The seven years couldn't have been just learning how to barb, like I said understanding the business, how it works, getting to know more clients, gaining the trust of his Oga which could have introduced him to the nitty gritty of the business, knowing what it takes to set up a place, where to set it up, and even knowing how and where to order the equipments for the business(especially if it is outside the country)and above all what it takes to be a leader(that's why he can handle his over 40 employees in different locations.

I noticed one thing written up there, he was an apprentice for 7 years, he worked hard, served, learnt things, understood the business before going out on his own and he made it.

Exactly, that you were able to handle it doesn't mean that goes for everyone out there, they are people who probably started at age 14 too, but down the line, abuse was inevitable, not legalizing it is a way to curb the abuse at least to an extent.

Just say you were trying to defend the fact that you have been smoking marijuana since 14, ( which is none of my business) my point is you can't rule out the abuse of it, which many are doing, being legal only increases the chances of abuse.

speaking of conclusions, you have made a whole lot right from your first mention, I don't need to smoke marijuana to also know the adverse effects it has on human health, that it isn't affecting you negatively (which this is subject to evaluation) doesn't mean it isn't affecting others.
Legalizing it means more outlets will sell, it will be more accessible especially to teenagers who will use it to the point of abuse.
