It may look somehow to believe but I tell you, it was a yamayama sexual encounter. I had to support my d**k with my finger to keep it inside. If not for sperm motility, I dont think my semen should reach her womb.
I guess it’s moot now but why did you keep going?
What was enjoyable about that at the time?
I know you’re saying all this now to emphasize on how much you’re not sexually attracted to her but this is just a consequence of smash culture and I hope other guys learn from you.

Some guys will have sex with someone they even despise just to count it among their numbers of ladies they’ve smashed. Or to say they’ve “hit and run” as if to say that encounter takes something from the lady and it’s a form of pay back for a perceived wrong she did to them. It doesn’t make sense.

Sex should be enjoyable. I’m not one of those who think only married people are allowed to have sex but if you’re doing it in a situation like yours where the stakes are high, it better be sizzling hot or it’s not worth it.

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this now. Good luck and I hope your baby turns out very cute. That cute baby face will reduce the stress. kiss

I would not call her for weeks but she was calling regularly. She would want to come to my house but I would decline. Even when I finally had her over, I soooooo much struggled to muster erection. My d**k was flaccid all through. The interest wasn't just there. Since I wont let her come to my house, she offered many times that I take her to an hotel and that she would pay. I stayed farther away from her because I was not just comfortable with.
Yet you managed to cum. Okay

It’s easy compared to being the one who has to do everything else.
Funnily, housewives make big deal of house chores when they are the ones doing it buh when same people employ maid .... they trivialize the job and pay maids peanut cheesy who is deceivng who, how many wives will allow there husband pay a maid 50k
You’re right about this part. And I don’t endorse trivializing a role because someone who you feel is beneath you does it.

"Money is the easiest thing to contribute in a marriage" yet most marriages fail due to lack of the same thing that is easy to contribute? lipsrsealed

That is just outright nonsense, though I'm sure you know that and this is one of those days where you choose to pander to a certain demographic on Nairaland.
It actually is. All you have to do is go to work and have the check deposited in the family account and that’s it.

If that’s all I have to do, I’d be in paradise.
No tending to children, no cooking, no cleaning, no mental load of planning and executing any family wellbeing activities.

Any man that is only providing money better be providing loads of it to outsource many of the other tasks necessary to make a home functional. If he’s only bringing money but expects his partner to bring money too as well as take care of everything else, he’s not pulling his weight and is easily replaceable by a paycheck.
He’s a whole human being and should be enjoyed in other aspects different from his paycheck.

Not to underscore the importance of money in our capitalist society. But that can’t be the sole contribution of anyone in a healthy relationship.

Speak for your own ladies in your life not every woman

kayperry:
you don't just wanna say it, nothing about Money is easy from the making to paying bills, it bemusing sometimes when you see wives, cococandy & co. try equate domestic chores to financing.
In my experience, i have notice it is difficult for women to part with there own money ... they prefer to hear "borrow" buh that word "contribute" bring out the EVE in them.
Not just you mere saying, men will prefer house chores to providing buh when push comes shove on a scale of 10, 8 would stick to being a provider cos thats who we are.

This is why for me, I’ll bring money if a man wants but he must be a hands-on dad too.

Acidosis:
Lol. Very strange.

I believe most of them know the truth but they hate to admit this truth, openly.

I don't think any sane person would conclude that women benefit more in the typical Nigerian marriage setting. Same marriages we see everyday? The way I dey pity some married women ehn, but it's quite understandable why many women would want a marriage anyway.

Women sacrifice time, put their health and lives on the line, go for the lowest and most pitiable jobs just to create time for, more often than not, an unappreciative guy. Many will have to cook for the rest of their lives and no they won't get paid for it. There's so much more. A woman with 3 kids, for example, has practically sacrificed at least 8 years of her life on pregnancy, breastfeeding, nurturing (while also making money o), and throughout these years, the man does nothing but contribute money.

A man will drop 50k for the month and thinks he has done the woman a favour... Ahahaha! grin grin The easiest thing to contribute to a marriage is money.

Please, if there is any trick in having a male child, as that is what he is saying now. That people are telling him that there is a method for a male child, and that the method he was told gave him the sixth female child. I really want to help him. What ever thing u tell me is what i will tell him. Thanks
So he’s still inconsiderately trying to put his wife through another pregnancy? His need for a male child is more important than her life?

Wrt to the bolded, not the only thing women bring, but perhaps, some of the most valuable things a woman brings to the marriage table.

Maybe, if your gender this, we could find a way forward grin
And y’all better respect it. Because talking as if it’s JUST pregnancy tries to minimize the fact that it’s life she’s giving to the world.

If all she did was get pregnant and have kids, she’s already done more than you have or can do. regardless of how much money you make. If you doubt it, use your money to mold a human being inside of you.

End of!

Am I the only man with a different and totally opposing view? Women are the main burden bearers in marriages. When I see some married women, I feel nothing but pity for them. More often than not, I think "these" women will do a lot more for themselves if they weren't married or if they could learn to know their worth.
Because that’s the truth
Family › Re: Most Men Wouldn't Marry If They Understood Women Well by cococandy(f):
No what he wants is to create and participate in a narrative where marriage is a great favor to women. Where women should consider themselves lucky to be picked by a man for marriage and then they can behave anyhow they want in the marriage, after all they did her a favor.

Ask them to avoid the marriage though they’ll start vibrating. Ask them to leave single women alone and stop shaming them for not being married, they no go gree. It’s almost as if the stories they are telling are not convincing enough.

JovialJune:
But this is a forum free for all, anyone can open a thread, comment on it as they see fit, and advice as the case may be, so I don't see any harm in saying men should marry themselves, because there are plenty options in the world, animals, trees and furnitures are also available for marriage, so instead of the constant cries of women this and that, marrying yourselves and non living things isn't far-fetched.

The topic of the thread was clear enough, you chose to open it and read it, nobody told you to. He didn’t create the post to tell you. The first paragraph of the post started with brothers lol. Are you a bro now?

Why do you post pictures of your food in the food section? You could just eat it and be filled? The same reason anyone posts on the internet, for audience.
so I shouldn’t advice men to stay away from marriage?
Family › Re: Most Men Wouldn't Marry If They Understood Women Well by cococandy(f): 6:29am On May 16, 2022
eazzzy1:
The act of telling a man who complains about the challenges of marriage to go marry a man is an act of blackmail, the intentions of such comments is to bully the man to silence for fear of being called gay.

The unmarried straight man has so many options to choose from, he could stay single while fvcking the wife of the man who chose to get married.
But you can choose not to marry? That’s an option.
And the beautiful thing is that you don’t even have to tell us. Just don’t marry and live a happy life

I’m a liberal through and through.

On the contrary, many liberals are armed and ready to defend themselves if needed. That’s the first thing my oga did for me as soon as I got here. Taught me how to shoot and carry my lady piece if I ever feel unsafe. Let’s just say no one is putting me in the trunk of their car without losing a digit or a knee.

That being said liberals are not interested in taking everyone’s guns. Just sensible gun control measures wink
