Ok thats enough with the insults left, right and center. Everyone should shut it whether u were in the US, about to be in the US or you are still in the US. This thread is not for perfectionist and commandants. If you are so keen on making orders, then u go to the barracks. I want to believe we are all matured and cultured people. Please lets conduct ourselves appropriately. What is all this fuzz about visa lottery. Lets get pass this lottery thing and focus please. And defenders of the universe, I am sure pple argueing can sort themselves out. Lets mind our biz and focus on biz. Naijas waste too much time on irrelevant things and that why we are backwards in everything we do. For all of u in America that like feeling too brainy, let it reflect in ur studies, dont bring ur cocky selves here. If you want God to use you (peeps in US) to bless others with Ur experiences, then share your testimonies and help out, If not, Im sure ur grades need u most. For those of u that are in naija, u beta focus ur minds on getting there and stop wasting valuable time on backward discourse. Its either u r ready to unite as one (Naija love) or u scram, there are no masters in this thread, we are all friends. God is love and I love you all, muaaaaaaaaaaaah ( U know I bring fun to this tensed thread) |
@ superbrain I have replied ur email at last. Enjoy |
Please why is everyone arguing about Visa lottery. Wait till someone that has applied for visa lottery goes for student visa and lets see what happens and the questions directed to him or her. We like being too perfect in this thread. Every1 wants to show his or herself that is why I am always warning pple to be themselves and be realistic. You don't have to be the best in English, the best in linguistic, the best visa applicant or the best writer. We are all visa applicants or have already received our visa. If we knew it all, why are we here, we can as well do it on our own. But a problem shared is a problem solved. Every bodies input are very important and appreciated. We have a common goal to make it in life since the Nigerian economy is competitive. This spring 2011 set is very somehow compared to Fall 2010. Please lets waste our energies on getting this visa process over and done with. Stop all these ITK (I too know) attitude, its making this thread stagnant. I love u all so much, hugs and kisses muaaaaa ( Y'all know I like to add a little joke to ease the tension) |
@ superbrain I will like to hug and squeeze Ur brains anytime cos I like intellect @house Hope I entertained u guys enuf. Back to US visa. Please has anyone had his or her interview of recent. Share your experiences. We Spring 2011 pple must represent O. May God help us all and good testimonies shall be pouring out of our mouths in Jesus name / Insha Allah. Remember its all about PP ( Prayer & Practice ) |
@gulag I thought your primary focus was how to get to the US. I wasn't insulting superbrain, I was just trying to make him be himself, that way every1 can feel relaxed and air their views without being scared that their English would be scrutinized. Funny enough most of you so called charisma, etiquette, finesse men, when u get in front of the consular you guys would start sounding like wanna bees. You better learn to be yourself, European man. There are many people that speak pidgin English that their English are better than yours. In fact it only shows diversity, flexibility, broader knowledge base and adaptation. So stick to you prim and proper life and miss the opportunity of networking and connection. Mr grammar blabber!!! |
@ superbrain You and this your English and correction of your sentences. No one is above mistake so cut the bullshit. Why are you apologizing for scribbling down pidgin English, aren't you an African man. Its pple like u that forget their roots easily. Feel free and undo all those your "pardon me, I mistyped this, I spelt this wrongly, typological errors bla bla". Its becoming boring. Any learned man would read pass your errors. Even a layman would have an idea. Keep it real baby. We are Africans!!! |
You guys should leave monouse alone abeg. I find "it" amusing from the tension we create in this forum pertaining to visa. At least this would serve as comic relief to nervous peeps. But Monouse, dnt write anything here again okay. The men and women here are only hungry for one thing: foreign degree(USA) @house, please as u go for an interview, lets know what transpired. We have not heard any success story in a while. We wanna rejoice with the winners. |
@gulag Is that a story of your life or question because I don't get how you "did" NYSC, "how you would show you would come back to naija", you schooled in Europe, you are doing ur masters in uk, worked in naija for 2 weeks with family and ur brother is in US with an F-1 visa got to do with anything. Please go through what you pasted yourself and correct urself, the blunder too much for an European big boy like u. Shey u wan pursue a degree in the US and need assistance or you are telling us not to give up on our dreams that urs is a success story as uve done ur first degree, masters, worked for 2 weeks and it runs in ur family as ur brother too has an F1 visa in US. Please be more explicit |
