Slim Fizel: Hello PPle,I do av a laptop that when it boots to desktop,it trips off immediately and restarts immediately,as long as the laptop is on it can do it a million times...Pls how can i troubleshoot this case

This option is available by default on Win 7, whichh gives user the opportunity to recover former folder content within a set specified date/day.

try the first option
of recovering your
files or folders using
recuva. google the software and remember to specify
where to save the file after the software recover it.

visit the laptop manufacturer website and download a wireless driver.

first of all make sure your wireless switch is on and lilt please
follow previous instruction.

check your wireless switch is on and lilt. Use google to research how to visit device manager and check network adapter and click the plus sign.what can you see i.e wireless adaptor Intel or yellow signs

Formally, i used my andriod hotspot to connect it... This days, it's not even showing the icon for wireless connection on my system.


Again, there are some softwares/applications i was trying to install on the system. It always tells me installation failed.

And if i try to open my documents, it'll open and close by itself.

if the modem auto connect itself then it is your windows update or
software programs. check to make sure no software is set to
auto install, e.g hp update, windows update etc. use google to
find out how to disable windows update however it is not
safe to do so.

Opened the manage wireless netwrk, all i could see includes windows tries to connect to these netwrk in the order listed below, below that is add, adapter properties, profile types, network and sharing center.. Didnt find any item to delete from the page. What next step do i follow bro??

do you have the correct password to access it ?

Is the password WPA or WPE.

when you try to connect at the cafe, did you
get any IEE error message or anything that

L@@k on your laptop and you'd see the wifi button on the far left, ensure it is
switch on and colour blue should show. After that try scanning for avail wireless networks

What antivirus software do you use ? I would advise you run a scan.

type in dxdiag and look for display drivers and direct x
and that at the back of the football casing or that was specified

The window 7 ultimate dat was on my P.C got expired so i format the system with window 8 coz window xp could not work on it... And since then, anytime i am working on the system the heat wil be too much. What should i do to reduce or stop the "hotness" should i go back to window 7 ultimate?

After detecting the wireless network, the attendant there keyed in the cyber's password and it simply shows failed to connect to network. But it browses whenever the cable is attached to its port, though i prefer making use of the wireless connection. So how do I go about it bro?

Right-click the network icon on the taskbar,
and select Open Networking and Sharing Center
Once open, click 'Manage Wireless Networks' n the left hand panel
Left-click a wireless networks, then click Remove from the panel above.


Then go back to the taskbar and view available wireless networks
and key in your WPA key

Boot into Safe Mode chck if the wifi Botton turn White ..then boot into normal windows . tht is how i solved mine ... remember to do hardreset .

there any update. e.g. bios, wifi and others. Please do not update the bios without consultation !

When you get to bios go to main and check for bios version and
also let us know the laptop model number,
for example HP 530 windows Vista. The wifi
should be orange or white to indicate no connection.
Blue indicate there is a connection ?

I would have asked the user to disable auto restart on system failure using f8
and post the blue screen error message. it's less likely to be the hard drive
not sitting properly. I'd wait and see what happens but all the same, well done !

the volts. for example 19. v. let us know the volts on both.
your laptop charger should start hp at the back of it. to determine
the condition of your charger[b] provided it is safe to do so[/b], click start,
all programmes and try looking for hp battery test, run the test and should state
your charger as unknown. if you cant find hp battery test, visit google and
search for hp battery test.

you could restart pressing f11 to start recovery manager and follow the instructions.
This should start the vista out of box experience provided you have not damage
your recovery partition named D drive

If nothing works, proceed to stp 2

I take it you have a set of recovery disk ? 1 of 3 or 1.
If you have the original recovery disc that came with it or
the one you made by using the create recovery disk pop
up message then you are good to go. you need constant
electricity and also you need to[b] install windows update,[/b] if you
have access to the internet. pop the disk in and restart it should
detect the disc, if[b] not use restart press f10 until you see bios [/b]and go to boot
or boot priority . follow the instruc... to make the cd dvd go up and then
f10 to save and exit. the recovery will start

I recently upgrade windows 7 but since upgraded my laptop won't start again it will just show black screen then goes off again then I got this "Windows failed to start. did u format it with a windows 7 cd or internal recovery partition ?
