What about Peter Odemwingie, Yak and Diouf?

Kanoute was not actually the Tonic to Sevilla's success last season, in fact, he scored 12 goals in all competition and brother, 12 goals in 44 games cannot guarantee a striker a nomination. believe me, he scored 6 in the La liga, out of the 54 scored by the club, how much did he contribute there? He really contributed a lot in the UEFA where he scored 6 in 10 outings, needless to say, both Eto'o and Drogba scored at least five in the major cup, so how does he fit in if there's virtually no record, country wise? Cameroun and Nigeria narrowly lost out to world cup debutants, what about Kanoute?

He has resurrected this season, but bulk of the notable points will be considered against the previous season, just like Kanu has ressurrected this season. Osaze is not doing too badly in Ligue 1 too.

Needless to say, this might be Kanoute's season if the fire in him can continue burning till the end of the season.

SWP goes to the highest bidder, from what I've seen so far, so if the wages are okay (that i'm sure of after this takeover), he'll move and he'll surely get a place. Mascherano was on the starting line up for some time (although that was prolly due to a "clause" in the agreement). SWP will settle down fine in west ham, i believe, but that's a great loss for Chelsea (money wise) cos they won't buy him for 21million (for where?)

Grid just gave you the load down, please back up your hard drive, there's nothing as important as that, if possible, back it up on an Ipod.

It's like the port for IDM has been blocked by the ISP, i'm downloading on as little as 1kbps at times but on Opera, speed is fairly okay. THat's what's been delaying me, I waited thruout Wednesday so that I can complete one before starting another, but last night, I decided to take two downloads from the sun and now i'm scared I'll have to live with IDM this way. It's so sad.

Can anyone help on IDM?

Okay now your list of biggest club, are they the biggest by achievement or revenue? Forget about the days when three corner kicks made one goal, you mean Everton is a bigger club than Newcastle or Blackburn? and please make your records premiership based, and not premier league based. I honestly need to know why Everton made it before the likes of Nottingham Forest !

Back to your question, when you said winning the biggest club, I wasn't expecting it to be a gunners thing, you did not indicate "gunners only" That's why I said blackburn or Boro cos these clubs have recently turned out to be hard nuts to crack for some big clubs and why did you have to put Arsenal first?

But for the motivating factor in both, I see no basis for comparison. Drogba is a better header quite alright, he scores freekicks too and is good in assists but so far this season, he has been outstanding and better than Henry and from his statement: This season, i'm better than Henry. For Country and club, league and UEFA, Haba, kudos. Just like this season Odemwingie has fared better than Obagol (even Yak, if we are talking about the EPL alone).

Henry reserves most of his major shows for the second half of the season so if Drogba can be consistent the season, he can beat Henry to the highest goal scorer trophy, but that I honestly doubt.

So far, you can't murder him for that statement at all, it's up to Henry to prove him wrong, I see it as a positive challenge.
Who's playing Arsenal next? It's gonna be a brace from Henry, next is a Hatrick - that guy is a DEMON!

But since 2002/2003 when United won the league (they lost only one home game), no premiership winner has lost at home. I'm not predicting the winner yet, but i'm loving the turnout of events this season.

With the way things are going, the winner of the league may as well wait till the last day of the season.

I'm not comparing Boro with any top club, the most respected clubs presently are Man U Arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool, any other club can go 2 relegation Boro inclusive, only that i'll never support a club without a Nigerian Player, i've said that before. And don't forget, last season, Boro whooped the asses of Man U Chelsea and Arsenal, If Boro gets a draw at home against Chelsea, then Mourinho should cover his head in shame because Southgate will declare a party. Boro is a lowly team and it gives me joy when they surprise us, we are used to losing, no shaking. It's like Nigeria Vs Angola it's no news if Nigeria wins but it's headlines when Angola does. Home matches mean virtually nothing to relegation threatened clubs. Like Sunderland getting an away point off Man-U last season was something fans "just" had to stomach (the manager said that was his best result of the season - and frankly speaking i believe so).

Day's are gone when it was just Arsenal and Man-U, liverpool finished a point behind United last season and since Everton and Tottenham(last match slip to Arsenal) last season, every season has been witnessing a surprise club finishing in the top 5. Aston Villa/Bolton/Portsmouth look smart enough to do that this season and I'm hoping someday, Boro'll do that (that's if Yak is still around there, because if not, i'm dusting my sitting pads).

All in all, Man-U's away form and goal scoring charts has really impressed me and having played their major matches (Arsenal/liverpool/chelsea L/W/D) this half already, they can prepare for the tougher half next season, the away matches especially (that's if they carry their bullyish away form into next year).

I wonder if any club can still do the "English" Treble?

Okay you think it makes sense when a title contender loses five points to rivals? Chelsea stole a point leaving United with a 2 point deficit they probably wont make up when they visit the bridge. Arsenal made it worse when they left with all 3 points in front of the largest premiership crowd - What a DISGRACE!

are you telling me that 1 point from two home games is cool? Am I missing something, THE BEST TEAM in England losing points at home to two Top Rivals? Lyon,Shalke,PSV (all max 21 points @ home),Inter and Barca hold the number one spot in their respective leages, check their home record -no loss!

As far as i'm concerned, that's poor management on the side of SAF. 1 point from 2 HOME matches is a failure. Thank God Chelsea have not been as consistent as they were last season cos if that was the case United would be behind by as much as 6 points now. Thank God so far there's been some competition.

I won't blame fergie until he goes to stanford bridge to get at least a draw and to the Emirates stadium to pay back, until then, Boro will prove to be the big test again this season, having played part of Chelsea's woeful slip (2-1 to Fergie's advantage)

It's getting hotter anyway and I'm luvin it, though i'm praying Yak returns to form so all the top clubs can be whooped again this season

Unfortunately, i saw neither of the matches. In fact, the only game i've seen this season (as in 90mins +) is West Ham vs. Reading.

I cannot clearly pick out those players who squandered chances or lost possession easily or tackled carelessly or woteva, but I understand Campo fed Anelka for the last goal. Saha was the hero on the Man-U side and Carvarlho for Chelsea but on either side both guys are villains (that's the way Fergie would c Carvalho or vice versa)

The prediction for the MOM awards were woeful no doubt, but that's not my fault.
