The same Holy Spirit. The same One who is in all Believers.
Why couldn't that holy spirit that makes someone born when saved empower the person if it's the same holy spirit?

The rebirth and the empowerment are two distinct works of the Holy Spirit in a man's life.
And these holy spirits come at different times right?

Mathew 28:19
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,"
1John 5:7
"Version
For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word (which is the son according to John 1:1), and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one."
You're correct about general knowledge but not all is defective. Any general knowledge that's well grounded in scripture with strong scriptural backings cannot be despise
But, the things you're talking about are strange. Absolutely unscriptural things.
Like I quoted those verses from the Qur'an right?

First do your research on that 1 John 5:7 and tell me the reason why king James version added:
"the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one."
That wasn't in the original manuscript if the scripture.

When Jesus said at John 10:30 that "my Father and I are one", did he mean they are one as God? Capital NO!

John 17:22
[22]And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

Jesus was praying to God in that verse and that's the ONE he meant at John 10:30.

Because the Bible is a highly influential work, and an understanding of its mythology and lore is relevant to understanding history, politics, literature, philosophy, and many other matters. The Kingdom of God is presently a spiritual place. At the close of the age, it would become a place where people would enter.
Well Jesus is ruling the kingdom in heaven and of course heaven is a spiritual place.

The kingdom will come according to Matthew 6:10

I thought you said it's within us before?

The Holy Spirit works in your life without announcing Himself at salvation. From the Word you heard, to the convinction of sin in your heart, to the pertinence you exhibit leading you to accept the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Savior, all are the works of the Holy Spirit. He then comes to dwell in you and lead you in a walk with Christ.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a different experience entirely. Someone prays or even lays hands of you to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. That's empowerment after the order of Acts 1:8. The Apostles experienced it twice in the book of Acts. First experience was in Acts 2,' the second experience was recorded in Acts 4. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is the foundation for growing in the anointing.
Well it's okay. It seems your saying we have two kinds of holy spirit.

The Kingdom of Heaven is where God dwells right now. That's why Christ is seated on the right hand of majesty (Heb 1:2).
The Kingdom of God is within you, not the Kingdom of heaven.
Please study your Bible for more clarifications on this. I myself was confused about these concepts in the 90s. I had to research the Word of God as well as the teachings of true men of God to be able to differentiate between the 2.
If you say that the thief didn't enter paradise that day as the Lord Jesus promised Him, then, you make the Lord Jesus a liar, and the Bible a book of falsehood.
Matthew 21:31
[31]Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.

If it's within people, they don't need to go into it.
From that verse kingdom of God seensike a place People go to. We can say kingdom of God is same as kingdom of heaven.

Daniel 2:44
[44]And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

The kingdom is the kingdom of God set up in heaven.

Everyone saved is born again is saved, and has the Holy Spirit in Him. He has the "Spirit of sonship whereby he cries Aba Father."
Everyone saved is born of the spirit and could call God Father.
Baptism or the Holy Spirit is to be ushered and immersed into the power of God. This experience is only for those who are born again, saved, washed in the blood of the lamb.
You see, the holy spirit does the work of making someone born again and the 120 didn't recieve the baptism of the holy spirit before the day of Pentecost.

Go back to your Sunday school teacher. This is general knowledge amongst believers all over the world.
To be saved is to be born again or born of the Spirit. He is a new creature because of his new birth by the Spirit.
To be baptised is to be endued with power. It comes with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
Thanks for your time.
I stick to what the Bible says not general knowledge.
Because it is generally, doesn't mean it's the truth.

Like in John 17:3 when Jesus was praying to the Father, he said the Father us the one true God. Paul also emphasized on it that the Father is the one God there's 1 Corinthians 8:5&6 and Ephesians 4:6.
Even Peter said God the Father made Jesus Lord and Messiah Acts 2:36.

Today, what's the general belief?
You say God is three persons. Like the son and the holy spirit has to join the Father for Him to be complete as one God in three persons.

I wonder where you guys get these phrase from;
God the son

God the holy spirit

Even you know that saying only Jewish leaders are Gods makes no sense so why are you still pushing falsehood.
The bible declared ye are Gods but you believe God meant to say ye are not Gods?
I know in you are very intelligent and you know the meaning of ye are Gods. I actually mean ye are Gods and not the opposite.
God did not say ye are like Gods or ye are close to Gods or yet look like Gods. He said ye are Gods and Children of the living God.
If you didn't see it, I'll show you again.
And I would like you to show me where I insulted you.
No one is fighting war here. Stop exaggerating na. It's just a discussion and your the Mormon I'm discussing with.

Psalms 82:6-7
[6]I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
[7]But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

John 10:34-35
[34]Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
[35]If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Was God talking to a particular people here? Yes or no?
If no, where in the verses indicate that?

(Hint: He was comparing them to men. Like they will die like men. Who are the men and who are the gods?)

Jesus was quoted Psalm 82. It seems you really have difficulty in understanding the scriptures.

You need to try and compare versions together so that you can grasp better.

I know Mormons only use the 1611 KJV though. It won't help you understand. Use other versions. Compare them.

Your not a leader, a ruler nor did you receive message from God, so it's not possible for you to be part of people God called gods.

In fact God was referring to some particular people of the past.

One point of difference between Islam and your JW form of Christianity created in 1914 is that we believe Allah knows all things. He does not suffer fatigue nor sleep! One who has the knowledge of all things thousands of years before their creation will never regret.
But we know your God rested on the 7th day after He created the world in six days. One who is fatigued need rest.
The Biblical God regretted appointing Saul as King. in 1 Sam 15:34.
He told Saul to kill the Amalekites and even their cattle, sheeps etc. Saul killed them but spared their kings and the best of the animals.
For this Jehovah had to regret appointing Saul.
Though the Bible claims God knows all things (Psalm 147:5, 139:4, 1 John 3:20) but i still wonder why He regrets after claiming to know the outcome of all things.
And about predestination what does Matthew 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. mean?
Check the context:
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Matthew 6:26
Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns--and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Isaiah 45:7
I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD (Jehovah/Yahweh), do all these things.
See wise man using corrupted Bible to defend Islam and using the same corrupted Bible to condemn Christianity.

I thought your Koran was fully detailed and explain na.
Leave the Bible for people wey understand am. Quote your all glorious Koran.

Your Allah know all things that was why he copied stories from the Bible and also add myths to the Koran huh?

If your Allah knew Iblis would disobey him, why did he create Iblis? Shebi he knows all things na. Why did he command him to bow to Adam in the first place?

If your all wise and all knowing Allah knows all things why did he allow the Bible, injeel and Torah to be corrupted if the scriptures were really from him?

I don't what theory your bringing up. But God was obviously referring to some certain people and even pronounced judgement on them.

No where in the above verses or even the whole chapters says everyone is a god.

Even verse 7 says those people classed as gods would die like mere mortals. This implies there are mere mortals that are not gods.
It also implies that not everyone is god.
