He's talking about dropping a mentality that he is 100% guilty of having. |

Ogoni on the path of enforcing full independence Monday, 30 July 2012 16:38 Sets up Native Court System The Ogoni Kingdom, Rivers State, is no longer waiting for further political intervention to enforce its autonomy within the Nigerian nation-state. The kingdom under no defined political authority, last weekend, was said to have established native court system to administer justice to the local population within its entity. The native court system, it was gathered, is a three tier system which comprises village, district and appeal courts. The court system will function as an independent arm of the Ogoni Central Indigenous Authority (OCIA). It was indicated that the court is to improve the effective administration of justice for nearly 96 per cent of the Ogoni population who allegedly suffer in silence without access to the justice at the grassroots. President of the Ogoni mass organisation, Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP), Dr. Goodluck Diigbo, was reported to have announced the establishment of the Ogoni Customary Court Council. Diigbo, said to have, while addressing the newly elected Ogoni lawmakers, said that the council is to review and produce comprehensive customary court laws indigenous to Ogoni. He observed that laws meant for the administration of justice in Ogoni Land should be such that can protect all indigenous rights. The screening and appointment of officers of the council will be completed in the first week of August 2012, it was gathered. Diigbo said that the Ogoni authority will collaborate with the national government and relevant international institutions and NGOs to standardize the work of the council. It could however, not be ascertained if the desire for autonomy was the idea behind the advocacy for the ''unbundling'' of Nigeria by Senator Magnus Abe, representing Ogoni Land in the National Assembly. http://www.nationaldailyngr.com/latest/ogoni-on-the-path-of-enforcing-full-independence |
Rayhut: Considering the fact that voting in Nigeria is now a zonal issue,In 2015 the SE/SS will vote for GEJ while some PDP state in the North will vote for him.If ACN and CPC merge did not work out,ACN may opt to shun the presidential election in 2015 as usual.Oil theft by PDP big whips is going on unabated in the Niger delta, all this looted money will be used to buy the election in favour of GEJ if riging did not work out in some part of North and West. The impeachment threat by house of Reps is laughable because it is only death, coup or war can remove a sitting president in Africa. You are funny. There is no alliance in by the SE and SS for the support of Jonathan. We both know and are clear on that. Igbos are will not vote for jonathan. Plain and simple. Its either he supports us and thats it. It is not the other way around. |
Ok, lets say this is true;a;though i don't find you write up very plausible. How exactly are they planning to divide nigeria? And where will their military base or bases be set up at? |
Bid on,gini? If they want, let them go to auction and bid as well.Apes. ![]() |
@ Beaf, You speak with not a shred of evidence. You call tinubu a drug barron yet he is walking around freely and flies to various countries woithout arrest. But your Retardeen a.k.a. Dr. Do little a.k.a. Dumbo says his goal is transparency but when nigerians call him to decalare his assets his answer was "I dont't give a damn". Tamuno Tamuno Tamuno Tamuno what an answer! |
Beautiful flag,btw. |
I see that I am not the only one with the thought on his mind. ![]() |

ACM10: That mosque should be demolished as fast as possible. It's contributing to filthy outlook of the place. You guys need to be there to understand why it should be demolished. Remember that bridge head is the point of entry to Anambra from the west. How can Moslems inside Igboland give us order on how to beautify a major Igbo city? Mbanu!Don't mind them. |
Beaf: ACN is simply seeking relevance.Lets not bring up thief talking with the wahala that Patience has been doing with our money. $50 mill though? Are you serious?! |
They are going to pull it down anyway. Let them try anything they know both MASSOB along with other Igbos there around will just finish them there. Let them pull that thing down and let Onitsha breathe. Its long overdue. |
Dumb thread. |

Ndigbo vow not to vote for ACN in Lagos By: ONYEKACHI JET Date: Sat, 07/21/2012 - 22:46 Ahead of 2015 general elections, the Igbo community in Lagos State has resolved to dump the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over alleged neglect by Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola and the party’s leadership in the state. The former Secretary- General of Igbo community in Lagos, Matthew Ogbonnia Idam told Sunday Sun that Igbo people have been suffering in silence since the administration of Ahmed Tinubu till date. According to Idam who is also the acting Secretary -General, Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Igbo community in the state, the ruling party has always regarded the Igbo as electoral materials that are only needed during elections and dumped at the conclusion of elections. Buttressing his argument, the chief scribe pointed out that former governor of Lagos State, Ahmed Tinubu cleverly appointed Mr Ben Akabueze as Commissioner two months to the end of his second tenure, to woo the Igbo in the state to vote for Fashola in the 2007 gubernatorial elections. He said that this time around, “ Igbo people in the state are poised to vote for a party that will be ready to carry them along in all political activities and governance of the state to reflect one Nigeria and the true democracy we are clamouring for.” He said that since Fashola came on board as the governor of the state, there has been no, “form of appreciation for the Igbo community in Lagos that worked and voted him to power.” Share this http://www.sunnewsonline.com/article/ndigbo-vow-not-vote-acn-lagos |
namfav: many a times the farmers are the ones who attack first by killing cattle or attacking herdsmen in the pre text of protecting there land, in the past we've heard of agreements between herdsmen and hosts that have actually worked in many areasCattle are killed and produce are destroyed, what is the difference? The herdsmen make a living off of the cattle and the farmers make a living off of the produce. People don't just come out and attack herdsmen but confront them first which lots of times the herdman just attacks them on them on the offense. |
namfav: how can you afford land but you can not afford a fence? how will any herdsman know which plays is free to use and which place is not? you are blaming the wrong sideWhich side is there to blame if not them? Are they no longer aware that if you go to an area where corn, melons, carrots, rice, tomatoes, onions, etc are going that that may be a person's farm. After they are confronted by the farmers and it is revealed that the produce destroyed belonged to them, why id there no compensation given to them by the herdsmen? Why haven't your people in the core-north been demanding your governors to build ranches for the herdsmen? This will make things better for us all. Even the Hausas have problems with you people and are constant victims of your attacks its just that they come back and deal with you people very well. Your people are to blame. |
namfav: it is not your own land you will find out soon, nigeria is protected by a constitution , if you can not allow people to use the land in nigeria why are we one country? you will find out my friend, we will not stand here and look at what is happening in nigeria, not only is it baseless but it is a genocide on are peopleSo people don't own the land that they paid for but you fulani herdsmen own the cattle you walk around with? Come on. |
Obiagu1: This could take different forms. Either the settlers or the indigenous people could be the aggressors but what happens when the settlers get the upper hand in the fight? Will they be asked to vacate and abandon their properties and investments in favour of the indigenous people even if the indigenous people were the aggressors? It's only happening because they killed senators. Now, had the fulanis not been known to cause trouble and murder their host communities all over nigeria i doubt things would have been like this. It is just a consequences of their past and present actions that they refuse to give up. |
al-ahamad:Yea go finish praying you demon. |
