It might have taken weeks to execute, and if so, UK is going to be in trouble.

Any of these should have been detected during recladding, as inspectors would have come through to check. There are too many things that failed for it to be entirely coincidental or human error, but who knows?

Bro it is clearly stated in the report that the only 'staircase' was blocked. Staircases are different from fire escapes.

However, if you observed where I pointed out to someone that it'd be impossible for a building of that site not to have prerequisite safety precautions and appliances; and if you understand that moribund appliances are the same as non-existent ones, there'd have been no need for your outburst.
