d last minute-sale of NITEL/MTEL to Tunde Ayeni's NATCOM is one big scam in which our nation was shortchanged.
Arabian Amlak for Investment Limited made an offer of $919,999,999 to buy Nitel/Mtel only for it to be sold to Tunde Ayeni's NATCOM for a paltry $252.25m. Amlak felt d sale was skewed in favour of NATCOM & had to go to court.
Ayeni was also a beneficiary of d PHCN "sale" & was d guy who donated 2b naira to GEJ's campaign.
Privatization under d PDP was never about promoting efficiency but about asset stripping, sharing of our national patrimony & concentrating d assets of our nation in d hands of a privileged few like to Tunde Ayeni. Kudos to PMB. There can be no greater advocate of anti-corruption than dis president.

From what I'm reading about SR on dis forum it seems many posters only started following SR during d campaigns. If they patiently study Sahara Reporters & its place in nigerian history they will be pleasantly surprised. Many people do not really know what Sahara Reporters & its founder Omoyele Sowore stand 4. Sowore is one of d greatest nigerian patriots of all time whose life is dedicated to good governance in nigeria. He was one of d leading lights who suffered greatly in d struggle 4 democracy in nigeria & he keeps fighting 4 a better country. SOWORE & SAHARA REPORTERS DO NOT CARE 4 UR APC OR PDP. Their concern is 4 good governance in Nigeria. d reports seem skewed in favour of APC simply because PDP's sins ar more.
Pls realize dis, should Buhari & d APC fail, Sowore & Sahara Reporters will not shield them, they will be d first to criticize them.

EFCC This is not PDP, but APC we're dealing with here, an APC that as a political tree has ACN as its roots and the core of its brilliance and machinations. ACN I observed then was a clinical "warrior party" inclined to by any means necessary eliminate whatever obstacle that hinders the realization of its sociopolitical goals and objectives in the SW region. So then Dr. Saraki would really be fortunate if it's the EFCC sent to hound him, and not snipers, which might have been the case if APC were 100% ACN but it's not - herein lies the relief!
The probable way out of this mess for Saraki, and i'm pretty sure it's the viable offer his party has dumped on his table, is for him to get himself involved in some nasty scandal that would lead to his impeachment, then a new Senate president favored by the APC can re-emerge. But the problem is, this move is blocked by a PDP member being deputy senate president because if that were to happen PDP would win the senate Presidency. So Dr. Saraki and/or whoever advised the orchestration of the emergence of the senate president and deputy senate president were extremely calculatively brilliant! Seems like a political scheme hatched straight from hell and impressively executed. Now unless Saraki finds a way to get his deputy to partake of the possible scandal (highly unlikely the deputy would take the bait at this point), there's no way to get rid of the current senate leadership...unless by the underworld way, which might be the last resort, who knows!

While I do not agree wit ur conclusions about d ACN, I agree wit ur submissions dat d plan was meticulously & brilliantly hatched especially wit Ekweremadu as an albatross.
Hahahaha Snipers should not be needed or maybe not even d EFCC to deal wit a Arrow whose political career is built on betrayal & treachery, including of those with whom he shares d most sacred bond of blood & family.
PMB was at d forefront of d crusade to fill both houses of d NASS wit APC members, a job dat was welldone but is now in danger of being rubbished by Saraki's treachery.
Saraki bit more than he can chew dis time. PMB is a General & a wise man who has fought many battles & surely Saraki who has demonstrated to all, politicians & non-politicians alike dat he can not be trusted will be easily neutralized. Few will shed a tear 4 d con-man.

Saraki betrayed d whole change movement by courting d discredited PDP. We wanted a clean break frm d evil strangle-hold of d PDP hence d mantra during d elections - APC SAK (APC frm top to bottom). Saraki's inordinate ambition has given d PDP whom we fought so gallantly to overthrow some leeway back into reckoning, they now hav d Deputy Senate President.
Saraki deceived us by talking of change. we thought he was one of us who wanted a break. It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend who betrays u. Thank God both his friends & enemies saw it play out - Saraki can not be trusted. He should enjoy his pyrrhic victory while it lasts, In future, should he vie 4 any national elective office, I can not in good conscience vote 4 him.
