Bad formation. Black Magic will be best as Defensive Midfielder (the Makelele role). Vector right winger. I don't see Davido, lol Kesh, Wizkid, Korede Bello making the first 11... D'Banj (9) or Tuface - doesn't look strong but delivers the goals, Paul or Peter, attacking midfielder, Jah Bless attacking midfielder...KC somewhere in the backline...Young 6 definitely second choice goal keeper...Don Jazzy as manager (Avram Grant ) |
How did this guy become a governor? Oh! Rhetorical question. I forgot, he was rigged in. The people of his state are mediocres |
Correct! Fayose must have asked one of his sons in the Uk to send him the address of the nearest hospital to the hotel GMB was lodging at. Now, to be candidly realistic, Fayose has something up his sleeve to be vehemently kicking against GMB ruling. There is no doubt the man is a garrulous criminal. He was caught on tape negotiating election rigging, he publicly denied receiving N50b from the Federal govt for agricultural development (Sahara helped unveil the truth), he openly used the media to oppress GMB and his followers with death threats and the like.s My view: these are just some of the things we see in the open, he must be perpetrating more serious crimes and protected by his fellow criminals - Koro, that dracula in Ife, Omisore, and the some other PDP stalwarts. He knows once GMB gets to power, probes him, prison break go hard to do for Kirikiri...Fayose is a fraud, a shame, a coward. #FayoseIsAShame |
tsdarkside:Holy fu*k! I'm so tired of light-brained shallow-minded ill-mannered bush-cultured orphaned foo*ls who rant unintelligibly on NL. If you are this st*pid to understand a simple 'shut-up and learn', how exactly did ur folks raise you? In an orphanage? Stop displaying your ignorance dude. You fast becoming an embarrassment to your peers. If you aint got nothing sensible to write, sit down and learn. Please pal. It's a plea. |
tsdarkside:Deadweight brain...so you actually have nothing meaningful say? Hollie mollie! Pathetic |
tsdarkside:Still brainless...and pointless. Talk sense, not trash. |
tsdarkside:Sorry but I don't deal with no-brainers. Next time, talk sense, not trash. ![]() |
teufelein:A name that was given to us by Lady Lugard and we embraced it? Please tell me, does Port Harcourt sound Nigerian? Bonnny Island, Lagos, etc Wake up man. America adopted the name given to them by the British. Why hasn't South Africa changed its name (so vaguely used by the then colonial lords to describe the region)? This is not a matter of Name bro. This is common sense. If Biafra n the south had no oil, the story would have been different. I begin to wonder, late Maj Gen Kaduna Nzeowu and his fellow easterners who plotted Nigeria's first military coup, how come they never nursed the ambition of seceding the east away from Nigeria? Oil wasn't a commercial success then, I supoose. Because Maj Gen Ojukwu was not successful in ruling the entire country, he decided to break away from the rest of the country so he could rule his own people. Respect to the dead warlord but what do you call that? Greed. Power drunk. I-must-rule-by-fire-by-force. He wasn't successful in doing that so he propagated the idea into your heads and you guys bit on it, hook line and sinker. Creating Biafra is not the solution to your predicament ( if there is any). Those at the helm just want to use u guys to achieve r their parochial interest. If Biafra breaks away today, it does not mean a wheel barrow pusher in the newly formed Biafra will become a billionaire overnight. It doesn't mean the Ibos will become super humans. It changes nothing. It only puts power in the hands of those traitors, you guys become their sycophants. The struggle continues...to be inherited by your future generations, your children's children's. If truly your leaders are patriotic, then they should be thinking of how to make Nigeria better. If Biafra breaks, soon, Anambra will seek emancipation from Biafra, followed by Enugu, then Imo, then every city within it will seek to break away. Then your delusional paradise - Biafra - will be come the mockery of human existence. Biafra is a selfish project of a power hungry leader who schematically sold his parochial project to his gullible people. History is there for you to learn from bro...Wise up bro. Every reasonable man born of a woman would seek to stop such illegal, delusional, parochial, counter-productive, and 17th century ambition. It's a failed project already any. |
Another attention seeking opportunist shows up. Awon hungry moofos. Break Nigeria na...shebi na your papa create am. Onrashe |

lagmostkuit:Hennnnnn! Sadiat!!!! So na dey shaq my orijin every night and you tell me the bottle is leaking? Oriiya mi elekuro o... Just kidding. If you depend on orijin to change the 'in' to 'ex' in 'trovert', you are bound to have a lot of problems like wrong decision m judgment, vulnerability, etc Being an introvert isn't a crime, whoever understands you will appreciate that. Don't let orijin redefine your life. We guys can handle the craze that comes with shaq'ing but when ladies do the same, it's totally classless. |
They are not criminals so should not be subjected to criminal treatments. Just send them back and advise them on how to get proper documents. |
