions except the SW had at least 80% PVC collection rate. shallow individuals can easily be bamboozled with cheap lies. On election day, avg of 50-55% of PVC collectors voted in the north. It was over 70% of pvc collectors that voted in SS, which was fishy anyways. the SE had over 80% pvc collection rate, less than half of those came out to vote, was it Jega who held them in their homes from voting?? Most of you can not make objective outlook of a situation to save your lives, to your ilks, every situation is seen from your superficial emotional attachment. |

cckris: [s]Then Jega the Election Rigger, rigged out President Jonathan, by distributing 95% voters' card in the Northeast, where many counties were in scattered REFUGEE CAMPS, as their homes were occupied by Boko Haram, so Jega deposited their voters' cards in the mosques or the Emirs' palaces. In the Southeast where Jonathan could get 5(five) million votes Jega distributed only 40%, & refused to deposit the cards in village churches or Traditional Rulers. Lagos received less than 50% of their voters' card. It's now time to look into these things as Jega has started talking about them.[/s]

Those criticising him are simply depraved individuals who were happy with a govt of over 5 years who failed to stabilise power supply. If there is one thing i am certain of, in the next 15 months, there would have been an appreciable increase in power supply to homes and relative stability. Unless you plan to cheat the system, prepaid meters is the first priority. It is more annoying paying for what you didnt use. The irony of this power problem is that there are some customers who do not want the prepaid meter to work, because they are cheating the system. |

Do you know how many bank branches are not opening today. Do you know how many MTN masts are not functioning today. You don't, because they are so many. That is the power of private enterprise. If we had privatised the NNPC in 1983 when Buhari was last in government (no political pun intended) some 33 years ago, I bet we will have had no less than a dozen refineries working in Nigeria today. I tell you once again. Cement was like this in 1983. I am an adult. Today it is produced in surplus and exported. There is NOTHING SPECIAL about refining crude. The swamp boys are doing it but I have never seen bootleg cement. The problem of scarcity and suffering is the government supported by the people. If you read my post, i believe i share same thought. I think govt should get partners to set up new refineries, a form of public private partnership. It can be fully privatised down the line, once we have other private refineries functioning. Government has failed in every of its business endeavour. I am also of the view pipelines should be privatised, govt has failed to secure those pipelines. |

Only new refineries can change the story, those 4 refineries are outdated, no point refurbishing scrap.
The govt should get partners who can site new refineries on the same spot the old ones are. |

Jamb can tell universities to lower their cutoff mark to 170 and poly to 150. But REMARKING- its not possible. Jamb should go back to paper and pencil. My junior brother scored over 270 in this jamb. Really?? How did you get to know about the Jambs code of conduct and law ? Infact, a true testing organisation ought to have an avenue for remark, it will also be an avenue to raise further funds, it can work in a way that aggrieved candidates pay certain amount of money to get a remark, and if at the end of the remarking process, the claim is genuine, a refund is made, whereas candidates with no case do not get a refund. Looking at the claims i see here, i sense there was truly an error, and it could be from the exam type fed to the computer marking the tests. Computer is Garbage in Garbage out. |

Most of these discos are deliberately hoarding the smart prepaid meters to continue estimated billing. The new tarriff must be discontinued until the smart prepaid meters have been distributed to the last house /industry.
@op. the discos are backed by law with the tariff, and an agreement was signed for incremental tariff since the last dispensation, it was referred to as the multi year tariff order, however, the discos have also failed to honour their own side of the bargain to ensure all customers are metered by sometime in 2014. |
