I tried weighing some options sometimes back between Access bank and another Coy... I tried to search Nairaland for some info and all I saw can be summarized as "Flee from Access".

Someone said on one particular thread that a 50k monthly take home is better than a graduate trainee position in Access Bank.

Access pays 43k+ for graduate trainees while they are in Training school and pays 243k immediately after training school and a brand new car which I think is a lot higher than the average for entry level positions in Nigeria.

I have come to understand that Access bank is quite stressful to work in, but then again, nobody will pay that much money for any staff for doing nothing?

So why exactly is Access bank bad to work in, because in my opinion I feel they compensate well

They claimed she had weed in her system as at June/July (the collection date vs report date), I believe and it was also claimed that the test took place in Dubai not in Lagos

A man who could afford to be the only graduate of Music studies in his university surely have enough money to throw around for most things

This does not mean that the hospital is not reliable on other medical issue but I doubt the credibility of this report

The lab was in Nigeria (some of the specialised test samples are sent to South Aftica sometimes, I don't know if that was the case here) the baby mama did not go to Dubai with them
The test was done on the baby mama in Nigeria
The baby was sent to Dubai based on the report regardless when it was printed /collected
The lab address is at the top plus phone number in Nigeria- that's their head office on Lagos

At the end of the day it's for the courts to request their own copy direct from the lab to verify

The report does not mention BLOOD which in my view invalidates it. Ever credible report MUST mention what the sample is
Next Blood is rarely used as first line testing for cannabis as cannabis clears tthe blood in 24 hours except in very heavy users. The amount that is passed into the milk in any case is little and is unlikely to show up in blood after 24 hours
The more usual test is urine because cannabis is fat soluble and will show up in urine for days or even weeks and also can be foun in the hair .
Sophisticated labs will test using saliva too
I will assume that it was a urine sample and not a blood test

Next the logical bit

LET US Assume the text is correct

The next question is WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

Why must we assume it was the mother and not Davido or his relatives who fed the baby cannabis. In law there is a technical term "credit" meaning quite simply who do we believe or who do we trust. from all the evidence before me none of the parties is coming to equity with clean hands
If we are to believe what we have heard the forced possesion of the child was unlawful. If Davido and or his people could act unlawfully once then the y lose credit and it is not UNREASONABLE to ask if THEY and not the mother are responsible for the cannabis. If the mother does not test positive then there is NO PROOF she is responsible

Finally even if the mother is responsible that is NOT ENOUGH to transfer custody to father without additional evidence of unfitness.

He is doing his housemanship at the abia state specialist hospital, aba road, umuahia (which is why he was quick to refer patience to the FMC, which is directly opposite the accursed specialist hospital).

The young doctor failed his patient no doubt. Given that he's a HO hes practising under the license of his boss and he/she must be made to answer too. At any given point a team is on duty but what you see physically most of the time is the most junior HO. In my opinion the team must be made to give account- from MO, residents to consultants.

It's commendable if people make the time to follow this up because Nigeria will never change unless we demand to be treated as humans.
