Politics › Re: ASUU Demands Will Cripple Govt – Maku by Dee60: 11:43am On Sep 05, 2013
To FG, Boko Haram were their sibblings, later BH became ghosts, and finally became the enemy. Today, ASUU peple are their friends, soon ASUU may be labelled ghosts, and finally they may impose emergency rule on ASUU. Watch it!!
Politics › Re: ASUU Demands Will Cripple Govt – Maku by Dee60: 11:41am On Sep 05, 2013
very annoying statement from a supposedly educated man!
Politics › Re: PDP Crisis: Jonathan Rejects Obasanjo’s Peace Mission by Dee60: 10:33am On Sep 05, 2013
Nigeria will have ELECTORAL revolution and not violent revolution. We are not religious bigots here. With simple votes, Nigerians from all over will VOTE OUT incompetent and self-centred politicians who have nothing to shhow for their years in power (whoever they are).
Politics › Re: PDP Crisis: Jonathan Rejects Obasanjo’s Peace Mission by Dee60: 10:10am On Sep 05, 2013
When you surround yourself with weak advisers this is what you get! A house is on fire and you say let it continue. Now i believe Tunde Bakare's prediction that someone would not even mind to balkanize the country. Right now PDP is being balkanized. This is the way the man will respond if he sees Nigeria being balkanized!
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia Sends Missile Cruiser To Eastern Mediterranean by Dee60: 10:04pm On Sep 04, 2013
Russia needs to do its own version of public hearing to prove that Assad regime did not do the chemical bombing and gasing!
Education › Re: ASUU: FG Releases N30bn For Lecturers' Allowances by Dee60: 4:08pm On Sep 04, 2013
let FG continue to play politics with our Education. When you do not keep students in the classrooms you breed kidnappers and Boko Harams in the bush! Sad.
Politics › Re: Baraje-led PDP Faction Give Conditions For Peace by Dee60: 9:53pm On Sep 03, 2013
Longeria: Bunch of fools, they should add the fifth one, don't sleep with your wife. It's painful to realize that Amaechi and co who are desperate to stop the president getting second term are all in thier second term as governors.
HYPOCRITES.
I want Jonathan to know that the worst defeat never come from battle fought and lost, but from the one never fought because of cowardice. Go ahead and contest, let nigerians decide.
Yes. Bayelsa is behind you all the way to ensure you secure that second term!
Politics › Re: 22 Senators Back Baraje-led PDP Faction by Dee60: 11:49am On Sep 03, 2013
payless: Exactly! But you cannot explain facts to these militants and creek boys we have on nairaland forum. They rather believe in their own spin. They once told us Buhari was behind Boka Haram but now they want us to believe these governors are behind Boko Haram. They are bunch of confused clowns. Jonathan is going down and these militants are going down with him.
Going down? No way! Bayelsa is still solidly behind him!
Politics › Re: Amaechi's ADC Declared As Deserter By Police by Dee60: 11:43am On Sep 03, 2013
So, who is the new ADC? Will Amaechi be without ADC? Will the same commissioner that everybody has asked to be removed be the one to choose another ADC for Amaechi?

More and more drama. God for PDP (party destroying party)!

Who sponsored the story in the press? The answer is obvious. It is the other team who really can only play mind games as taught them by their immediate past manager!

Perhaps the most unknown. He has hardly ever visited South West. I dont know if he visited other regions. You see him a lot attending weddings of northern elites. he may be a very good candidate but may want to avoid being vocal like Atiku so he does not spoil his chance with 'oga at the top'! That will not be wise anyway because the oga has no plan to sponsor him!

The Word of God warns us about the end times and has several cautions.

Do not take the mark. Flee fornication. Believe and accept Jesus Christ into your heart.

Please do not treat these as old time. It is the timeless message of salvation.

Beverly, even if men condemn you, like they condemned the woman caught in the act, in the Bible, remember that Christ offers you forgiveness and a new life.

Unto all, heed to the warning of these last days and accept Christ Jesus into your hearts.
Fashion › Re: Indecent Dressing Among People Of Developing Countries by Dee60: 1:58pm On Aug 28, 2013
Dress the way you will like to be addressed and presented. If you expose your cleavage and boobs people could assume you belong to the nightly trade! If a man drops his pants, it may be assumed that he is a thug and could be arrested and deported from Lagos!
Politics › Re: FG Will Soon Ban Fish Importation - Minister by Dee60: 11:42am On Aug 28, 2013
We are waiting. With the lapses in our system and our porous borders I hope this will not just be a step to close the door to official and genuine importers and give smugglers a field day and also make consumers pay more for smuggled fish.

