Christianity Etc › Re: Ijebu Juju Landord Used To Tie Tenants' Destiny In Ikorodu (Photos) by DEBJOCH1(m): 11:45am On Aug 14, 2018
If you stay in the Western part of Nigeria, this kind of stuff are normal, I don't fear, I plead the blood of Jesus Christ and pass, a woman mistakenly forgot to remove her pot of Eboo (sacrifice) inside her shop, and parked out, when I rented the shop, I prayed and pleaded the Blood of Jesus on it, removed the pot and set it ablaze nothing happened. When I rented my apartment in Lagos, I felt I don't like the nature of the entrance to the passage, I bought a bag of Cement called a bricklayer, as he was smashing the floor to create a new flooring, that was how we saw a Calabash buried on the floor of the building, and many tenants have been staying there for years, low and behold, the Yoruba bricklayer who was busy on the work advised we dig the floor and put back the Calabash, I said No, just remove it and keep it by the side for the owner of the house, at first he refused that he doesn't want to "fi ori ko", I was like man, if you no want work again carry your load go make I go call another person, at the end he adhere. After that incident, I stayed in that compound for over 5 years and left, the Landlord so much had respect on me, but you will hear him raining course on other tenants. So those things only work for those who don't know who they relied on.

guy don't be wicked, you said he lost his job, isn't it? he is going through something and all he need now is your assistance, no responsible man will want to be a parasite to his fellow. to the glory of God, here in Lagos, more than 4 people have stayed under my roof, now they have their own home and family, they were all my senior, but today they call me uncle, despite the age difference, you can imagine a 37 year old calling a 30 year old "uncle". DON'T BE SELFISH MAN, FRIENDS HELP FRIENDS.

I was in that court live. It was so heart breaking seeing the poor boy just break down like that. I even felt like crying for him. I pity am sha but I can't blame him. The country is so hard anyone would do anything for money. After judgement was passed, we whisked him away to a different location to remand him in our custody. I really wish he could be given a second chance at life. He doesn't deserve this treatment at all.

This aught to be taken to LAWMA dump site, you are having self pity to some one who butchered his fellow human, had the mind to still cut off body parts of his fellow human, still have the guts to burry the remain and felt cool with that, haba mana, the weight of the law should take it cost, you are feeling for him okwaya? no wonder they keep seeing the afonjas as skul miners.

Sir, before you resign at your place of work here in Lagos, look for a good laundry and dry cleaning outfit, attach your self with them, learn how to do laundry, not just Laundry but dry cleaning as well, or better still get in touch with me, I will teach you the in and out of Laundry and Dry Cleaning, I dye all manner of clothes, I do Tie & dye, formulate all manner of Laundry soap and stain remover, industrial starch, I am in same condition you are right now, I work in Lagos but my family are some where in Ogun state, I make nothing less thank 5-7k every Saturday for doing Laundry alone each weekend i go home, I intend going fully into this business by next year if all things being equal, you don't need big money to start, with just a good generator which is about N70,000 - N90k and one dry Iron you are good to go. You can just take your leave at your place of work after acquiring the training, use the leave days to start this business at your hood in Ibadan, I can assure you this, Laundry and Dry Cleaning is a good business to do any day any time, I am not being tribalistic, most Yoruba young boys and men are lazy to wash, they love faaji and they can spend just to make sure the Ankara material is standing on their body, so long you are good at your work, you will be tired of working. if you are ready, just 6 Saturdays is enough for me to equip you on this journey and my charges ate very friendly, I will teach you all you need to know about this business and will also make sure that when you start, you will be able to formulate your industrial starch your self, make your Laundry soap your self, make your stain remover your self, you will have an edge over competition, you will also leverage on the skills to save expense, you will as well learn how to do the real Drying Cleaning i.e using chemical to wash or dying different kinds of Fabrics your self, this segment alone will silence your competitors because is just few dry cleaners that render such services. I am not compelling you to contact me. but I am assuring you that if you are looking for any business to do, think laundry and dry cleaning, the beauty of this business is that it will give you room to run other business, e.g you wash your clothes 7-9am after which you will be off for other business, once it is up to 4pm or so, you pack the clothes and start ironing or you set aside a day for ironing.

Agriculture › Re: My Friend Resigned From FRSC For Farming, After 1 Year, I Was Surprised - Man by DEBJOCH1(m): 7:41pm On Jul 05, 2018
Resign from job and jump into farming is not the issue, presently I have 3 plots of land in different location where I planted maize and cassava, the maize and cassava are doing pretty well, but have been taken by grass. I vowed that I will be the one to clear,, till the land and plant both the maize and cassava. Having done that, I also agree to my self that I won't hire any labour, I will be the one to clear the farm when the farm start growinf, presently I have just succeeded in clearing just a plot out of the 3 plots I cultivated, I do a 8am-5pm job, the reason why I am doing this is not that I can't afford to get farm boys to clear the over grown cassava and maize farm, but I just wish to feel the pain of farming, mind you since end of April when I planted the crops to now the farm aught to have been cleared. The truth remain that one should not be deceived, going into farming without money jumping into farming is just like one heading the suicidal way. I know that a whole lots of people will want to jump into this story and say if the person could resign from FRSCN and go into farming and he/she is making it, I can make it as well. Look very well before you dive.

dokiOloye:
Obvious lie.
Bloggers, make una fear God naa.
I'm not from Anambra but I know a lot of measures have been put in place geared at cutting costs during burials.
For example,in some communities, there's a threat of the priest not officiating d funeral mass if you don't bury your dead within a month abi 2 weeks sef.
In most communities, there's no longer an all night wake keep, wake keeps end b/w 8-10pm.Failure to comply,a fine will be imposed.
Many communities have also banned cooking and sharing of food and alcohol during burials, just a crate of mineral/malt to d different groups,if any group want to eat, they cook and bring at no cost to d family of d deceased.
. Cutting cost during burial? Men I am an Igbo man, but that's too bad and uncivilized na. Even to be buried on your own land sef, you go still pay for burial level again, that's extortion na.
