Typical nsija mentality. No matter what a perpetrator does to a victim you must always find a way to blame the victim. As if it's not possible to be so deceitful as to hide things from people you love.

So the doctors at the chosen hospital cannot compromise?

Again, chances are high she had that HIV before wedding night.

Chances of getting infected with one exposure are low.
What kind of incredibly stupid reasoning is this? All it takes is one exposure to ruin your life. Gosh! The way you Nigerians think eh??

First, it is silly to accept HIV test result from his doctor. People planning to get married should go to a reputable hospital and get tested for HIV.
My friend accepted a result like that from his then girlfriend, the result was negative but she's positive. He's late now but she's still alive.

Secondly, the guy's mom hinted about his HIV status, that should have worried her. She should have rejected first result and take him to a different hospital for test.

It is that simple.

At the bolded, after making those edifices mutually beneficial here on earth, is it said/expected to be the same after life? Why do we have heaven and hell? Why was it stated that the current hell is just a preamble, the lake of fire is the main home of lucifer and his folowers after the judgment day?

Are the unrighteous not Gods enemy - I mean people who destroy Gods work for their earthly benefits? You might want to just say they are just unrighteous and not enemy.

Why can't God just grant them unsolicited forgiveness since we are meant to love and forgive our enemies? You know like God making the heaven readily available for a fellow who cut off a woman's vigin.a for money ritual? I guess you would expect the victim to just forgive when God made it clear in his word that such crimes carry heavy consequences.
Just know that whenever you open your mouth to pray for your enemy to die that if God were to bring his own judgement on you. You would most likely not last.

ELKHALIFAISIS:
If Yorubas couldnt declare Oduduwa in 1967, they will never have the backbone to do it again.
There are many things that happened in that era that should have encouraged Yorubas to seek self determination, but they didnt
1) The Northerners went to Ibadan and killed the Governor of the Western Region, Lt Colonel Fajuyi. This singular act of sacrilege on Yoruba soil, to such a highly placed Yoruba son should have been the final straw for Yorubas. They should have risen up against the excesses of the North along with the Igbos, but they did nothing. When the Northerners realised that Yorubas had no fight in them, it emboldend them to do much worse.
2) Brigadier Ogundipe officially became 'acting head' of state with the disappearance of Ironsi. He should have been confirmed head of state with confirmation of Ironsi's death as the highest ranking military officer after Ironsi (Ogundipe was the only Brigadier-General in the Nigerian Army at the time). The Northerners drove Ogundipe out of Lagos, Yoruba land, and banished him to London where he was summarily retired. Again, the Yoruba nation should have risen up in defence of their land and son. They did nothing. Today, if Igbos call Lagos 'no mans land', the average Yoruba man will be offended. But when Brigadier Ogundipe was been harrased out of Lagos by the North, no Yoruba man said a word.
3) Colonel Adebayor replaced Fajuyi as Governor of the western Region. Adebayor never slept in Government House because he was afraid that the Northerners would come and slaughter him like they did Fajuyi.
Yorubas were held hostage in their own land. 20 years later, the Northerners kidnapped and slaughtered MKO Abiola. As usual, nothing happend.
I laugh when Yorubas talk about Oduduwa Republic, I dont think they realise that it takes more than 'mere talking' to achieve independence. Ojukwu was a super hero who took just one look at Nigeria and discovered that it will never work. He used diplomacy, no way, he stood up and fought, and it was the same yorubas that stabbed him at the back when he was already decimating the north.
Pray that you can born someone like Ikemba Odumegwu Ojukwu or Nnamdi Kanu.... come up with clear facts and stop telling me old stories how civil war started grin
Wrong!!!!! There you go again with your alternative facts. You carefullly decided not to respond to any of my points and decided to create your own revised history to fit your bigoted narrative.

Where do I even begin with rubbish you posted?

First of all, I and a lot of Yoruba people DO NOT believe in any stupid oduduwa republic. Those are the delusions of some bitter and loud mouthed politicians who do not speak for me and the majority. FFK and those other loud mouthed politicians don't speak for me.

