This is largely dependent on the landlord. some landlords no dey wan wan repair anything atall, but them dey always forget say as house dey leak, the building go dey degrade faster. So if na something wey u fit do yourself, o boy carry go. some tenants don't even mention such to landlord coz they fear after repair na Rent Increment. it's 50/50 |

sampete:how does 95k sound to you? Good to go? |
deenee:These people you mentioned took on risks so they can enjoy later, they could as well play safe by investing all in building houses but didn't. But they took on risks and now they are living off their wealth. Eg Tony Elumelu with his foundation helping other young ones. that's the point I am making. Now is the time to buy landed properties, some people are cash strapped and will do anything to raise money by laying off thier assets. I don't support building of house tho it's a tie down of limited cash . But like I said he should use a bit to buy land and watch it grow , while he invests the rest in his hustle. Don't just disagree with me, drop your points why you think otherwise. |
you have a hustle that you started while in school. despite the school distraction you were still able to save 11million and yet you are asking what hustle to engage in. Tell us the truth, are you a Gee boy? Nobody will make 11million in 6yrs of hustle and still be asking for direction, why not expand the so called hustle abi you be Yahoo boy. Just a word of advice building a house is a tie down of cash, Jeje buy land fence it and allow it to grow or rent it out to Farmers/block makers while you use the rest to expand your hustle. You are still young, now is the time to take on risk coz you have the years to recover. House of 100m here will return a miserly 5-8m on rent, it's fu--cked up really, just buy land and fence it for safety. |
Lately I have come to discover that confidence in interview comes from how often you interface with very top C level executives or head of departments. if you type of job is where you need to pitch a product by doing a slide presentation to Head of departments at several companies quite often. Confidence will be second nature in an interview I will say Sales/Pre sales who do slide presentation at offices tend to be have better confidence regardless of thier years of experience or age. it's simply because they are used to SELLING thierselves and the product to top members of an organization |
GAZZUZZ:haha Oga Gazzuzz we know you oh, you no be kazeem oh.. atleast you no dey regularise car temperature, if you know what I mean lol ![]() |

ultimate77:at the time I was looking to transition into tech, so I started by getting a certificate. Yes I had no experience, and couldn't speak about it. However when I went back home after the interview and researched on it, I was ashamed at how I flopped to something so easy. It's a good experience tho. |
howmarket2:I will fail you if you told me this answer in an interview. Look this up on Google, it's very easy to do. |

Tech Interview Lebanese: So you I see you have networking certificates, CCNA and the rest, so what's Networking? Me: (in my head wtf such a cheap question). Networking is the connection of two or more devices to share resources eg Internet, Printer , files Lebanese/Indian guy : (Smiles), so I have a usb printer attached to a PC, how can another user pc make use of that same printer. Me: (realises this one no be certificate theory jumbo). started talking rubbish.... Lebanese/Indian guy: ....But you just said networking is about sharing resources eg Printer Me: Was cold as all the Networking Certificate now proved useless in the face of Pratical. ![]() |
I have only one advice for you. Focus on the return on Investment. Anything that won't yield a viable return on Investment is not worth venturing into. Don't go and do Masters in a place where you will be sent back or you don't stand a chance to work after schooling? Don't go and do business you know nothing about or no shoulder for guidance, you can blow half of that in one business deal? Dont go and do pilot training if there is little to no demand for pilots in the country, your chances of breaking even will be small and so money wasted. ROI ROI ROI return on investment is all that matters. |
When purpose is not known, abuse will be inevitable. |
This is something I can do, coz I can't cook soups. However I will be rotating vendors coz I will be very worried if I keep getting soups delivered from the same girl weekend after weekend, one day it could laced with posion or love portion. Yea I know, I got trust issues. But is it something I can do, hell yea! 1) Yes I would 2) to be honest, it depends on what the content is. coz the way it looks on pic can make you budget stupidly for food. 3) common soups eg egusi 4) The soup is to last for a period of time in the fridge now, so if it gets delivered in 24hrs of order, it's fine 5) No No No swallow. it would be messed up by the time it gets delivered. |
