Eriokanmi: You can pass there to Oke Ila( Ila Orangun) and from there to Ekiti. We went for a community Healthcare project in that area years back. We entered ekiti from there. We linked some farm settlements like Oke Igi, Arapatę, Ayegbaju, Adurumi Ode/Adurumi Igbo, oyi kaka, oyi alabari...all annexes of an Ekiti Town called Ipoti. We now got to the Ipoti Ekiti, from.there to Ijero and Ado Ekiti. If our leaders could do the right thing, developments will reach everywhere in no time. That's why i always talk about ambode and am glad dapo abiodun won in Ogun once again..these 2 guys have linked up their states with great road networks such that, anyone living in Ogun won't have to pass toll gate anymore cos of the good road networks in that axis. At times, I'd not know when I enter Ogun.from lagos and vice versa.
Many still don't believe one could actually enter Ogun state from osun without passing through oyo state. It's possible through Ikoyi Town in osun state. The road leads to ijebu igbo. Please is the Ikoyi - Ijebu Igbo Road motorable and safe to pass through? |

bibiking7:
It's actually not new. Bola Tinubu started the IPP in lagos years ago. It was an Independent power project that was done in Lekki I think. Then Fashola continued and commisioned another. It's still in use till now. They should have just developed more but Ambode kicked against everything Fashola. Hate him or love him (BAT), I knew what lasgidi was like before 1999 and after, most especially Oshodi, where the roads were so bad, you needed to look for a place where rocks were arranged to cross the road or you enter the mud to cross and then pay some folks to wash your leg. BAT really tried. If each person that comes into government delivers a major project, we will soon find it hard to get big projects to work on. That is a steady way to development. My own opinion.x
That ENRON project was a failure. |

He should learn what it means to be an omoluabi and acquire requisite experience in public administration to fulfill his ambition asap. |

Rapuru14: Yoruba Woman is the sole senator representing FCT. That's what it is and the indigenous population ain't complaining.
Here we have Yorubas, fighting their own just because the mother is Igbo. Lagos was the FCT for a reason. Anybody irrespective of Tribe should be able to aspire to be the number 1 citizen of the state.
Anyways Tinubu and his dirty noisy minions are in the minority. Sensible Yorubas are more in number.
GRV for a progressive Lagos state. No one is complaining that Governor Adeleke won in Osun. He's from an Igbo mother and has an Igbo wife. It's being a true omoluabi that counts irrespective of your background. |

Lagos means Lakes in Portuguese language. It refers to the lagoon and creeks around the land. |

BombAttack: The same politicians telling you GRV can't be Governor because his mum is from the South East.. they have wife's from the South East and are currently dating South East babes.
If its the turn of their children the narrative will change.
Wise up and vote for GRV for Governor. Simply put, GRV lacks the experience to manage the Lagos economy. On tribal matters.. ..Governor Adelekes mum was Igbo. He was born in Enugu and his wife, Ngozi is Igbo. He's the current Governor of Osun State. Their family has been committed to the people of Osun over the years. Therefore, tribe never played a role in the election. |

Hmmm! Meanwhile, the Gbagyis (or is it Gwaris) are so pained according to some other reports. Yet their own person seems not to have impacted greatly on their lives. Perhaps he didn't have the requisite power to do so.
May God use the new Senator in a special way to uplift the indigenes who have suffered so much in the midst of plenty. Whenever I see documentaries on FCT villages, I feel sad. This by God's grace should be a turning point for good and in their favor. Amen. |

chivic: Point of correction the progress has been since 1950 when Lagos was made the capital of Nigeria and all major businesses and head offices where located there .
It might interest you to know that Abuja is also developing fast because it's now the federal Capital on naija The Federal Territory was limited to VI, Ikoyi and up to parts of Yaba and Surulere. Anywhere from Fadeyi and Idi oro (Mushin) fell under the Western Region. All the industrial and residential estates in those areas were built by Awolowo with Cocoa funds. Ilupeju, Matori, Ikeja etc |

See how ordinary contest between GRV and Sanwo-olu degenerated to Ibo vs Yoruba and the name calling.
The unfortunate thing is, most people you're up against are not gullible.
Imagine, lowlifes creating videos telling a graduate with brains that voting for Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour is voting for IBO people. What do you guys take us for? Governor Adeleke in Osun is half Igbo. No one complains. It's all about attitude and commitment. |

So tonight i asked my girlfriend whom i wish to marry, if she would be willing to marry me as i stay in this selfcon, even if i don't have money to rent 1bed room.
She said she can't, please what does this mean? Possibly not my class? Possibly might leave when things go bad? You're yet to find a wife. Tis because these guys had ancestors that were the first point of contact from British explorers who landed in Lagos looking for the New World and markets for their British goods...These ancestors were so impressed and in awe of the white men that they adopted their names...These ancestors are the original Lagosians....Vote Gbadebo Vivour Rhodes, a true son of Lagos soil and Lagos waters...[/color] It's so obvious you didn't read the history of Lagos before writing this funny tale. |

Emma1Oj: Some of those things most churches do outside church or in community are all showoff and competitive manner to get more members and market their church name. You go as an individual to any church and ask for anything and see the response you will get. you may not be allow to c pastor self.89% sure you no go c pastor. Even if you c am, he will refer you to one department that will toast you up and down till you let go. I didn't see this early enough. You don't need to see the Pastor. The departments function well in good Churches. My experience in Church welfare is that many people come trying to dupe members. You have requests for funds sometimes as much as ten times in excess of what is available to share. When you try to investigate so as to be fair to everyone, they resort to blackmail or disappear. There's too much poverty in our society. Also too many dysfunctional families that keep regenerating poverty and misbehaviour. |
