Do you mean chloramphenicol cream?. The only form of antibiotics meant to be applied directly on wounds is the cream form.

If you're talking about chloramphecol tablet, then i believe that advice must have come from some of our self-acclaimed ''online medical experts'' here.
An antibiotic tablet will have no effect when directly applied on a wound.

No. The wound had already healed and formed a raised scar, so I was placed on steroids since last year and so far it has shrinked over 70% — I just got the sixth shot.

Presently, two days ago, I decided to peel the remaining scar from one of the spots the injection was given, I succeeded in peeling the center area. And that was how we got here.

If there's any need for antibiotics(i don't see any evidence of infection in your wound), creams should be preferably used. You can get Clindamycin cream from a pharmacy.

NB: Antibiotics don't ''dry'' wounds. Their role is to remove or prevent infections in wounds, while the body heals itself through its regenerative properties.
External factors, like Vitamins C, Bco, etc, only play facilitating roles.

Not so long ago, I had a wound on my arm that later formed a lil raised scar, though I've been on steroid injections (Tetramicinolone) for sometime now and it has shrinked to the barest minimum, but I had to peel it open, so I can be able to sprinkle powdered capsule (Ampicillin) on the surface — to fasten the healing process.

But I don't know if sprinkling the capsule on it would dry off the wound, thereby healing it.
I am open to any other suggestion that would prove effective.

Steroids delay wound healing, and should be used only after a wound has satisfactorily healed.

If they had done their research, they would have found out that Igboho was a political thug / tool financially empowered by successive Oyo state Governors and at one time he even worked for Tinubu who paid him off so that Igboho's boys will not scatter Ondo state elections some years ago. Due to line of my profession, I went for a resolution meeting btw a wealthy family members today. Then, i was shown some apartments occupied illegally by some talents. That's double punishment, as in, been locked and tied at same time inside d cage.

At this point, i question the both ladies. I said i am a yoruba boy and understand what that means, but i want them to enlighten me further, the reason they tied an Agama Lizard in a cage, is that not cruelty? The woman was just looking up and down, then i requested she free the innocent Lizard, she said "Never", not in a life time and there are consequences if she dares try it, instead, she will rather vacate the building with her Lizard. When i see that the arguments was creating a scene, i snapped the Cage of the Agama Lizard and take my leave.
