ekwah: Why are so many Nigerians damn foolish? I can't bear reading all the gibberish people have typed here... If oil wells exist in Anambra, why would Kogites claim compensation or why would Anambra Igbos ask for compensation too when the oil exists some where else?? It just doesn't make any sense. Some foolish people here have already started talking about going to war. War for what? SMH. People go kill themselves and Politicians go dey for AbJ dey flex babes with the oil money. Afterall whatever is realized from the sale of this resource will go to THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NAIJA.You dey mind them? All the money will eventually be shared to every state in Naija...lol. And to the lazy man taunting about the alliances that would be made, you are soooo funny! An insignificant you would determine what world powers will do, who they would ally with? All the evidence of your insults is here for them to see that you had it coming a long time even before the new war. LOL...the last time too this is how you thought you knew who would ally with who...you go lose mehnnnnn!! |
But on a more introspective note, why did the ibo man betray his boss? ibos are betrayers? ibos are cowards? If he wanted money, why is he not bold enough to go and ask his boss or find another job? Are ibos cowards? Hope someone will enlighten us? |
Watch them blame SW for this. Why did the police catch the criminal? Why did SW allow them catch ibo criminal? |
Just because Anambra found oil and making judicious use of their resources&ingenuity, every d*ck,tom& harry, thinks up oil!first it was Kogi claiming they shld ve a cut of Anambra oil, then the mullahs in the North are postulating theories that shld force mother nature to give them oil!am waiting for the slippery yorubas via Tinubus ACN to come up with claims of oil in ogun, ekiti, ibadan etc!however,i wish all Nigerians goodluck in this oil quest!
Your post reeks of tribalism and you should hang your head in shame! Whether you like it or NOT, any oil resource in Nigeria is shared to the 36 States + FCT! Even if you die with your tribalists, the oil wealth will still ve shared! Does it not make sense that any encouragement, competition, conversation, etc that will put other states under positive pressure to start to look into exploring their resources is the way to go? Do you know if they did not find oil but find, for example, gold deposits worth $400 B, where do you think that money is going? To everyone including Anambra! The (alcohol) taxes collected by the ACN controlled government of Lagos, the port, etc is shared by every state only they do not write on each naira note where it came from, now use your brain to see the way to go is to encourage, push, nudge, etc everyone to do something! Ekiti is said to be a small state but they seem to have more professors than most states of Nigeria, well if they earn more money than the average Nigerian teacher and pay more taxes which some find their way to the federal government, that money is still shared!! In as much as any state has taken money / benefited from another state since the existence of Nigeria, it becomes almost impossible for a state that now begins to earn more money to thump its nose at others or claim something belongs to it exclusively. Grow-up little boy! |
How come people are already passing judgement and have never seen the actual MAPS of the oil wells? Only one reason: tribalism and selfishness. Why don't you folks wait to see the actual maps? If the map indeed shows any oil in Kogi State, it becomes a joint ownership : 50/50. The refinery in Anambra can make more money because they are adding value to the raw material: crude. This is one more reason why this country CANNOT break without the US/UK/etc based Nigerians losing virtually all their family in a stupid war they fuelled with useless internet talk. The sooner Nigerians begin to see everything for the benefit of all, that is the day our problems begin to get a solution. If any part of Nigeria think they have the monopoly of violence, well remember that is a fallacy. No doubt, the next few days will bring more information for us to make better conclusions. |
Congregation of ibo losers gloating over a crime? Justice would be done if the murderer is found guilty, made to pay back to the community before being hanged for his crime! (if Nigeria Police does not take a bribe to let him go). But ibos who are used to killing their little children, women, wives, boys and men can feel its no bid deal. That said, it is stupid to attack someone with a knife, there's nothing to say your victim will not respond in disproportionate measure. The ibos did the same thing in 1966 when their long throat greediness for power led to the killing of less than 10 people in different parts of the country. 6 months later, the return match had a casualty rate of about 30,000! By the next 3 years, the other side had put 3 M ibos to the sword. I hope everyone learn the lesson. |
Gen Ademoleguns 'ondo pounded yam',is nt an immunity from the atruistic actions of the revolutionary soldiers led by maj.Nzeogwu!a gen.who can afford a royal horse ride for his kids to school in the 60's,must ve drank from the corrupt waters of Nigerian politics!Remember, all great soldiers keep to the law of 'no friend no foe'!either way the fufu eating Gen.wld ve died in the war!Nzeogwu meant well but thats the nature of his assignment!the death of the generals wife,is tagged as a collateral damage and its common in military operatns!
