I share your opinion on this issue although sometimes the people who want their imaginary country make me want to let them go and leave my area of space. Biafra4tharmy: The event that will trigger the breaking up of Nigeria is an attack by boko haram in the south(lagos,PH or Onitcha) this will lead to reprisal and counter reprisal killings resulting in nation wide riot in the South south, East,west and north. The military and police will be overwhelmed by the spantenous reaction. MEND and other ex- millitants will declare support for GEJ and may even invade Abuja to protect Mr President. (2) in the south east it wil be difficult to organize any sustained riot as people wil probably sit on the fence and condemn the attack using the strongest term(3) The Northern Government Forum wil meet in close door and announce their unwillingness to remain in Nigeria anymore Mr president wil respond by declaring State of emergency in the Northern states the army wil move in and crush the rioters with tanks and aerial bombardment. The Yorubas wil make some noise in the west and then keep quiet, you need more than a spontenous disorganized movement by the people to break up Nigeri.. There must be careful military strategising and diplomacy, you dont just break up a state without putting structures in place. You need consuls and ambassadors,you need a blue print, you need constitutions,you need the weaponry,you need international recognition,you need your civil services,you need your own military and police force,you need your own national anthems&currency. YOU NEED MILLIONS OF THINGS!!! 1. Banish the useless thought of any soldiers be it Ibo or whatever from your mind because it shows you have no idea that US doesn't just take every tom, dick and harry into its Forces. Not only must you pass the physical tests but show superior intelligence to stupid people who will desert the US Forces to go fight in Nigeria because of tribal motivation. Point is, more than 99% of those guys know the real problem in Nigeria is not a military one, are too smart to just go and fight because it is their tribe, have a chain of command and a country and a commander in chief they are loyal to, those who have seen real war action in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc would be the least interested in a stupid war like this one. Now, FYI, I have my own family who have fought in actual wars and when they hear stupid people talk about fighting a war, they just keep quiet.

2. Just like you have Ibos in the US Forces, so do people from other parts of Nigeria and I personally have friends in the US Marines but do I expect them to surface their sub-marine somewhere in the Pacific or Atlantic and head to Nigeria to fight because of the stupidity of people who elect perpetually inept and incompetent leaders? Absolutely NOT! They are trained, professional soldiers who will not embroil themselves in the gutter life of tribalism you people live in.

3. Per chance, a few hundreds actually do fight, difference would it make? Arguably, the best and most experienced soldiers of WW 2, Germans, in their millions could not stand before a motivated, less trained armies who had majority of numbers, alliance, supply and equally trained commanders. So, think again and if you don't know that, read history and stop embarrassing yourself.

4. Finally, I see you have started talking about other regions making some noise and doing nothing. Well, history shows a total different picture if you ever did more than read fairy tales on NL or hallucination of a dog gone missing. I doubt they will even say anything to you except ask that IMMEDIATELY, the people who broke the egg leave their regions immediately. You can have your inheritance in biafra but you cannot share in their own land and prosperity - so you gotta leave immediately. Any attempt alone is sufficient to bring an alliance of every other just country to their side which will be bad for you and your ilk. Again, the entire ~28 M people (including women and kids) would need to march from the East to the West covering at least a 1,000 KM to fight in a battle they will be out-numbered, out-manned, out-gunned, out-fed, out-everything in fact maybe 20 to 1 in numbers alone. If you ever read even a single line of war tactics, you'd know that you will never make even a 100 KM into the MW before multiple pincers and forks will pierce your entire army from every side and contract them into your hinterland.

Well, generally the rule is BUYER BEWARE anytime you are making a purchase like this one. In any case, it is all done now and both of you would have to come to a compromise position, as fairly as possible as both of you made errors.

I like the posture the seller has taken as he is not trying to deny everything and run away from the issues, which is good. I also do not believe he is still insisting you return it in the exact condition, as that is impossible for you then would have to undo all the work previously done. On a general note, I am quite impressed with the conversation here and this is similar to what Paypal & Ebay does when there is a dispute on transactions over here.
