@ Honiepie, as I said people are different. Initially my iron supplement was because of the fact that I do not consume meat, hence the supplement. I do not take it continuously ( apparently it can be dangerous ) though its an OTC ( over the counter medicine ), I take it as directed until I finish the course. I skip a month and take it.

When I take it yes, I become more fairer. And yes I am not dark. I cannot say anyone should do what I do, as I said people are different. I have a deficiency hence the supplement which also helped with my skin.

For your info, Iron helps transport oxygen to your cells, so when your skin is oxygenated it becomes healthy.

Inasmuch as I would not take preggy vitamins and I would not advice anyone to take preggy vitamins when they are not pregnant or trying for a baby.

All of this is coupled with water, gym, and fruits and veggies. Its not only vitamins. You are what you eat.

So being sarcastic may not help anyone reading.

Pregnancy supplements, I find them to be fattening. They are specifically made for woman who are preparing for conception. But people may be different. I keep a distance from them.

People have certain reasons to do such, I would not say that clear cut, one should not do it. e.g. disabled child,child learning disorder, expensive nanny's, unreliable nanny's etc

But I would encourage woman " NOT TO DO IT"
NOT TO EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Basically thats how woman start carving their way towards abusive relationships.

Though the advantages of being a stay at home mum may outweigh the disadvantages. But I would personally be very uncomfortable.

Alot of woman who give up their dreams end up regretting it later on in life. Yes it should not be, me, me, me all the time but at the same time the "ME" should not take a back seat just like that. Regrets creep up later on in life, when you neglect "YOURSELF".

There is also no evidence that Kids who were raised by stay at home mom, become better adults in life So long as they turn out to be just like other kids, I do not see a point in sacrificing my life when the results will still be the same.
