Family › Re: Marriage is a scam to men, it is not worth it by cococandy(f): 9:16am On Dec 15, 2019
DenreleDave:
I think doing wedding is a bad idea. How can you spend your life savings on a woman when then end result is children and responsibilities. As in, I have seen many ladies that have been bleeped and bleeped several times, several body counts. So one man will come and spend his life saving on such woman.

How can a man spend all the money he has saved on a lady who is a virgin or not a virgin sef when he will still have to cater for responsibilities after wedding?

As in, my guys for there carry lady come sleep anyhow and later later, another man go carry this lady, wan kill himself untop her, they run helter skelter on top her. What do we guys tend to benefit in marriage, is it not just sex and probably kids (kids is both advantage for men n women) but again you get to carry responsibilities upandan.

I'm beginning wedding or even marriage is a scam sef, it's way of bringing a man into slavery.

Maybe baby mama is the way out, I'm beginning to reason with some guys Here on nairaland oooo.. Baby mama things

Guys wake up, I think this marriage and wedding only favors women, we men are at big disadvantage aswear

Some ladies will still end up with those your guys that have been sleeping around. It’s a balanced equation. I can’t believe grown men out here still thinking they can sleep around and have multiple virgins to chose from when they want to marry. The math does not add up.

Stop the tears please and start getting ready for Christmas. People are all out there trying to get into the festive spirit and you folks won’t let us rest with your whining.

What you posted has nothing to do with the topic or my post.

You heard it first doesn’t mean you heard the correct info. We are reading the criminals’ own confessions. so, you get more information than that? abi you were there when they planned it?

Unless you’re trying to tell us that this woman and when husband are responsible for paying the estate workers, then all these combination of stories don’t relate to my post since I didn’t in any way advise anyone to treat their maids or helps badly. I wonder what to the on about.

fairfora:
For your information, I'm more informed on this case than you think. I heard of it in less than 24 hours after it happened. You're just getting to know about it obviously . It's stale news already. No excuse for murder and yes, but in case you have a maid, even if its 10k you agreed , his/her own life could depend on that. Pay as promised to avoid impending dangers to you and your family. Its same crime-related story we hear everyday. I've heard of a maid who put her mistress' baby inside a freezer and ran away. She later sent a message that, the woman was owing her salary but refused to pay. Another incident happened at Daniel estate in yaba where the maid broke into the house and made away with expensive jewelry and sold it for millions of naira. When caught she said her madam was wicked because she refused to pay her 3 months arrears which the woman agreed to, the woman said it was because she was rude to her and she wanted to use that as a means of punishing her....how rude could she have been? Her salary was 30k.

Again, about 2 months ago inside one Isheri estate in Lagos, one stupid woman locked a maid up in an abandoned house and left for church. This maid had not eaten for over 24 hours and was crying for help in the house. Thanks to the neighbour who came feeding the maid and broke the door open. Channels tv was Ivited to cover the scene because the house was also close to their station. The idiot of a woman never knew the phone was on speaker when she was contacted. She said and so? Channels have always been covering such news as its not new to her. The woman is in soup as we speak. Had the maid had the opportunity or access a knife or gun, the needful would have been said and somebody like you could have been done and someone like you could have been blaming the maid....give to to people what belongs to them as promised and you could save yourself and family of any danger. Same applies to business contracts or agreements. It's that simple. Some people are ruthless, they don't value their own lives let alone the life of others. We can always avoid needless trouble
Crime › Re: Bernadette, Gildas Tohouo's Wife Murder Update: Why We Killed Her - Suspect by cococandy(f):
Read with understanding.

The estate workers can’t be owed by just one family. Shouldn’t there be an organization in charge of their fees?

Seems they are trying to garner sympathy from their fellow entitled folks

Charly68:
Bitter and painful as it stands, why are the rich so wicked ? They always owe those they ought to be helping..they would repair their cars but won't pay on time, send people on odd jobs but won't settle them on time..many of them owe their drivers gardeners etc .It is very bad
fairfora:
Sad. My candid advice...all those artisans working for us must be treated with respect because they too are human beings. We should endeavour to pay them promptly as agreed because their whole life might depend on their wages . The devil could easily use them, should we renege on our promises to them. Most of them do not value life.
seborrhic:
No excuse for d murder but why owe him a patry N160k?
The tendency for some people of means to owe their labourers their due wages is condemnable.
Everyone should learn from this, much as it's no justification for d murder.
Crime › Re: Bernadette, Gildas Tohouo's Wife Murder Update: Why We Killed Her - Suspect by cococandy(f): 12:33pm On Dec 14, 2019
They fact that he called her and her husband stingy shows he was begging money from them.

And then after killing her and assuming her husband was dead, they took their ATM cards to go steal money from them. What a waste of space they are.

I hope they die painful horrible deaths red

Some people don’t understand how harmful it is to use children as weapons in their relationship squabbles.

Mindfulness:
Tell your husband that the people who will be harmed the most in the process will be the children.

I wonder what even made his mind go that way.

Most people threaten different kinds of stuff when upset but to say he will tell the children to insult you is as weird as they come.

What would you eat this pan of veggies with?

I ate mine with left over fried rice that I had in the freezer and some baked chicken.

I usually stir fry my veggies in SPICY sauce and some tofu.
But when I’m not stir frying, I season with a sprinkle olive oil and herbs for tastes.
Gotta make those veggies appealing.

So he was given a trouser from wherever to wear.
We got home and I opened his school bag to see this.

Yes but not tasted. Will love to but i have never been to an asian shop.
Commented on your seaweed salad or something back then.
U can check that out.
I have forgotten about it until I saw your post.
I don’t cook it because I’ll probably not make it right.
I get the salad from the Asian restaurants. They must have a secret sauce because... girl it’s good

I also like the texture . It’s surprisingly chewy. You’d think it would be soggy or something.

Do try it from an Asian restaurant around you. You will like

This guy was single handedly raised by his mother while his father was wallowing in wealth. Now he is demonising his mother for the neglect he suffered from his father. I don't get it.

Most Nigerian women will most certainly prefer to cry in Benz than to wallow in poverty but your mother choose the safe option for her sanity and kid's sake. If you want to make peace with your father, kindly go ahead but do not belittle the sufferings of your mother to appease your conscience.

Imagine after the marital abandonment, I risked being demonised by the kids I suffered for embarassed

I hate abortion but this thread is making me to lean towards pro-choice.
Ladies beware shocked shocked. If you have had the babies already, start keeping tabs, school fees receipts, messages sent to him for assistances, your child's memorable moments on videos, the time he was contacted for his helps and the excuses he gave. Whether justifiable or not, put it down somewhere.
Keep a ledger of the financial helps you received from him.
Let your evidence fight for you before they use your sufferings to demonize you