Secondly, you still have not addressed the treason of Aguiyi Ironsi by altering the destiny of this great country. You also conveniently ignored the cold blooded murderers like Ifeajuna who killed innocent people and the fact that Aguyi Ironsi who was supposed to be in charge did not even punish them but look the other way.

Thirdly, Fajuyi being killed by T.Y Danjuma does not mean that I and many other Yoruba have problems with the entire North. All I see is a power play between power hungry millitary factions which does not concern me or the average guy in the street and I would like to think that most Yoruba people are smart enough to know that and not to conflate the actions of a few people on everyone from that entire ethnic group. It's called objective reasoning. So the fact that Danjuma and co killed Fajuiyi does not mean this a North vs. West issue but a Danjuma vs. Fajuiyi issue. Big difference. Fajuiyi and Ironsi played their cards and they lost. It's like the game of thrones, you either win or you die.

A lot of Yoruba's don't have that siege mentality that everyone hates us or is trying to get us so a lot of us dont see anything bad that is done to a yoruba by someone of a different tribe as part of some eternal struggle between our tribe and their tribe. It's called being able to see clearly. I would like to think we are a lot smarter than that.

Lastly, I would never EVER pray to give birth a charlatan or an ego maniac who leads his own people to slaughter to satisfy his own ego and fly out of his country leaving hunger and famine in his wake. I would rather have a kid who would have the courage to finish what he started and not run away leaving disaster in his wake.

Wrong! This is a democracy a govt of the peiple and not the political elites. It's supposed to.be for anyone interested in running for office. In other developed nations people like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jesse Ventura have run and served as Governor of their respective states.
Even Comedians like Al Franken ran for Senate and so have people from backgrounds different from politics. "I wanted to write about the recent bastardization of The Not too young to Run Campaign by my fellow entertainers but I never chop yet so no energy..Leadership is a serious matter and we must not joke with it.
I don't know how serious Yul Edochie and Kcee are about running for office but at least they are from Anambra state and the election is in few months so maybe they re not joking but i Dont know if they have much time to campaign..

It is the fundamental rights of all of us to Run for an office or even to Run from an office but we must not make a Joke out of it since we are yet to get Leadership Right in Nigeria...For the Youths to be taken serious,we must act serious and respect ourselves,we all can't be part time comedians..

I Think Terry G the Akpako Master should arrested for planning to Run for Governor and Deputy Governor at the same time lol because it is against our current 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Let's stop making fun of our failed system, we are no more the leaders of Tomorrow, we are leaders of the Today but we are joking with it and people need to wake up.

What we actually need is Transparent and God Fearing leaders irrespective of age or tribe, corruption knows no Age! If you are struggling to handle Fame then Dont think you can joke with a seat of power... God bless Nigeria.."

Cash crunch? They are complaining of money to travel to their 'constituencies' ,they should ask civil servants who are being owed several months salaries. They hardly have money to feed their families.

It shall not be well with OBJ for introducing constituency 'projects' just to make the boys happy.

Nigeria is the only country where lawmakers carry out projects.

Until the cost of government is reduced,Nigeria will not work.

And it should start by implementing part-time legislatures. Some states in the US do it.
The cost of the govt in Nigeria is so high that by the time you've finished paying almost everyone's salary there is almost no money left for anything tangible. We have waaaaaay too many states and local govt in the first place.

Besides, if you think that things are bad today as they were back then then you must not know your history. The jews at this time were under Roman oppression. If you think Buhari or Abacha was bad then go and try Caesar. As rebellious as Israel was during Roman rule the Romans use to ruthlessly deal with them so do not even try to compare 21st century democracy to Roman occupation.

