We got the decision made email on the 29th of September, hubby got his documents back on the 1st of October and i received my passport on the 6th of October via courier

it was december last year, wasn't dhl, redstar express if i can remember

If the job of 7montha does not meet the financial requirement on its own then the jobs that make it up have to be at least 6months old. I could be wrong so please make proper enquiries before you proceed. A job offer of less than 6 months is considered when the previous job before that met the financial requirement and the present job meets it as well.
Please who has used TLS courier delivery service to get their passports back. I paid for courier at TLS Abuja and they have not contacted me for the dispatch. Thanks

I have used it one before in Lagos and I got my passport back. When the passport was ready, they sent an email and i think it was delivered by courier in ~3 days

Agreed. if you ask me,if you have savings (which can be account for) even if you will not use it as part of the financial requirement, just add it to your application just to show that you are not coming to the UK with your hands swinging and that you have some money to spend. this place everything na money o

Applicants spouse's does not need to submit any financial information.
All documentations burden lays on the sponsor's shoulder, head, leg, skin etc etc etc. You get my drift?

The a0plicant suppose Na the sponsor for spouse visa abi another person fit be sponsor?

If you are using combined savings to satisfy financial requirement, yes the applicant financials can be considered.

Hell, please can anybody help me. I'm based in the U.K (sponsor) and my wife is based in Nigeria. We are about to submit our spouse application but are confused as to whether her tb test cert and ielts a1 cert is to be taken along with her passport and passport photo to the tlscontact centre for biometrics or directly to Sheffield along with all the supporting documents.

Submitted tb test and proof of english through TLS contact

pay on the tlscontact website before your biometrics. Priority not possible after application is submitted and biometrics

They probably need to verify something in your application, you might not get the decision after 60 working days pass

You should expect a decision to be made in 2 weeks If your application is straight forward all other things being equal that is if you use priority service.

Tls constantly updates you by email as the application moves through their system, same same as tracking on website. I suspect you get an update email when the system is updated.

June 2nd - attended his Biometric in Lagos
June 3rd - sent supporting docs
June 16- Decision made email from Sheffield .
June 21- TLS contact update and email about decision being made.
June 22- TLS contact passport ready for collection

Longest part of the wait between a decision has been made email(16th) till application ready for pickup (22nd). Decision made exactly 2 weeks(10 working days) after biometrics.

Guess it means all supporting documents, bank statements etc must be sourced /dated maximum 28 days before date of application

Submitted application 2nd of June, priority settlement. Got email yesterday saying decision has been made. That's 10 working days.

i believe that was what the government intended but will that happen. if you get dollar at 199,will you invest in agriculture or take it to the parallel market for quick profit? Some of the government policies don't work because we don't allow it work

Yes ATM card , just add services online then you pay with your card but make sure your limit can allow it. I will suggest you call your bank ask for your online limit transaction and ask how much is exchange rate for dollar and pounds. I heard it has gone up again.. crazy!!