But ibo man BETRAYED the people he had been going to long-throat in their house, kwo? No wonder ibos igbos are treacherous, dirty, saboteurish BETRAYERS who would kill anyone for money or position. He meant well for himself and tribalist ibos, kwo? Shege banza, dam buruba kowai!! Pounded yam long throat ibos of Nigeria! |
Onlytruth: Obvious something about "you ibo" scares the living day light out of you.onlyLIES, here you come again with humpty-dumpty empty-headed stupidity! What will 4 M untrained, hustling ibos do against a trained, battle-tested Nigerian army of even 200,000 soldiers? With biafra isolated, landlocked, how will the 4 M people land to be of any help? This is the kind of stupidity that ojukwu espoused when he assumed empty boastfulness will save 3 M people people before he legged it to Abidjan, killing little girl children to escape. On record was that even the Nigeria Air force refused to shoot down planes bringing food to biafra which allowed you to smuggle in weapons. Gowon waited for months at a time, tightening the noose and letting biafra breathe a little before the final checkmate. Going by how much ibos have insulted the people who did not annihilate your land the first time, they will not let it slide this time! I will refer you to a brief lesson of WW 1 and 2. In WW 1, Germany was allowed to surrender and their soldiers heard it suddenly and that is one of the reasons they resented the Versailles treaty because they were out. They really did not feel they lost because they did not surrender on their own land, having lost everything but were told the news while still in the field. Well, during WW 2, the Allies decided they will not accept a surrender or negotiation which Hitler tried to pull off. The Russians were rushing (excuse the pun) not only to be the ones that capture Berlin, but virtually burned it to the ground! All the women the could find raped, their men killed and as bad as that was, the German women were more thankful to have a rushing on top of them that US bombers obliterate ever piece of flesh they flew over! Go check your history. BTW, you are beating the drums of war but you sit in America, and calling war on your people. Stoopid idiots like you are the ones who will be the first to shout genocide when shit hits the fan! In 1967, you had your "best" leader who was so beaten, he ran away, and came back to meet the people who were responsible for his flight and learned to behave himself. Now tell me, who of your current thieving leaders would lead even a local government successfully today? I think you are naturally gifted with stupidity, okra mouth and no iota of sense!! |
akpanbaba: I beg those concerned in the name of Almighty God that state police should not be allowed now until Governor Akpabio leaves the corridor of power in Akwa Ibom State. But why Akpan? He is one of the performing governors, why do you say that? |
How many evil news can Nigeria take before letting baifra go to their country? Or should Nigeria help buy them land close to the indian ocean and send them packing? Odikwa serious! How can you kill someone by beheading while the innocent girl is only trying to sell some groundnuts? |
PointB: I disagree.I like your initial civility but your latter comments demeaned your initial comments. The question is not about another tribe really. It is not about others either but Naji and that he was found in a compromising position. Can a thief become innocent just because there may be another thief still out there? Why not show us the others and open a thread for them? For now, there is nothing "well bred" about a man who sabotaged his own work, betrayed the trust of his (clueless) GEJ and Sambo bosses! He betrayed the trust of all Nigerians, Hausa, Yoruba, Ibo, Ijaw, etc. This is the main issue here and at his age, what kind of useless money does he want again that has not been stolen from the system, made by his company or professorship? As a man in such position, he probably had one chance for the final putsch that would at least give Nigerians a new hope for improved power but what did he do, he bungled it! |
^^^Obviously you only see things through a selective prism, as it failed to register in that empty skull of yours that i was using the word 'tribe' in response to another Igbo-hater like your sorry self that used it. You act all sanctimonious and holier-than-thou in one breath, and in another make bigoted comments like the one in bold....just like the bloody two-faced chameleon you are; acting true to type.
Proud ibo. If an ibo man came 10% close to this man achievement (and I would applaud even a honest 10% achievement), do you know this NL would almost be bursting at the seams with traffic from duplicate ibo tribalsit IDs by now? Did your tribalist boss (sauer) make any sense to you? I bet he did, only ibos support the stupidity of ibo tribalist! Detribalize your mind lest tribal hatred consume you before you live to half this man's age! |
PhysicsQED: I can't believe people fell for Callotti/Blazay's bait. She's pretty much a known troll.Really? Educate the forum with anything false in what she said. |
You yorubas are so insecure. I can only smh.
