it is. Include a copy of your vaccine card. I included only the e-certificate in the documents I submitted, but they mailed me to scan my vaccination card showing I’m fully vaccinated.

This shit is true o.I checked aero and Airpeace. The least flight is 50k for one way.

Hi, @meetme01 I have also applied for the e-visa and I am currently at the document upload stage. I would like to know what you did for the flight reservation. I reserved a flight with Air Peace but the reservation lasts only 3 days. If my reservation is expired by the time I upload the document or the embassy goes through it, will it affect my application (ie lead to visa denial)? Is there a way I can get an extended flight reservation? Is it advisable I fill out a new application? or should I proceed with the current application, upload the documents and make payment regardless of the duration of the hold on the ticket reservation?
Please advise based on your experience.

bros, your flight reservation can expire the next day. It doesn’t matter. No need to pay anybody for flight reservations that would last 3 months or any duration.
What the embassy wants to see is a flight itinerary that tallies with when you say you are entering and leaving their country.it can expire before you submit your application sef. Don’t let that bother you.

Please, can someone provide me with these answers?

1. If I want to travel June ending, can I book an appointment in April or it’s too early?
2. Abuja vsf doesn’t indicate first timer or frequent traveler. It just shows long/short stay when trying to book an appointment. As a first time traveler can I go with that if I want to select Abuja for submission? Lagos has a classification for first time traveler.
3. Can I choose Lagos when booking appointment on vsf even if I indicated Abuja while filling the visa form?

I did it by myself with the info I got on this thread. just decided to try it out for fun. I didn’t even have to visit the embassy as I sent my documents via mail and had it delivered to me via mail.
You don’t really need an agent. If you want to use an agent, make sure he submits a genuine account statement, because the embassy will verify with your bank.

I’ll say it depends on where you are going in Brazil and the number of days you’ll be staying, as well as the activities . For example, cost of flight is more if you are going to Rio de Janeiro than if you are going to São Paulo. But it is like between 450-550k. Accommodation too would depend on where you want to stay, as there are various types, ranging from hostels to hotel rooms, and air BnB accommodation.
You can check these stuffs out on the internet to find out what suits your budget.

Exactly 10 years from the day I started learning programming officially, I am starting as a software developer and my first task will be more of Data science endeavour. Deep learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence which is also a dream come true to have the opportunity to exhibit my passion.


This is my 10 years story and journey as a programmer

one company is asking me to come do a program on data science, at a cost of 1m+ for 9months to 1year. I’m just thinking if I won’t waste my money, as I don’t have a background in computer science/ coding. I studied engineering though, but not practicing.

The lure of getting a remote job with that skill is what is drawing me, but I’m just wondering if it’s something I can grasp.

You can email the embassy on Monday to confirm if courier has picked up your passport... they do reply emails. Moreover did you receive collection email from the embassy?

I did not receive any collection mail. Will mail them on Monday, though I read that once they dispatch, you will get a “not found” response when you try to track the status of your application. I’m still seeing “ ready for delivery “

Definitely, it will get to you via DHL next week. Their processing is extremely too slow.

I just hope they have not forgotten that i dropped a self addressed envelope and are waiting for me to come pick it.

Congratulations once more. How long did your application take before approved on online page? This will help to know the fate of those earlier submitted and expecting feedback.

I submitted my application on January 10th, it got to them the next day, and the status changed to under review.

On January 17th, I was asked by my bank to send them the statement of account I sent to the Brazilian embassy so that they can respond to the embassy. I also got a mail same day from the consular general to send my vaccination card even though I Included the e-certificate in my application.

The status had been on “under review” till yesterday.

I have not received the passport yet. It is is supposed to be mailed to me,as I sent in my application via DHL and included a self addressed envelope.

I just saw that the approved sign ( ✅) had changed from blank to green when I checked on their portal yesterday night ,around 10pm.

I am Trying to find out from those that have gotten visas in the past if the approved sign changing to green indicates that I have been issued a visa.

I normally check the status of my application everyday, except on fridays since they say they don’t work on Fridays,therefore wasn’t expecting any change in my application status. just decided to check yesterday night and was surprised.

The “ready for delivery” icon is still blank on the portal.Hopefully my passport will be mailed to me next week.
