INEC has taken the right step. They have the support of well meaning Nigerians on this one. Those people are making mess of court processes and abusing the once revered noble profession. |

strafist911: We warned all these nairaland Tinubu praise singers that a day like this would come & they told us that tinubu is the jagaban of Nigerian politics. IMO, tinubu is not smarter than MKO & Awolowo yet their wings were clipped by the Fulanis. From a reliable source, there is a ground plot to rubbish and crumble tinubu's empire before 2023 & this is just the beginning. Your reliable source is just your naive mind telling you what you want to believe. |

It will be very difficult to record any meaningful progress in this security issue, if government will continue to free the culprits saying they have repented and reintegrated back to the society. What is someone repenting after he had carried gun and killed other innocent lives? Where is justice for those ones he killed? You just tapped his back head and tell him to go and sin no more. So long as there is little or no deterrence, others will continue to do what they are doing. |

JasonScoolari: ...When he was a Senate leader at the 8th assembly, he never clamoured or support the motion for the reduction of the "luxury wages" then, the sugar was so sweet in his mouth and he finds it difficult to spit it out.
When they're being addressed as "Former" that's when they start behaving as if they very close to the masses, but when they're addressed as "Current" they're officially blind to anything that would stop them from having a slice of the cake. Oga what are you saying? The man is still in the Senate. The fact that his role in the Senate was changed, does not make him less a Senator. So I support him fully on this. |

Xisnin: You are right about the misplaced Chinese hysteria spearheaded by Trump and propagated by his worshippers here in Nigeria.
However, just because Trump is a fool doesn't make Buhari an intelligent man. Borrowing to fund infrastructure isn't a new invention requiring any sort of intelligence. It is as old as modern civilization itself.
Moreover, nobody is a total failure. Therefore, one or two success does not wipe away glaring failures. Unfortunately you sounded vague. What's exactly point please? |

So far, buhari is the best president in Nigerian history. He has equally shown that when prudence is applied in management of resources, you will achieve far more than the so called Educated technocrats who spent 16years feeding fat on our common treasury. |
Politics › Re: CCECC: Itakpe–Ajaokuta Rail Line And Track Works Passes Final Acceptance by contigiency(m): 6:13am On Jun 11, 2020 |
Olominira: The Nigeria govt needs an holistic national orientation for all her citizens especially the young people like myself. Buhari is one of the most intelligent leaders in Nigeria and Africa at large even though his weaknesses are very obvious.
When people compare Buhari to a Dumb racist spearheading things over here, this shows people lack basic understanding of things. He called Buhari lifeless, just because he refused to sign a free trade agreement with the US. He thought Buhari lacks basic understanding of economics.
While shouting China...China...China,..... and all the tweeting and noise. Tesla moved a whooping of $250bn to Shanghai to build Tesla Gigantic Auto plant. A big step towards America becoming importer of Tesla cars just Apple phones, GM, etc.
Buhari, the so called dullard, secured deals with same China to set up a train assembly plant and a University in Nigeria. A step towards industrialized Nigeria. If not for weak institutions in Nigeria, Buhari's performance would be making global headline news. You are the true son of your father. |