and the questions is why you cowards so paranoiac and don't hear anything Biafra or KANU huh why are you guys this pained with the secession... if its bcux of the Lagos we developed for u guys, don't worry we are not Aliens
we will still accommodate some of u that will refuse to go, These are the facts -the key points: why Yoruba's will never support Biafrans in their struggles
1. In 1966 when it became clear that the amalgamation was a ruse, the Igbos at the helm of affairs pointed it out and wanted a split.
2. The Yoruba, initially accepted to pull out also from the alliance whereby the north was causing every other region retardation.
3. But, the Youruba hatched a different plot and made a volte-face and united with the north. Aim -to crush the Igbos. Reason -competition and envy as I explain below:
4. It is on record that the white man (civilisation) came through Lagos colony which existed before 1900 and was, in 1906 merged with remaining southern territories under the British, and the territory was officially renamed the Colony and Protectorate of Southern Nigeria. In 1914, the Southern Nigeria was joined with Northern Nigeria Protectorate to form the single colony of Nigeria. But as time progressed, under pure, clean and fair competition, the Igbos had shot ahead of the Yorubas and all other tribes in Nigeria to be leading in the military, trade and commerce, civil service, transport and real estate. Igbos were the most educated and most widely travelled, existing in all parts of the country at the door steps of Nigerian independence in 1960. This is a long established fact.
5. The reason the Yoruba betrayed the cause and joined the Hausa/Fulani to crush Igbo in 1966, was a way, in their mind, to crush the competition and their envy of the tribe of Igbo.
6. And they succeeded...... The Igbos best brains and youths were mercilessly and brutally crushed in the 30month Biafran war. While the Hausa/Fulani led the brutal edge of the onslaught and genocide, their Yoruba allies provided the brain, the policies and tactical support for complete subjugation of Igbos. These include horrid programmes like economic blockade that led to hunger and malnutrition, the popular 20pounds and the abandoned property policy. Many children, that should have been the brains of today, wasted under hunger and kwashioko. The surviving Igbo males were made to be grateful for not being completely annihilated as proposed actually, and started life all over again with only 20pounds a head.
7. But it was only temporary.....
8. The Igbos defied all odds, all ill-treatments and the age-long marginalisation and survived the conspiracy.
9. It remains a wonder to the Yoruba, that the Igbos they thought they had finished off forever, is now competing with them on equal level in Lagos of all places. The Igbos have even found themselves to be leading with a great margin in some areas like real estate investments (Abuja as a case in point). In politics, education, commerce, transport, etc. the Igbos are more alive today than ever.
10. The Yorubas who thought and expected the Igbos to give up in 1970 and become their house servants and slaves have now become even more bitter.
11. Above is the reason for the ferocious attack on the new rising wave of Biafran agitation. Guess who attacks is the most -Yorubas. They won't attach Niger Delta struggle, they won't ever comment on the killings in the middle belt. They are obsessed with Biafra and IPOB.
12. Many of them (Yorubas) actually know that their alliance with Hausa/Fulani is not working. Today, Nigeria is stagnant as a result. But they are divided. Many are practically ashamed to admit it. Many are very bitter that the Igbos survived. But a few are beginning to wake up to stark reality -IT IS NOT WORKING!!!!!!!
First of all, this has to be the dumbest thing I have ever read. First of all, we are in this mess today because of the first coup plotters led by Major Nzeogwu and Emmanuel Ifeajuna. This guys and their counterparta ruined and destabilized the country and led us down the path where we are today. Where it not for the cold blooded assassinations of the democratically elected leaders and there commanding officers we would not have had the pogroms that led to a civil war years later.

Secondly, Zik who was the President of the young republic and the so called "Lion of Africa" could have stepped in and intervened at any time but he did not. To make matters worse, Aguiyi Ironsi the tyrant who could have restored order and United the country decided to use the opportunity to seize power and become the dictator and imposing "Decree 34" the most infamous decree ever passed in this country changing Nigeria from a federal republic to a unitary govt with everything being centralized. For all you clowns who keep shouting true federalism this, true federalism that should remember that we were once a republic after the ratification of the constitution in 1963 only for Afuiyi Ironsi to ruin all that.

At the end of the day, you can blame Buhari, Abacha, IBB and co For all their bad policies all you want but the truth of the matter is that this guys would probably have never left the military barracks in the first place had it not being for Emeka Ifeajuna and his band of igbo officers who murdered 22 innocent people (including some of their wives) and unleashed chaos. You reap what you sow.
