You are right but the thing is United aren't that fast on the counter and our buildup is too slow for a team that wants to play defensive football there should be urgency and intensity in the way you play especially when you have the ball. Lukaku's holdup play is terrible and rashford will lose the ball ten times before he beats a player.

Lukaku is getting the wrong kind of service. The whole world knows he has a heavy touch, yet they keep playing the ball to his feet. That kind of player can't hold up play when he cant even control the ball first time. They need to pass the ball into space for Lukaku so that he can run on to it and go one on one with the last defender or goalie.

The reason we are not fast on the counter is because we don't have that creative midfielder that can pick out the right pass. The guys up front are fast, Rashford, Lukaku, Martial, but the ball never gets to them. Against Liverpool, we had opportunities on the counter from defending set pieces, but once the ball came to Mkhi who was furthest forward, he either lost it or chose the wrong pass.

I keep telling you guys that we don't have the personnel to play the attacking game we all desire but you guys don't agree. Attacking football is built on the creative force of the midfield. Think De Bruyne, Silva, Fabregas. Mkhi has failed in that regard. Only Pogba seems to come near. We need more creativity in that midfield. Until then a defensive approach/counter attacking is the way to go. A team should play to its strength.

OP, the one thing i agree with you on is the hypocrisy with which many try to remove the speck in somebody else's eye, when there is a log in theirs. Personally, I don't think a Pastor is held under any greater moral or spiritual code than I am. If you say a Pastor or church should sell all it's seeming luxuries, then you too must lead by example.

In the early church, everyone (not just the church leaders) sold all they had and distributed it among themselves so that no one lacked. You can't own luxury cars, live in a posh neighbourhood etc, and then critic others for not giving more to the poor. That is hypocrisy. We all should practice what we preach.
