I disagree with asian education being better than d west's. Go to european universities, u find out that most of the foreign students are asian on scholarships(sm even funded by companies), u even find asian univs. Signing western teachers to come over.Asian unis have better funding than western ones so they tend to project into practicals, some studnt even sign contracts with companies whereby the company fund their education and work for the company after theyve finished studying. In terms of curricula d wests are on top,And bring out the best of students through research. Thats why most asian students go for research outside and bring back indepth knowledge and one thing though, they're really smart.Most western universities are well equipped evenly but in asia mostly the urban ones are.

You have a good point, the only reasons why the western universities still have the edge over the Asian ones is because of research. The western universities have a lot of money and can therefore afford to spend ridiculous amounts on research which the Asians don't have yet.

See you totally missed my point, even if Greece switched to 3-4-3 the point I was making is
1. that an experienced coach assessing the situation would have immediately invoked a heavy defensive strategy, unlike Lars who was busy bringing on attackers, leaving his defence empty
2. That Lars category stated that before the world cup that he would take Nigeria to Quarter finals and even possibly win
3. That Lars is earning $1.3m for job which so far he has executed poorly timeframe is no excuse he had every opportunity to refuse the money but hey how many people get $1.3m for two months work.

You are wrong, if he had brought in an extra defender, it would have ended up in a rout. When you sit too deep you invite your opponent to relentlessly attack you and put incredible pressure on you and no matter how good you are, you would eventually break, especially when you have over 50 minutes left which is a loooooooooooooong time. Also, don't compare Nigeria to Inter Milan, you seem to forget that the World Cup is inferior to world football as you can afford to stack your team with some of the best internationals in the world. That inter team is outstanding from start to finish. Now compare that to our players like Joseph Yobo and Lukman Haruna.

Seriously though, Kaka's case is not different from Sani Kaita's case. Sani lashed out at the Greek player and got sent off. Even though there was clearly no contact, he was penalized for intent to harm. Similarly, Kaka raised an elbow to Keita and though the effect was exaggerated by the Ivorian, Kaka got a yellow (became a red since it was his second of the game) for an unsportsmanlike attitude.

I must say I do not like the way most of these referees are handling these matches. Of course referees are prone to make errors in judgment but the errors most of these referees are making are game changing goals - like khunes red card, the usa goal being disallowed and brazil's handball etc.- and not simple mistakes like a foul or free kick or something like that. As football fans watching the game it kind of just ruins the entire game for you when you see these useless silly calls being made!

There was nothing wrong with Khune's red card, it was well deserved, don't be fooled by his reaction.

Of course there are always going to be errors, that's part of being human. The officiating in the first round of games especially the first couple of days were absolutely incredible but as the games wore on, mistakes started being made.

5 slots is too much for Africa, that gives room for poor countries,

I totally agree with you. 5 slots is too much, we are diluting the quality of the world cup, this is why i would always take the Euros to the World Cup, talkless of the champions league. The Asian federation even has a team that has gotten to the quarter finals. The concacaf region even has a better record in the world cup than we do. I feel, they should reduce Africa's slots back to 3.

But, the reason FIFA gave Africa five slots is to improve African football by giving other countries exposure to the game. This long term approach is a way to develop the game world wide. Sepp Blatter is using football to develop countries. Just look at South Africa hosting the World Cup ahead of other developed countries, FIFA could as well just say that if you are not a developed country then you shouldn't host the World Cup, but this would not boost soccer in other countries as expected. If FIFA only followed your approach, the "rich would continue getting richer, while the poor would continue getting poorer".

Am an African and personally I don't like african referees. They make too many questionable calls.
Meanwhile, I think the greater blame should go to FIFA for calling mistakes by officials as part of the game.
I think officiating in football should have advanced beyond the level it is now. It is injustice to allow wrong calls to go un-challenged/reverted

How about the cup that Cameroun and Issa Hayatou came to "stea"l in Nigeria right in front of their fans with Victor Ikpeba disallowed goal in the year 2000 African Nation's Cup? Those are just a few out of many.
