See analysis!!! Well you're almost correct. 28? Not yet. Keep guessing. almost there. darkenedrebel: Exactly!. I can see the picture more clearly now. I should have known. At age 39, most marriages would have become a bit banal - I doubt many women that fall in that age-grade would put up anything about their hubbies on social media(I'm not spoilt, my hubby just loves me)
You are obviously newly wed & still fresh out of the oven....probably did family planning for 2 years and somewhere around 28 years old judging from the looks of your hands in the photo where you were holding the glock..... sorry, not glock.... whatever gun it was sha |

darkenedrebel: It's the family section stereotype. It's the unofficial old people's home of Nairaland. How can you not know? that's why you thought I was 39 yrs old? |

Noted. Thanks guys Onegai: It will fall off (shedding) due to several reasons (cradle cap being one of them, certain compounds in the hair shaft being another). Cutting it doesn't add or detract or send any message to the hair follicles. That was what I was made to understand by 2 consultant pediatricians and a clinical dermatologists. But that's just what I was told, it's a choice you have to make. byvan03: Cococandy the best thing is to leave the hair and see how it goes. Nothing anyone says would have made me shave him completely if it didn't start falling. Siena: Don't shave it unless you really want to. My middle daughter and son both had thick hair from birth, especially my daughter's. They kind of grew unevenly after about 3 months, but I didn't cut their hair. By the time they were a year old, the growth evened out. byvan03: My dear that's what happened to me, his hair was so cool that I started plaiting it into puffs to reduce frequent combing. I trimmed it into punk at nine months, continued trimming only for the thing to start uprooting itself from age 2+. Never believed the cutting thing but I learnt from experience. |

darkenedrebel: This is your first experience at child-bearing ? ..chai.. and I thought you were a pro.
It starts falling off when the infant is 3 or 4 months old, but it's not compulsory you shave it off. Hair grows from the follicle, whatever shaving is done on the surface makes absolutely no difference. The baby's hair would naturally become thicker over the course of time. why did you think that? Funny you. |

My baby's hair is soooo cute. I don't ever want to shave it. So it really begins to fall of if you don't shave it first? byvan03: I had to cut up to 4 times more for it to start growing normally. Those portions that fell of naturally refuse to grow with others until he cuts a few times more. Though before the hair started falling off, I trimmed the back and sides with scissors. I think it needed to be scraped to grow normally, which is what I did eventually.
Others never had this experience because I cut the entire thing after 1st birthday, so it won't start falling naturally. |

The last time buhari was in government, same thing happened. I didn't experience it but those who did say he was the single reason for the way Nigerians now Celebrate American and European visas. Things were so hard people left the country in droves just to find sustainability elsewhere.
Those who forget easily are bound to experience history over and over again. |

Why can't people just let others be happy? If they didn't claim to be divorced, stop trying to force it on them. Even if you think they are pretending. It's none of your business. |

Flowers get me every time Do you know what these yellow flowers in my picture are? They look like orchids. Feels rubbery to the touch. almost like artificial flowers. I'm sure they'll last for long before wilting. They are so cute. My friend brought them to the hospital for me.

Phboy1: @ OP Nairaland is a not a place you can get an objective answer on your problems as most of the commentators here are kids. with over 90% of post in nairaland these days talking about how to make love to a woman, virginity etc, it tells u a lot about the ages of the commentators here.. You really have a big challenge as regards to the second wife issue since u hv interest in coming home.. If you can manage it without your white woman getting hurt, i think you should go ahead and do it.. see adult advice |
Family › Re: Getting A Wife by cococandy(f): 7:15pm On Feb 27, 2016 |
Your diplomacy is legendary. God give me grace to have half of that diplomacy. Smh. The OP deserves lashing. Not diplomatic appeal to reason. Reasoning that he obviously lacks. tearoses: This is what I dont understand He married an oyibo who from the sounds of it is not interested in his Nigerian business and investments, so why invest in Nigeria and not elsewhere where they can both live snd enjoy the fruit of their labour. What is the point in building proerties that you wont enjoy?
As for him wanting to marry another woman....Its his choice. Before I used to feel sorry when I see some old people sufering especially men living lonely and broke and no children to look after them. Now I know that many of them are just reaping what they sowed. 14 years and 2 wonderful children, this man wants to marry another woman and she will reap where she has not sown. When this man was running away from border force and eating hand to mouth before this woman came along, where was this "caretaker" wife
My question is what has he invested abroad for his wife and children? bearing in mind that if anything happens God forbid, the oyibo wife and children will have no claim to the property and investments in Nigeria.
Hope I was diplomatic enough |

I must commend you for this topic first.
Now to the question. It's obvious your niece's reaction to the bat was what she learned from her parents. What's the inference? Yes we Africans sometimes use religion more than we use common sense.
Teaching one's kids about the existence of God and how to live upright godly lives does not have to involve imbibing them with paranoia. We do that way too often.
One can see how our societies are quite different because of it. We leave things to god rather than use our senses to solve problems. |
Family › Re: Getting A Wife by cococandy(f): 9:25pm On Feb 26, 2016 |
Get a paid manager. It will be cheaper and less messy for you. You want to marry a second wife to manage the wealth that another woman helped you create? You guys should fear God o.
So your second wife will become the overseer of what does not actually belong to her. Of course kids will come from her too which will complicate your life and also deplete the wealth you're trying to protect. The wealth you're trying to manage may still end up lost to you as you don't know who'll be benefiting from it while you're not around. God have mercy on you your white wife doesn't find out and divorce you.
In the end what have you gained?
I don't know why we humans in seeking fleshy pleasure don't think of what we could lose in the process. |