Why not tell us if ibos are treacherous betrayers like they ate this man's food and when he was sleeping went to go and stab him to death?? |
afam4eva: Tuust the mods, dem rush out am for frontpage...smhSo they should cover the news? How about ibos stop killing their wifes and anything they find in sight for money?? |
This is why smart women who value dignity and their life should cross over to the other side, marry there and never look back again! There is more money on the other side but that is not the main thing but that those folks value their wifes, family and in laws. Unlike where people defend evil so far it is their tribesman, there the father and mothers are the first to discipline an erring son. The whole community will disown bastard and useless men regardless of how much money they claim to have and not one where wife killers are glorified and given gburugb titles. |
Nwoka: bloody tribalist, must u comment!!!!And every other poster who rather than question the minister who started the firestorm because of greed, betrayal and irresistible desire for money, blame the bosses who fired him instead are saints? The only reason for such is ibophibia in the warped senses! The VP had the delegated authority to walk him out. How can you ask a suspected criminal to sit at a meeting to deliberate on the outcome of his crime? Did clueless Nona and Sambo not have access to investigative reports that Naji did. It know they had? And be honest, how many Nigeria politicians and ministers actually transfer their money to a blind trust? That is a ruse because he is briefed every minute on how his money, interests and investments are doing. Now how is that a blind trust ![]() |
The real question is why should Naji ever even bring ANY kind of conflict of interest to the system? Was he ignorant of the rules or the allure and irresistible attraction for money overwhelm all his sense of judgement and ethics? As soon as he crossed the line, all and any options and outcomes are ON the table. But watch how ibos will defend a betrayal of the system, of his bosses, a sabotage of a "working" process in as much as the betrayer is ibo. |
^^^You're kidding me......Orji?; it doesn't get any more Igbo than that Could be the Ninjas are out for lunch .
ibos are a really inferior people! was it not you belly-aching over another nigerian neurosurgeon who was recently elevated in the USA? You losers come fishing for trouble like you did during the ill conceived civil war that led to the death of 3 M ibos. But when others respond, you claim you are victims, no one wants you in nigeria, bla bla bla. I pity your poor soul though because like the other ibo man whose lust of money would not let him serve his country as minister of power but had to conflict his sworn duties with pedestrian filthy lucre! at the end of the day, orji still reports to a chairman (Rasheed), who reports to a president, who all report to country of 160+ M people in which the ibos are minority out of the 160 M+. |
Does it mean that ibos are BETRAYERS and COWARDS who will go and eat free food with a man and his family but come back to kill him and his wife who fed them? This is why NO NIGERIAN peoples trust an ibo man! |
sauer: I honestly dont see what many of you find wrong in that post. Neither will I resort to dishing out abuses in order to get back. But you see, I hardly find other people 'celebrating' such 'achievements' when they get them. PosItion can be such a lucrative thing for Nigerians, however. You'd find many suddenly feeling less important once they get out of a position they must get out of in the first place.First, the man in question does not know of your existence and neither does he care! Why bring the man's tribe into the discussion? You only tell the neutral reader or foreigner visiting this site that you are jealous, inferior and insignificant - do you anything about psychology? You tribalists measure your life by that of the empty boastfulness of your folks but do you have a clue of what it is to go head to head with best brains in the world on advanced fields of knowledge like neurosurgery? If your colleagues, who peer reviewed your work give you credit ahead of themselves, what does that tell you? These are not colleagues who look at your face, your stupid tribalism, etc to elevate you? Have you stood up in front of hundreds of the best professors and minds to describe your position on a field of knowledge and they give you a standing ovation on the quality of your idea and presentation? Not some inferior tribesmen goading you on because your name sounds like one of theirs? Now you see nothing special but when iweala was reportedly being considered for WB job, despite her very poor judgement and management of the economy, what was the position of her ibo tribesmen? Her poor management, greed and low compromise with a daft president have helped reduced a >$35 B surplus to >-$50 B deficit with nothing to show but the ibo tribalists have to prop the tin god on a one-legged stool? I have to tell you the truth and that is it. At the end of the day, keep your bad belle opinion to yourself if you mad that this is not ibo. Someone mentioned Emeagwali, who has been so exposed as a fraud, uncouth and failure who could not pass his candidacy exam even after resorting to accusing his professors as racists, but what do ibos do? He is the kind of person they look up to, their hero with such shambolic values! Do you know if an ibo like Emegwali had similar achievements today, NL servers would be overwhelmed by boastful empty comments the spambots cannot shut down fast enough?? I say, wait here until another loser who has killed millions of ibos, stolen his way to wealth, compromised all her values, espoused the basest form of ibo bigotry, etc is mentioned and see how ibos break out celebrations and ogogoro drinks over the news! |
solomon111: I will leave you to your ignorance.Little boy, you're making less than ZERO sense! This is why your generation may never see any good come because you can't even recognize it. |
solomon111: And so fucking what?Has any man or woman in your generation even come 10000000000 km close to his achievement? Take your meds since your insanity is overpowering your soul with tribalism. |
Ndata: What has Igbo got to do with this topic.Moderator,i hope you can see how some Yorubas like courting for Igbos trouble? Why not just congratulate the man and move on if you don't have any meaningful thing to contribute. And where is your own congratulations? I gave mine much earlier on a similar thread just before you attack me. I know ibos are mad whenever their empty boastfulness and ubiquitous inferiority cannot overshadow the reality of the progress of other Nigerians. |
