There is a calculation on a thread on tyre sizing. Modifications are not to exceed 2.5%, after converting inches to mm and dividing upandan. Why do you want to lift your car?

So I rang @ oga GAZZUZZ, number in the morning yesterday complaining of my fan running all the time and fuel consumption a little bit high cos I believe my fan control switch has been shorted.
He said diagnosis is #5000.
I agreed and I came down, he insisted that he was only gonna check the fan switch at that #5000, cos I mentioned a few other things, I accepted sha.
Baba fixed the job 2mins. Tested it and said my car is ready, now to collect money, him no gree again.
I was stunned. Few minutes ago, he insisted #5000, and now, he said no again. I had to forcefully drop some sha as mineral money.
I am just appreciating the fact that he did the job at no cost and even enlightening me on other stuff.

Although he didn't tell me what he or how he fixed it, I was even too caught off guard to ask, I'll call him later to even ask or on my next visit to him.

I will be reasonable...

I showed my electrician (a.k.a. Kazeem) the pic Gazzuzz took, but he couldn't identify it at first. When he did, he "explained" to me that he modified/ shorted the circuit because I refused to run the fans directly by relay. This is why people kill other people.
Modifications that will cost him money, he won't do. Gazzuzz, do you train? I almost took a picture of him, but he's middle-aged.

your thermostat has not been removed it is still there but your thermistor pins have been shorted out, to make your fans spin all the time.

I hear a gurgling sound sometimes, when A/C is running. Thought it was a rat or struggling snake...from under fascia of front passenger seat. (I usually use "Auto"/pre-set climatic on Honda Accord '02, V6)

How are the broilers? I can't figure what the flooring was, but broilers don't do well on the cold floor. My family kept 100layers and 100broilers. Cheap maintenance included:
1. Collecting wood shavings from carpenter's plane for providing warmth on the floor. This also helps if there are no heat sources as hi-watt bulbs.
2. Fortification with vet vitamins or local ones, especially if ventilation is poor. Local vitamins are mainly water-leaf, but mixed with cracked beans (slight knocking in a mortar) and a handful of rice. Usually, the broilers won't mind straight water-leaf.
3. Feeding from troughs. I cannot say why, but from my experience, broilers seem assured of food when it's in the trough and they have assumed the pecking order.

It appears only to take-over oversight of key arms of NNPC,in this touted "governance" role. It is rather quiet on opening-up the upstream, midstream and downstream, except to publish publicly. It doesn't say whether OML licenses will be bid, regulatory variations paid, subsidy removed, flaring stopped or import marketers removed. It is not wholistic has already been split, exactly how DPR and PPRA were created.
