I'm guessing every other Nigerian not on that list doesn't deserve the services of the police. Hhm, issokay. |

Good move by the Benue government. The cattle rearers need to get with the time and change this business model. Cattle ranches is the way to go. Grazing up and down is so 1809. Chiedu4Trump: This Fulani Herdsmen things is a deliberate rouse to force the south to give them land that will serve as a launching pad for jihad.
we need to resist this before its too late. Dude seriously? The Hausa-Fulani are all around you already. They have their Sabo settlements in practically every state. They are your gateman, shoe shiner, metal scrap collector, okada rider, meruwa water truck driver etc And they have been around you for many years . They don't need any land to launch any jihad if they wanted to. Don't get ahead of yourself. |

The man giving the scholarship wants to prove that no one is useless. I will not be surprised if those two worst graduating students do very well at Oxford. I know someone who graduated with a 3rd class after being frustrated by his department, who has a PH.D today in the same discipline. He travelled abroad, did a PGD and hasn't looked back since. Dasherz: vaginal birth is quite the natural process for birth and doctors encourage it especially if you vitals are ok to go with it .. but no matter how safe and easy a cesarean section seem it has it's own dire risks too and ladies still die during these operations (my aunt died during cs cos she lost a lot of blood) Definitely, if your vitals are okay vaginal birth is good. CS is also not without risks. But some people refuse CS even when it has been advised by their doctor simply because of a perceived stigma. That's my point. |

alexialin: Wicked how?
To carry out cesarean and save both mum and child on-time?
Am not wicked
Am factual.
My neighbour married a fragile slim lady.
She has two healthy boys nw. One is 3years, the other 1year. Her deliveries were thru CS.
her husband said he has already booked down CS way ahead delivery time. He can't joke with his wife. And she's not that strong, so why tempt faith. The boys are here playing. Mum attending to other chores.
So am not wicked. Some people still attach a stigma to CS. They claim it is only for lazy women. They expect you to deliver vaginal like the "Hebrew woman". Anything short of that and you are not a strong woman. Sadly, some die unavoidably because of this. For some others, it is the cost of the CS that they are trying to avoid. |

d33types: I just asked a hypothetical question. The poster I quoted, was indicating cs for 2hours of difficult labour. Do you know that even difficult labour / poor progress of labor has a criteria? Which is diagnosed at 12hours? Saying 2hrs is laughable.
Doctors will understand.. Truth be told, that lady shouldn't have been allowed to go into labour. They should have just scheduled her for a CS jéjé. Except of course she and her husband insisted. Some people today still think having a CS comes with a stigma. I dont think the story is true though |

naturalwaves: The story is touching but looks like it was concorted. The write up has a tone of a Nigerian writer. This is not how most people from Pakistan talk. Moreover, why not mention the doctor's name and the avenue through which he shared it? Or he sat down the OP to tell him or a website? If the news is factual, the name of the doctor will be there. Exactly. Even I don't believe the write up. It doesn't sound like a Pakistani at all. It's just one of these posts where you are solicited to type "Amen" |

Rolandken: Lols. Many people really have no information on anything. Go and ask your mother how long she laboured. You think labour is 1 hr sonmething. They were even too quick to operate on her. Labour lasts for multiple hours. Thats how naturally its meant to be. Its when its above 16 hrs that it is called prolonged labour. Una think say labour na childs play. Oga, say what you know. Not every woman needs to go through labour these days, especially when you know their medical history doesn't favour such. These days you can pick the date for your CS once your baby has come to term, stroll in and get the procedure done. |

Cuteamigo1: by preventive measures i meant having the necessary squad depth that can cater for injuries. even when we won by 4 goals i complained because i noticed we only got lucky with goals and dint play well in those matches. as far as today was concerned i dont understand why lingard had to start when we all know it would have been best having rashford and lukaku on the pitch if goals is what we wanted, after the injury also blind could have came on and not lindelof who has not had a good start to his man utd career. lastly i think you are right that i should lower my expectations for now but seriously not against teams like this that i expect man utd to atleast get a draw against. It is always easy in retrospect to say, this person should have started, or that person should have started. Sadly, that doesn't guarantee that the game would have ended differently. We've seen Daley Blind commit blunders too in defence. Centre back is not his best position. Rashford had a knock against Benfica. I wouldn't have started him either for that reason. Not with bigger games coming up. The team put out today was good enough to beat Huddersfield. That's the team i would have put out. Maybe minus Lindelof. Mata or Lingard to play in the no.10 role since Mkhi seems to be out of form. They just made two errors that we paid for. Sh*t happens. There'll be days like that. Oh, and as for depth in the team in case of injuries that will take some time to sort out. Very good players cost money, especially when it's an English team that is buying. See how much has been spent just getting about 6 players in 2 seasons. See how much Citeh have spent in the same time. Ridiculous. We have Mr. Van Goof to thank for some of that. Jonny Evans is still miles better than Smalling in my books. Also sold Chicharito and Di Maria ( whose a prima Donna by the way). |

Na small teams dey disturb pass...if u think am lying, ask Chelsea fans Now, here is someone who understands how to do well in the EPL. There are only 30 points available to pick against the big teams, and 84 points to pick against the so-called small teams. 84 points. Many fans don't even realize that. All you get from beaten your fellow big teams is bragging rights. It doesn't guarantee a good season or league title. Just ask Jurgen Klopp. |

Cuteamigo1: excuses, thats all i hear from you. even when the team was fairly complete man utd dint play up our expectations as the attacking team we knew it to be talkless of the shit show we saw today. pobga and fellaini are injured and the team lost all its creativity. managing situations like this and taking preventive measures against them is what makes you a great manager. all ods were against man utd especially with shity line up and subs that mourinho made today. this team aint winning shit this season. Analyze the game with your mind bro, not your heart. This aren't excuses. It is a reality check. Stop having unnecesarily high expectations of a team that is still far from its best. Lower your expectations bro, so you don't end up with high blood pressure with the way you keep complaining every week. When Mourinhi took preventive measures to manage the situation, you lot were complaining that he was too defensive. Now you dominated the game with 86℅ possession and still lost. So, what next? Mind you when we were winning games 4-0, I didn't hear you complaining. All was rosy then right? The creative player that was supposed to drive the team is Mkhi. How has he performed in the last 3 games; heck since Pogba's injury? His he on the same level with De Bruyne? I wasn't surprised he started from the bench today. He lost the ball 21 times against Benfica. Against Liverpool, same thing. Got the ball and turned it over immediately. So, who would you have started with since the line up was shitty? |

Cuteamigo1: Where are the fans who said "be positive we got the result" and wanted to ignore our poor performances against Liverpool & Benfica? Actually, the real problem is with fans who think this is a complete team that should be blowing the likes of Liverpool and Benfica away. If we had played with the same defensive discipline we showed against Liverpool we wouldn't lose today. Many of you overhype the team. It is not a complete team, especially with key players out injured. If we had been this open against Liverpool, they would have demolished us. The team should play to its strength and stop trying to form Man City. |
