I saw that sweet red (Robertson) you were suggesting to me yesterday. saw it online and it was cheap. Like it already ticks three boxes for me. Sweet, cheap and red.

But you know what the idiots wanted me to do? To pay $21.99 For shipping.

I guess I have to wait for corona to be over so I use my legs to go find it at the store.

The other time he claimed he was kidnapped and was asking for money. That was when they met me and I began asking questions and they issue of kidnap just died.
He might be a Nairalander since this forum is said to be popular.

What do they want from him? To pay back the money he defrauded them of or to pay child support for the baby?

Okay
2buffagain:
Nah the fact is you made a statement about western society having a long way to go before women are given equal rights.

You were invited to a space to air your views on what you feel should change in "western" society equality wise.

You choose to weasel out of it, and with typical female flare, you then attempt to blame a man for making you weasel out of it.

The truth is you don't even know what you want to see happen. And that's just standard feminist behavior.

Don't blame me for that. Good day cheesy

You people are the ones that says you want "more equality". If it's that important to you, then go get your point heard there.

Everyone In my family knows her and she’s a very wonderful girl. Typical wife material
OP so what’s wonderful about her?

OP what your mom said is nothing for her to overreact about. It’s sad that you scolded your mom when the lady is clearly the one making trouble over nothing.

She being upset about having to carry a gift of fruits that your mom gave you guys. A gift? I can’t understand it. Even if she doesn’t like mangos. So what?

Let's delve into this more.

Why do you think we still have a long way to go in the west before true equality for women? This discussion warrants its own thread https://www.nairaland.com/5863788/why-women-west-still-say
Why should I get into this with you? What’s the incentive for me?
Family › Re: Why Do Women In The West Still Say They Do Not Have True Equality? by cococandy(f): 11:23pm On May 17, 2020
doitforyou:
You’re a feminist then you should know the bolded doesn’t align with the core definition of feminism. There shouldn’t be any restriction or condition that would prevent equal access and opportunities.

A woman shouldn’t be denied a job because of an implicit bias (women are limited by pregnancy) 1. Not all women want children; 2. Not all pregnant women are too ‘weak’ to do their job.

OP, as long as there are men/women that believe women shouldn’t have equal access to opportunities and deny women their freedom of choice, feminism will always be needed. It’s one thing for laws to be passed, it’s another for them to be enforced. There are sexist people in positions of power and authority that are supposed to enforce these laws. Also, every law have loopholes that can make discrimination perfectly legal, these are taken advantage of by sexist people. It’s a constant battle to call out discrimination, prosecute/sue the perpetuators and continue to fight for laws to close those loopholes.
Very well said

Feminism has never been about biological differences. Equality does not mean that women want to have a penis or flex muscles with men.
When Black people wanted the same rights as white people, nobody claimed they all wanted to bleach themselves.
thanks wink

along with the added advantage of generally getting preferential treatment over men in any courtroom.
These societies in fact still absolve women from certain responsibilities at the expense of men.

Yeah I've heard about it but for some reason it's not available in Nigeria, same with some very special high end brands.
Hard liquor? YOU LOOK TOO SOFT for those hard things oo,I never would have thought.
As you say you no like champagne na,I kuku recommend sweet wine na as I know say na wetin women dey like undecided
As for that Lamborghini I don save am,after all this wahala when I enter Europe na wetin I go drink be that.
I might even bring some for consumption if it's not too expensive and if I like it.
How much did you get it for over there?
Picture saved.
This one is not too bad. Was $110 but I got a good discount. I’m not even sure I’ll like it. It’s to try because YOLO. They have other types too in their brand. The one below is their most expensive one which is not bad considering they are lambo. I fear they may not be as good as real wine makers.

@bold, laughs in cocktails. grin
All the “soft” ladies I know enjoy a good cocktail. It’s just a dash of hard liquor diluted with ice and sweeteners. Gets the job done faster.

True. Sweet champagne is not really a thing. Hence moscatos and sweet red blends are my faves. Definitely not restricted to champagnes.

I like the hard liquors because you can sweetened them up really well when making cocktails. Basically if it tastes nice, I’m down for it.

I’m open minded and I’ll try anything once (except it is downright gross).

Did you know Lamborghini the car makers make wine too? My order just arrived. I’ll try it soon and see what the pomp is all about. (After I finish some open bottles in the fridge).

Try Roberson? And also try Bottega?
Hei. Who send me message? I’ll get back to you if ever try those.
Benzboys:
Ok I'm guessing this was effervescent right?
If you want sweet champagne,it might be a little hard to find.
But then,Moet nectar imperial or different rosè is what I will recommend.
But if you aren't restricted to champagne,my dear try Robertson.
It is south African.
You will get high while licking your fingers. cheesy
I don't know how available it is over there sha,let me see..

Nice, very nice. Must be very sweet.
Thanks. It is sweet but not like ice cream. The berries are a bit sweet and sour, the lemon juice was sour too and the cream was unsweetened. The main sweetness is from condensed milk which wasn’t a lot. But it is rich which Is what I like about it

I don't like sorbet but from the look of things I could have a change of heart. cheesy Yours looks very inviting, more creamy than the ones I have tried so far. Is it your first sorbet?
Thank you smiley
Not my first sorbet. I found the cream takes it to a better level.
I would have loved the strawberries and cream better but I was going for less sweet and this satisfied the cravings.
