This style of beans is my dad's favorite. Whenever he takes over the kitchen to prepare beans, he must add tomatoes and the taste is always on another level. So this is my dad's recipe.

I washed and Parboiled the beans.
Then decanted the water and added fresh water to cook it.

I cooked the beans until it was Soft and done.

I sliced onions into it
Added crayfish
Little vegetable oil

Grated some fresh peppers and tomatoes and added to it. And finally added palm oil, stired and let it simmer for some mins. Brought it down.

I prepared pap and served with the beans topped with some spring onions.

This meal is cost effective yet rich and very nutritious.

Wow!!! I like eating this Saturdays.... After enjoying the meal na to just dose off!!! Channah1 I hail oooo!!

Provision-
-Beans [2 basket] x 2400 = 4800

Groudnut Oil King [2 liter] x 1500 = 3000
Maggie [ 2pk] x700= 1400
salt [ 2pk] x 100 = 200
Rice [3 basket] = 2600 = 7800
Macroni [3 pack] x 1000 = 3000
Total = 23400

Rentage (Self contain) 18,000

Child School Fees for a term = 37000

MTN Data 24gig = N3500

Transportation = N3000

8000 + 23400 + 18000 + 37000 + 3500 + 3000 = 92900

Note that some of this item stated above will not get finished on time, some will moved over to the nxt month.

Haba my guy, 7yrs kwa Abeg them try for this one. Remember they gave us a time frame as per when the bridge will be ready for use and from what I am seeing, them go deliver for sure...it will be ready for use by February Next year
