I went to shop the other day and just at the entrance I saw a wrapped gift fall off a woman's bag while she entered her car to drive off, I picked it then rushed to give her, she thanked me and we exchanged numbers.

We got chatting that same day and she told me she is married with 3 kids which was obvious right from when I saw her. She even sent me some of their family pix and boom i discovered that her husband was someone whom we grew together in the same street those years but we were never friends because of age diffrrence as he was like My senior with 10-12 years age difference. Our chat with her got so intensed that we agreed to hangout together but we needed a secret place due to our marital status, so the only place we could go for was a hotel.

Yesterday Sunday we went there and before i knew it we had sex. Since yesterday till this till now my conscience has been disturbing me, infact I couldn't sleep throughout the night till now. I've done what is evil.

But I got home, and I observed that I can't have an erection, even if it manages to erect, I can't hold the erection for too long, this thing kept happening until my wife couldn't take it anymore and she suggested we see a doctor, on getting to the hospital, the doctor asked me what I do for a living (what I do in my every day life) and I told him, he also asked how often do I visit home, I told him that it takes longer period before I visit home. He suggested that I should get some rest and stay away from too much stress, and also visit home regularly in order to be having regular intimacy with my wife, because staying away for too long from it can also have a negative effect on sexual life. But I told him that, stressing my self is how I put food on my table and that's also how I've been able to pass my exams even right from my undergraduate days.

The doctor made mention of Stress, which I'm fully aware of it's negative effect on sexual health, but staying away from intimacy for too long, does that also cause erectile dysfunction? even the internet didn't mention anything concerning Staying Away from intimacy for too long. I know that most men are down with this particular issue but are too shy/ashame to speak up.

please Nairalanders, how else do I overcome this disgraceful and shameful predicament?

Stress and anxiety can greatly affect your sexual prowess. take the doctors advice seriously. Work out a less stressful work schedule for your own good. If you keep up with a stressful lifestyle just to keep food on your table, you may be causing bigger trouble to your general health and not just your sexual performance.

I admire your outlook and focus in life..........but bros that room no get shindine inside nau. At least save up to get a decent mattress for health reasons and better comfort not for showoff, every other thing is manageable

I believe one of the greatest disadvantages of social media is that is allows many to display their bad attitude in public. I clicked on this write up so as to learn about the history of the Igedes. Instead the thread is filled with insults thrown around and counter insults, while some are trying to prove their case.
I really wish we all can be a bit more mature to learn to tolerate divergent views from ours and use superior aguements to prove our claims and not resort to insults. This small write-up has now turned to a Biafra, Igedes, Idoma war.
