scholes0: Really? Nairaland mods should be careful the type if things they send to FP
Just Because there is a dubious source attached, does not make it legitimate news, if they can not wait for at least 3 independent sources confirming such news. Who saw them, and how did such news filter out if they were thumbprinting ballots? How about the PVC's and Fingerprinting? And how do you think news of this nature will get to those your independent sources? I think you're a dullard |

Education › Re: With Her High Score In Both JAMB & Post-UTME, She Was Not Offered Admission by d33types: 11:42am On Nov 17, 2015 |
Juxtified: She can sue if she can actually prove your allegation that someone else who got much lower scores (182 in JAMB & 172 in PUME) was given admission on merit list while she wasn't. Also she should also take note if the school is using some form of quota system e.g. indigenes tend to get higher considerations than non indigenes, so the person who seemingly got lower scores but is an indigene may actually deserve admission ahead of the non indigene... It's not always like that bro.. Assuming one put in for medicine and scored 245 and pume 58% ..another who scored 200 and 55% but put in for history then it's obvious the person going for medicine will not get any admission. Don't expect school to find a lower scored course for you. These days where admission applicants are much, better go for the lower score courses except you're good enough..It's an all or none situation here Let the op tell us what her friend put in for and what she did with her studying time |

NYSC › Re: FG Bars Medical Graduates From NYSC by d33types: 2:09pm On Nov 10, 2015 |
Who suffers from the ineptitude? NIGERIANS
Lets educate those that aren't aware of the situation.. To partake in the compulsory internship by new doctors, MDCN offers them (doctors) a provisional license lasting 2yrs. After this license expires and the doctor would have finished his housejob, the same mdcn would offer a full license to practice medicine unsupervised, after which the doctor would proceed on the NYSC posting.
Now,because of the Nigerian factor of ineptitude, corruption and "not my business" ,the MDCN after collecting money from these doctors for the permanent license ,have been delaying to release them for service. It takes 3days to verify info and print licenses so I see no reason for this delay..
Meanwhile ,these doctors are idle pending when the license will be issued.. At the end , the license is mostly issued or the fakes sent home. It's the doctors time that is wasted ...

BigBenoski: Work experience? That was a very poor logic. Are you saying HND corpers should be paid 200k because they've worked for a year and 6 months? What form of f.uckery is this! It is called National Youth Service Corps for crying out loud. Again, I don't hate doctors, infact a number of my friends are medical doctors.. We all need them, just like we need the carpenters and everyone else. However, I have noticed a disgraceful trend in Naija medical doctors. Most of them went into medicine erroneously thinking there's money in medicine. Suddenly, in their 5th year at the university they discover that there's no special money in it. What happens? Frustration sets in, they start whining and many of them take up illegal D&C clinics and so many other despicable practices. IMO, people like you have no business in our hospitals. You'd be better in engineering where you have a chance of working in the oil sector. I have nothing for you.. Personally I have had a thriving source of income long before medical school ..I read medicine for the passion and prestige and not for the money..I knew there wasn't much money (I had doctors all around growing up).. Unfortunately , there's nothing here again..no prestige..no nothing ..Just retardeens wanting me to use my own money to treat them and still pay me nothing.. |