Has the FG not banned textile fabrics? Where is all the fabric coming through? have they not banned fruit juice? Even the big stores (names witheld) sell imported juice.

!

Student loans? to how many? FG has failed to keep a past promise. NOI says FG does not have money? Now they want to give loans?

Is there some clue left in Abuja?

Politics › Re: Okupe - “APC Is A Shameless Party, They Plagiarized Pdp’s Manifesto” by Dee60: 1:47pm On Aug 27, 2013
The man has continued to fit the description given him. He is yet to say anything inspiring!

Okupe belongs to the old school. I wont be surprised if he begs to join APC in 2015!

Anyway, he has said that they should not call him Okupe if APC survives one year. NL people, please start looking for a new name to call this man.

GEJ should just realize he has surrounded himself with his own enemies. In fact, it is virtually too late to change things. GEJ cannot even come second if a presidential election happens today.

Do you blame him?

Do you see any American stowing away to Nigeria? If our leaders yesterday and today and have realized the importance of taking care of the young, educating them and providing them they wont be thinking of stowing away.
Politics › Re: Amaechi, Others Float New Party by Dee60: 12:31pm On Aug 26, 2013
President Jonathan is becoming a victim of bad advice and bad advisers. This is what you suffer when you surround yourself with crooks and liars. Sorry your excellency, you seem to have forgotten where you are coming from!

I wonder o. What is it in our image to launder! I met an Asian just today who asked me a question. Dont be annoyed he said and went further. Why is it that many Nigerians like to cheat? I refrained myself from saying to him that it is because our government people and leaders cheat a lot!

Enough of cheap and useless propaganda. let the oga at the top declare his assets and also tell us how much he earns. The entire universe knows that US president earns $400k but no one knows what our leaders earn in Nigeria!

Politics › Re: An Expatriate's Indepth Analysis Of Corruption In Nigeria by Dee60: 2:46pm On Aug 25, 2013
trillville: Madam 99 cents, do you realize that Nigeria practically does not have a working judiciary, and that 99% of our judges are corrupt and 99% of our police men are corrupt.

Who do you expect to start enforcing laws?

Our youths have already been brainwashed into believing that only fools do not steal money, so what is the hope for the future?

The writer clearly started that the problem is that there are much more dick headed nigerians than well meaning ones so how should the minority go about convincing the majority that their actions are foolish and shortsighted?

Madam, Can you imagine a sitting president hosting an ex-convicts welcome home party and then announcing that the ex-convict is his campaign manager for the south west and yet the president still goes ahead to win the election based on popular vote?

This same president said on national TV that he does not give a damn about corruption and yet he may still win the next election.

This is the state of crisis we living in.
You are correct. But let us not despair. We have to stay in prayer and fight till we attain victory.

A bit of the history of the great nations that we have today showed they truly had to fight at some point.

We have a chance with the elections. We must now wake up and vote out corrupt leaders. In my own opnion the current crop at the centre appears the most corrupt that nigeria has ever seen. Abuja is filled with morally bankrupt and heavily immoral people.

The Oil ministry today is the epicentre of corruption. So also the people the people they are serving!
Politics › Re: An Expatriate's Indepth Analysis Of Corruption In Nigeria by Dee60: 2:39pm On Aug 25, 2013
Let us pray.

We need leaders that will truly fight this greatest menace of our country: Corruption.

Left for the current crop of politicians, they will rather continue to promote it!

Our fate is in the hands of God. Please LORD, change our hearts and change our leaders.

To all true Nigerians, time is ripe for us to embrace change.

We cannot continue this way.

Afam4eva: it is utterly shameful to be a Nigerian in 2013. I could sense a deep anger and regret for God making that lady a Nigerian. She never asked for it but unfortunately she was placed in a place that have 1diots as leaders. I won't blame her if she burns her Nigerian passport. It's good riddance to bad rubbish.
You should know that some of these so called Nigerian leaders rely also on their British, Canadian or American passports. it was once rumoured that a principal officer in Nigeria had given up his Nigerian passport in order to pick up Belize citizenship.

What that means is that they do not care if Nigeria is ruined. In fact they are daily ruining Nigeria.

The task is ours to ensure we chose right leaders who are purely Nigerians and who think Nigeria, not all these people who send their wives and children to German hospitals to have 'bed rest'. Shine your eye in 2015 and things will change. Also pray that God will answer us and save our country. We have no country except ours. here in America, i am treated as a visitor (some are taken as immigrants)> We have to make our HOME good!