Your resume is the first opportunity you get to make an impression on a potential employer. It is also the most crucial one. So, all job seekers must use it to the best of their capabilities. Make sure you try to avoid mistakes that can send your resume straight to the trash bin. The following are the most common mistakes job seekers make while creating their CVs. These mistakes often become the reason for candidates to get rejected. 1. Exaggerating Achievements and Fibbing Stay honest when you are talking about your work history, skills and achievements. Amplifying these may come back at you when the recruiter runs a background check or wants you to do a certain task that you fibbed about. It takes very little time for the HR professionals to find out the truth. So stop bragging about things you don’t know or are aren’t experienced with as this may be the first and the last time you communicate with this company. Stick to facts that can be validated. 2. Mentioning Non-Contextual Work Experience and Hobbies Only highlight work experience that is relevant for the profile in question. If you are seeking a graphic designing job, do not mention your stint as a ski instructor from five years ago. It may convey a message that you do not hold adequate relevant experience. Stay focused on the profile you are applying to and site past duties that can prove useful for the role in hand. 3. Self-Praise Without Quantified Proof If your resume’s professional summary starts with “A dedicated professional…,’ the recruiters will lose interest and you lose credibility. Applicants must establish objective facts with the presence of figures, and not just boring clichés. The key is not to say it, but show it. Quantify professional achievements, for instance if you have enhanced client retention by 20% over the last one year, say so explicitly, rather than plainly saying you have excelled as a sales professional. 4. Over-The-Top Beautification Your resume document must be light and quick to open. Use a font style that is common and do not add heavy images as that can make the file heavy. Using photographs is irrelevant, unless you are an actor or model. They also irk the recruiters because they unnecessarily consume extra ink and take away the focus from your skills. Also, stop designing the CV with borders otherwise a part of it may get cropped when it is printed. Keep it simple yet smart. 5. Using Different Job Titles Make sure you use job titles that are common and widely-used. These must also be searchable as applicant tracking systems use them as keywords to screen several CVs. Complex words and flowery language may cause the ATS to forego some important information that could have otherwise been useful for your candidature. Even if your resume is in the hands of a human recruiter, uncommon words and unique phrases can alienate you and your application. 6. Generalizing the Content of the CV As a job seeker, you cannot afford to have a fixed resume that works for all employers. Your CV must be customized each time you wish to apply to a new company. When you find an opening, take some time to carefully read the job description and then edit and personalize your CV before sending it out. You must also visit the company website to get a better idea of their line of businesses and requirements. And double-check the document so that you don’t mistakenly send the CV for Company A to Company B. You can name all resume versions differently. 7. Non-Serious Email Address Always make sure the email address you use to mail your resume appears non-casual. It must not have numbers or adjectives, else it may seem like you lack professionalism. An address like sarah.cook@gmail.com is way better than coolestengineer@yahoo.com . Whether it is IT or media, a professional-looking ID can help you score more job interviews. If you don’t have such an account, make sure you make one before mailing the resume. 8. Typos and Grammatical Errors Spelling mistakes can seem highly unprofessional. So make sure you do not make any typos or grammatical mistakes as this can hamper your chances of landing an interview. Also, avoid writing slang or SMS lingo. Shortcuts like ‘ur’ and ‘b4’ can cause trouble. Hope the above points can warn you against some major blunders and help improve your resume. Happy job hunting! http://blog.ngcareers.com/3300/biggest-cv-and-resume-blunders-made-by-job-seekers-and-how-to-avoid-them/
Good info but largely insufficient. The points you raise are inadequately captured by the bogus title. For instance, one major blunder of CVs & resumes is mechanical accuracy (grammatical OMG). That's a number one put off factor fir any potential employer. Spelling errors, clumsy sentences, vague expressions, thunderous gbagauns, are just enuff to collapse your employment chances. |
Nice. The email point us very essential. Imagine you almost certainly got the job and while shaking your hands, your prospective employer remembers something and requests for your email, and you say "bang_anything@hotmail.com"...Daz all

Genius! |
hayqinsbFX:Yeah, I was supposed to resume in September but visa came out around Nov so I deferred d admission till d following Sept because most universities resume in September. But then in January, having strategized on what I would say I would do for the floating 9 months, I jumped on the plane. I had contacted some small institutions fir short programs if 3-4months each to fill the void. That was part of the saving grace. But to your question, yeah, a month or so earlier isn't risky, that's reasonable. |
hayqinsbFX:It is risky to come in way earlier than your school resumption. And you can't work legally until you resume school. I came in almost 9months before my studies in Waterloo and immigration were not willing to allow me in. Thank God I applied for done part time programs like French and data management to pass the time before school would resume in September and that I had a relative whom I was gonna stay with. Those were the only reasons they allowed me in...and that's like some years back now. It was scary. Lol |
