But if Nigeria does not present a defense, then the court will rule against them and they will be liable to pay whatever fine the court sets.
However, if it is found that they committed crime against humanity, they can be prosecuted at the ICC at the Hague. In that case it'll be a criminal case and they would be extradited and if found guilty, will be jailed (to join Charles Taylor).
